15. 7. The Bottling
 Bottling is the process where the final
product will be extracted from the barrel
into the bottle. there are 2 possible ways
to do it.
 I. Bottling from a single barrel: The
whisk/Whiskey will be extracted from a
single barrel to the bottle. This is called a
‘Single Barrel Whisky’
 II. Bottling from Various number of
Barrels: The Whisky/ Whiskey will be
extracted from more than one barrel to
the bottle. This is called a ‘Blended
Whisky’.

liquid is about 10% alcoholic
and is known as distiller’s beer,
or wash.
