Children At A Local Fitness Center
For my observations, I interviewed Penny who teaches gymnastics to children at a local fitness center.
She teaches classes every Friday and Saturday to children ranging from 2 14 years old. I observed her
multiple times and recorded 6 hours of observations. After talking to Penny Lane, I found out she did
gymnastics as a child at her local fitness center. She was a student for there for about 8 years, while
growing up. Then while she was in high school she was asked to teach for students at her fitness
center. She enjoyed it so much that when she moved up to Bellingham, she asked the fitness center in
town if she could teach some lessons. At the time, no one was teaching gymnastics and the fitness
center said that she could teach. She was able to create her own lesson plans and has been working at
this location for 2 years. This is how she was able to get involved with this type of work. She did
mention a few struggles with the job such as the fitness center does not have a lot of funding and that
sometimes hinders the lessons and she explained that older students tend to drop out and go
somewhere else. When I asked her how she felt about her work she said that it was easy and fun. She
really enjoys working with kids and feels comfortable teaching gymnastics. She wants to keep this job
throughout her schooling because she wants to be an elementary school teacher once she graduates
from college. She doesn t make very much money so, I would say based off of my observations

My Top 5 Themes/Strength
I was quite surprised by the results I got from the StrengthsQuest survey. Prior taking the survey, I was
very skeptical. I thought it was one of those long meaningless surveys where you would take it and
that was it. But definitely not this one. I feel that I learned something about myself through this
survey. Something that I have never thought of about myself. The results of this survey really helps
me identify my areas of strength and areas that I need to work on. Based on the survey, my top five
themes are restorative, responsibility, empathy, analytical, and adaptability.

Nitric Oxide is essential for penile erection. Erectile Dysfunction (ED) is associated with reduced NO
synthesis or reduced release in the erectile tissue. The isoforms of NOS, eNOS and nNOS mediate

The blood flow to organs is reduced, one organ may be effected earlier than the other, but eventually
all the organs like the heart, eyes, skin and nerves exhibit the signs of reduced blood flow. In order to
protect the organ from deterioration the blood flow should be restored back to its normal levels or at

is to use the readily available NO that is stored in RBCs. Anodyne Therapy System (ATS) is a drug

Based on the U.S. State Department s reports around 600,000 to 800,000 people are being trafficked
across international borders every year as of 2005 (PBS). These numbers need to change, and there are
multiple organizations trying to make a change, it is possible for these numbers to change drastically
with the help of social media. If activist and organizations could use social media effectively, social
and economic issues would change drastically. Despite the fact that Operation Underground Railroad

Central Committee and SERRV International were the first in 1946 to develop fair trade supply chains
in developing countries. The products were mostly sold by volunteers in charity stores. North

launch of the first fair trade label (Max Havelaar) was created under the initiative of a Dutch
development agency. The Max Havelaar label was further replicated in several markets in Europe and

organization to commit to fair trade 100%. Later in 1997 the Fairtrade International (FLO) was

require fair trade on 100% of its members or products. Later in 2004, Fairtrade international split into
two independent organizations, FLO which sets fair trade standards, and producer support, and FLO

In All the world s a stage Shakespeare writes of a man who has a negative attitude towards growing up
and life in general. This is shown through the negative words that Shakespeare uses to describe his

will be consequences for each and every action that she makes. After the huntsman defies the
