Get a library card or receive help from the friendly

Children’s books and audiobooks, computers, and
weekly programs for all age levels.

5. Adult Services
Our adult reference librarians can help you with
reference and computer questions.

6. Teen Services
Books and audiobooks for young adults as well as
weekly teen programs.

7. Computers
Computers equipped with Internet, online catalog
access, and the MS Office suite are available.

8. Laptops & Tablets
We also have laptops and tablets available for checkout
and use within the library

9. Computer Training Lab
Free computer classes offered on a variety of topics
including MS Office programs, computer basics, and the
Internet.

10. Lee Innovation Lab
Learn about a variety of creative technologies and
activities, such as 3D printing, laser cutting and
engraving, circuit building, and coding.

11. Meeting Room
Available for large group reservations. For more

13. Study Rooms
Rooms available for individual or small group study. Call
the library at 281-488-1906 to reserve a study room.

14. Friends of Freeman Bookstore
Find the best bargains on used books, DVDs, music CDs,
or other materials, or donate your own items to benefit
the library’s collection, programs, and services.

16. Preschool Storytime
Tuesdays & Wednesdays @1:30 PM
For children ages 3-5 years old.

17. Toddler Time
Mondays @ 11:15 AM; Tuesdays @ 10:15 & 11:15 AM
For children ages 18 months – 3 yrs old.

Wednesdays @ 10:15 AM & 11:15 AM
For Infants and children up to 18 months

19. After School Programs
We offer a variety of afterschool programming for
school age children in both the fall and spring. Talk to
staff for more details.

20. Small Business Programs and Counseling
Our partnership with SCORE Houston provides free
quarterly sessions on a variety of small business topics
and weekly one-on-one counseling for entrepreneurs.

21. CreatorSpace and Maker Programs
3rdMonday Evening - Our partnership with local maker
group CreatorSpace provides programs on special
topics and activities.

22. TGIF Programs
Fridays @ 10:30 AM TGIF is a partnered program with
UHCL’s CLASP. Adults are invited to join and hear special
speakers or enjoy viewing classic movies.
