Technologies Used: NET 4.0, C#.NET, ADO. Net, ASP. Net, Sq l Server 2008
Duration: Nov-2013 to Sept-2015
Team Size - 5
Client: UHG
Brief Description:
CLT application is developed and maintained by UnitedHealth Group, which consists of different modules
developed for UHG’s Health plan and it is a proprietary application for strategic platform. In this application
events are logged when the EFT/ERA data is passed from one key application check point to the next check
point key information and assigned. Two or more events paired up in a mathematical expression that
represents systems or processes that are sending/receiving EFT/ERA data. Event Messages are pulled from the
MQ queue and are inserted into a Detail Event Database. The key is inserted to the Report Driver table, Data
Summarized and prepared for ERA – EFT Report display. Control displayed on a dashboard based on service
level agreement to provide visibility and ensure balancing of claims transfer from one system or process to the
next. Problem tickets and email alerts sent to SSS teams.
New tools have developed as per project requirements.
Some of the tools developed are:
AXIS tool : As CLT is centralized monitoring tool; we need to get each and every control under CLT by
using .net technologies. We have developed adapters to get the files from various Applications in
various Environments (like Mainframe, UNIX etc.)
Reporting tool: This is Monitoring tool to enter monitoring results within the team.
There are 300 + controls to monitor daily in CLT Dashboard, it is tough to store the results securely,
Team has developed one asp.net website to store and maintain the data in SQL database safely.
4. Responsibilities:
Implementing Business Logic, Presentation Layer & UI Integration.
Implementation of the stored procedures for SQL Server 2008 database.
Involved in Designing, Coding, Analysis, testing, implementation of the Database Module. Also involved
in migrating these modules from development to staging and then to production.
Communication between Data Access Layer and SQL Server was established by ADO.NET.
Worked on Implementation of business components that will update and save the database transaction.
Performed unit testing and integration testing after completion of module coding.
Developing new tools as per project requirements.
