About Lehigh Career &
Technical Institute (CTI)
At Lehigh CTI, students learn
by doing. Teachers guide
students from instruction to
action, helping them tackle
projects that mirror on-the-job
challenges as they develop
the knowledge and skills
necessary to secure industry
credentials, earn college
credit or both.
3. Meet the Participants
Volunteers and students who
participated identified as Male,
Female, African American, Hispanic /
Latinx, Caucasian, Asian / Pacific
Islander, Middle Eastern / North
African, and Multi-Racial.
Volunteers held various levels
of leadership roles.
4. Business Case Challenge
Through SuitUp, volunteers from Morgan Stanley and students from Lehigh CTI
participated in a SuitUp business competition in which they created a new product or
service for Nike for the target market of their choosing. Volunteers coached students in
various departments before helping them pitch to judges for a cash prize.
