This document describes a mobile application called "Human Resource Management Using PhoneGap" that was developed to allow HR managers and employees to complete HR tasks from any location using a mobile app. The app was built with PhoneGap, an open source framework that allows building cross-platform mobile apps using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. This allows the same codebase to work on multiple mobile platforms. The app modules allow employees to manage attendance, apply for leaves, view company directories, and more through a mobile interface. Testing was conducted at various stages to ensure requirements were met. The app aims to reduce the time spent on HR tasks and allow work to be done remotely.

AN ANALYSIS OF SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS SPECIFICATION CHARACTERISTICS IN REGULAT...ijseajournal
Requirements Engineering is the set of activities involved in creation, managing, documenting, and maintaining a requirements’ set for a product. Engineering involves the use of systematic repeatability techniques to ensure that the Software Requirements are complete, consistent, valid, and verifiable. Software Requirements Specification is an organized process oriented toward defining, documenting and maintaining requirements throughout the development life cycle. Many authors suggest that requirements should always focus their claims on what the software product needs to address, without specifying how to implement them. However, the detail of Software Requirements is influenced by several factors such as: organizational thinking; existing specification standards; and regulatory needs. This work fits exactly with regulatory needs, where the characteristics of Software Requirements Specification in Regulated Environments such as aeronautics, railways and medical are presented and explored. This paper presents and analysis of software requirements specification characteristics in regulated environments. The four characteristics identified are: consistency (internal and external), unambiguity, verifiability, and traceability. The paper also describes the three standards used in these regulated environments (RTCA DO-178C, IEC 62279 and IEC 62304) and examines their similarities and differences from a Requirements Specification standpoint. The similarities and differences will be used to address a future requirements framework universal process that can be configured to address each standard by the usage of Software Process Lines.

For coping the continuous changes, in the limited resources, security testing not only need to be timely completed, but also should concern testing quality. Otherwise, every change mainte nance cannot avoid to cause the security risk of new version App. Based on reusable test cases, this paper proposes the continuous security testing procedure (CSTP), using test cases reusability to increase security test efficiency. In Web Apps maintenance process of limited resources, CSTP

With increased software size and complexity, there is an increased risk in terms of software failures that could lead to unacceptable hazards. Part 6 of ISO26262 standard (International Standard for safety of automotive electronics) provides appropriate requirements and processes to develop automotive software acceptably safe. Following ISO26262 standard is almost mandatory in every leading company.
The topic of the meetup is to introduce the ISO26262 standard and briefly address the following questions:

Power plants release a large amount of water vapor into the
atmosphere through the stack. The flue gas can be a potential
source for obtaining much needed cooling water for a power
plant. If a power plant could recover and reuse a portion of this
moisture, it could reduce its total cooling water intake
requirement. One of the most practical way to recover water
from flue gas is to use a condensing heat exchanger. The power
plant could also recover latent heat due to condensation as well
as sensible heat due to lowering the flue gas exit temperature.
Additionally, harmful acids released from the stack can be
reduced in a condensing heat exchanger by acid condensation. reduced in a condensing heat exchanger by acid condensation.
Condensation of vapors in flue gas is a complicated
phenomenon since heat and mass transfer of water vapor and
various acids simultaneously occur in the presence of noncondensable
gases such as nitrogen and oxygen. Design of a
condenser depends on the knowledge and understanding of the
heat and mass transfer processes. A computer program for
numerical simulations of water (H2O) and sulfuric acid (H2SO4)
condensation in a flue gas condensing heat exchanger was
developed using MATLAB. Governing equations based on
mass and energy balances for the system were derived to
predict variables such as flue gas exit temperature, cooling
water outlet temperature, mole fraction and condensation rates
of water and sulfuric acid vapors. The equations were solved
using an iterative solution technique with calculations of heat
and mass transfer coefficients and physical properties.

Hierarchical Digital Twin of a Naval Power SystemKerry Sado
A hierarchical digital twin of a Naval DC power system has been developed and experimentally verified. Similar to other state-of-the-art digital twins, this technology creates a digital replica of the physical system executed in real-time or faster, which can modify hardware controls. However, its advantage stems from distributing computational efforts by utilizing a hierarchical structure composed of lower-level digital twin blocks and a higher-level system digital twin. Each digital twin block is associated with a physical subsystem of the hardware and communicates with a singular system digital twin, which creates a system-level response. By extracting information from each level of the hierarchy, power system controls of the hardware were reconfigured autonomously. This hierarchical digital twin development offers several advantages over other digital twins, particularly in the field of naval power systems. The hierarchical structure allows for greater computational efficiency and scalability while the ability to autonomously reconfigure hardware controls offers increased flexibility and responsiveness. The hierarchical decomposition and models utilized were well aligned with the physical twin, as indicated by the maximum deviations between the developed digital twin hierarchy and the hardware.

Immunizing Image Classifiers Against Localized Adversary Attacksgerogepatton
This paper addresses the vulnerability of deep learning models, particularly convolutional neural networks
(CNN)s, to adversarial attacks and presents a proactive training technique designed to counter them. We
introduce a novel volumization algorithm, which transforms 2D images into 3D volumetric representations.
When combined with 3D convolution and deep curriculum learning optimization (CLO), itsignificantly improves
the immunity of models against localized universal attacks by up to 40%. We evaluate our proposed approach
using contemporary CNN architectures and the modified Canadian Institute for Advanced Research (CIFAR-10
and CIFAR-100) and ImageNet Large Scale Visual Recognition Challenge (ILSVRC12) datasets, showcasing
accuracy improvements over previous techniques. The results indicate that the combination of the volumetric
input and curriculum learning holds significant promise for mitigating adversarial attacks without necessitating
adversary training.
