Business Case Challenge
Through SuitUp, volunteers from Santander Bank and students from across the nation
participated in a SuitUp business competition in which they created a new and innovative
product for Nike. Volunteers coached students in various departments before helping them
pitch to judges for a cash prize.

“I learned how a team can work together with short period of time and
accomplish an amazing ideas. it is so amazing how everyone worked together!
I was impressed with the leadership skills that our students showed by stepping
up and each doing their part to make our idea successful…
I like how strangers can come together for one cause and put their all in to one
mutual project. I say strangers due to some of the students not knowing each
other and still working together like they’ve been friends for years.
