9. Set a goal . Here’s a hint: Set your goal on the skills or knowledge you want to acquire. A goal is something you want.

10. Think positive . There's no point in setting learning goals for yourself if you don't have faith in your ability to learn.

11. Organize. When you organize your time and tasks it is easier to schedule time for learning. There are some great web based tools for organizing? Any many of them are free!

12. You can have reminders emailed to you and you can access your online calendar from any computer!

13. You can set your calendar to send MSN Alerts.

14. You can have reminders sent to IM or your mobile device!

15. Explore your HCPL Webmail calendar and find out if there are organizational tools available.
