CA (16%) in SA of the present study will hold good with previous studies which vary from 5
33.3% and pure numerical abnormalities (45,X; 47,XXX) could not be observed (table 3). The
CA observed was only X mosaicism in two of the studies (gupta, Butnarui) as compared to
present study (16/43%). The percentage for X mosaicism was almost equal in a study done by
Wong (14/45.1%) and the present study. The XY female and its variants were not observed in
other studies except in two (Opitz, 1/20%; Kalavathi, 1/11.1%) which was less compared to
present study (8/22%). The structural abnormality was at a higher range in the study done by
Kalavathi (6/66.7%) followed by Safai (3/60%).
When the studies on amenorrhea are done in a particular region or racial group, the percentage of
CA in SA is always less compared to CA in PA (Cleide 1984). The CA in SA (16%) was less in

Within this assignment, the definition of clinical governance and accountability will be explored
and discussed using a literature search. A case example will be used and briefly discuss the
accountability of the nurse and other health professionals of professional standards, local polices
and law. Confidentiality has been maintained within the use of the case example.
A literature search was carried out for clinical governance using the British Nursing Index (BNI).
Results originated from 9,616 when Clinical Governance was inputted. Results reduced
significantly when definition of clinical governance was inputted to 1,278 into the BNI titles
were read, before articles were chosen for abstracts to be read. After abstracts were read, if
appropriate the full articles were read (see appendices 1). Clinical governance was first introduced
by the World Health Organisation (WHO) (Som, 2009) . Som, (2004) definition of clinical

Reflection About Discipleship Relationship
Throughout the past few months, the Lord blessed me with the opportunity to begin discipleship
relationships with two amazing people. To begin with, I had the opportunity to disciple a young
girl who I have known her whole life. Our connection had been previously established, but after
these past few months we ve spent together our relationshiphas strengthened and gained a depth
that I never thought possible. From the beginning, we created a trustworthy environment that
allowed for vulnerability and a deep connection. She felt safe to share with me personal details that
she used to be hesitant to share and our friendship grew.
Beyond discipling someone, I also had the blessing and joy of getting to know my aunt better and
have her disciple me. Much like my relationship with the young girl I was discipling, I have
known her my whole life thus we already had a decent connection, but I wasn t prepared for
development I would experience throughout this relationship. Being as we re family, we easily
connected from the beginning. It was certainly a click relationship . From the first meeting we
had, we were able to be open and honest with each other, and I was able to share with her secrets
and feelings that I never thought I would. We connected so well with each other and, for that, I am
so grateful.

I interviewed a teacher from Seckman High School named Lori Bunting. I asked Lori several
questions and she gave me more insight on the teaching career. Lori graduated from Southeast
Missouri State in in 2000 with her Bachelors in Secondary Education and Mathematics. She then
received her masters in classroom teaching in 2008 from MissouriBaptist University. With student
teaching in my near future I thought asking her about her student teacher experience would give
me some advice on what my next steps are. Lori student taught at two different schools and for
eight weeks each. The first place she student taught was at Oak Ridge High Schoolin Oak Ridge,
Missouri. Lori stated that the schoolwas very small and only had one math teacher. She said this

s personal views about being stuck in Mango Street. Cisneros makes an apparent connection to
having some sense of shame with being an occupant of Mango Street. Esperanza carries this burden
of shame around with her, similar to a redballoon, a balloon tied to an anchor (Cisneros 9). This
develops an image in the reader s mind, allowing them to see the balloon, free to move around,
but with no range or hope of becoming unattached to the anchor. Cisneros conveys that
Esperanza is fed up with her temporary (5) life that should only last for the time being (5). The
reader learns that it is near impossible to simply leave the neighborhood, and leave the shame
behind with the neighborhood itself. Cisneros also chooses the color red for Esperanza s balloon.
This is significant because since red is a standout color, the shame of Mango Street stands out to
those who have not experienced anything similar to this type of neighborhood. Such a burden
singles out Esperanza in the crowd, making her unfavorably unique. This includes being seen as the
other half of society, that is unsuccessful and that barely has enough money to make repairs to their
own house. The red balloon describes the ideal and vision of freedom, with several strict limitations
and drawbacks that encompass the weight of the anchor.

The mountains of central Appalachia have always been known for, almost exclusively, the
booming coal deposits that inhabit it, as well as the controversy that comes with the industry. The
controversy that involves the wildlife, ecosystems, and residents of the area is one with fine lines,
gray areas, and more than simply a good and evil side. The mountains of Kentucky, Virginia, West
Virginia, and Tennessee are also home to some of the most extensive biodiversity in our country, as
well as rich cultural heritage that extends to the earliest years of our nation. Everything that makes
central Appalachia unique and identifiable is exactly what they might be in jeopardy of losing.
Surface mining began to replace traditional underground mining around WWII (Bozzi 116). Rather
than digging into the mountain to extract the coal, strip mining involves removing the overlying
soil and rock that covers the coal deposits (Lutz 1). It seemed appealing at first because the
previous known dangers of black lung disease and cave ins were now limited with the surface

Many citizens thought Florida was the first state to require drug testing for welfare recipients
but they were not. In 1996, Congress said states could test welfare recipients for illegal drug use.

One situation that I was able to incorporate any one or more of the 15 responses with their intent
and area of focus is talking with one of my roommates. The beginning of this semester, my
roommate was deciding if she wanted to change her major from nursing to exercise science. I
