Director of Corporate Administration -HR
Developed and maintained all HR processes with the objective of minimizing employee
related liabilities, while maximizing employee satisfaction, safety and compliance. Duties
include full cycle recruiting, new employee processing and orientation, benefits
management, workers compensation management, employee relations, risk
management, and payroll (ADP).
Full cycle recruiting: Collaborate with managers to determine the appropriate approach for
each position to be filled. Candidate sourcing via Monster, Careerbuilder, Linked
In, Facebook, Craigslist and other online sources, as well as through personal connections
and relationships.
Candidate screening, behavioral interviews, salary negotiations, offer presentation, new
hire orientation.
Originated and administered the company’s first acquisition in 2008, creating the platform
on which the business has been built.
Main component in the business development process, increasing industry presence from
zero to 19 management contracts since 2008. Roughly 90% of the company’s revenue
originates from these contracts.
Oversight of all company accounting functions, with the objective to ensure accuracy of
company financial data, identify cost cutting opportunities, and maximizing efficiency.
Duties include invoice review and approval, accounts receivable, banking, monthly
financial report review, and annual budget preparation.
Work hand in hand with insurance companies and brokers to set up and maintain all
company and client insurance policies, including general
liability, property/casualty, auto, workers comp, and fidelity bond, while minimizing risk
and premium costs.
Resale management, office IT support, property contract transitions, and overall internal
administration for the company.

entertainment and athletic facilities. Functions included POS (Point of Sale), ticketing, and
