The paper presents a parametric study of rectangular microstrip patch antennas (RMSAs), analyzing various parameters affecting their performance, such as return loss, bandwidth, and input impedance. It discusses the design of RMSAs using EM simulation and investigates the impact of changes in width, height, substrate dielectric constant, and loss tangent on antenna characteristics. The findings suggest that increasing height enhances bandwidth while decreasing width and dielectric constant improves resonance frequency.
