This document provides steps for making a business card in Photoshop. 3. The business cards are easy to
allocate and make new occasions
for your product, so you’ll need to
create one that’s original and signify
your job. There are some steps that
we discuss here for making a good
business card.

5. Step 1: Create New
Document
In Adobe Photoshop, select the File
➝ new. This will carry a New
File window where you’ll pick the
attributes of your new file. Usual
magnitudes for a business card are
3.5″ by 2” Set your choice to 300,
and make sure the color style
is CMYK, and the background
contents are transparent.

6. Step2:SetYour
Margins
Now that you have your clean file,
and set the limits. If you don’t have
bleed, you should set your limits at
the 0.125″ and not to put any
content outside them. If you do have
bleed, you will have your bleed
margins, as well as a 0.125″ buffer
where you should have no copy.
This will make sure that no
necessary information or design is
outer the print region. Go to the
View menu and select the Rulers.
Click on the ruler on every border,
and pull the blue lines to the
suitable size.

7. Step 3: Create a
New Layer
Go to the “Windows” menu and
choose the Layers. Click the
“Create a New Layer
button” at the base of the
window.

8. Step 4:
Background Color
If you desire a background color,
select the “Paint Bucket”
tool. Be sure you have Layer 2
painted.

9. Step 5: Select
Color
To select the background color for
the Paint Bucket tool, double
click on the Foreground Color, which
will drag the Color Picker menu.
Click somewhere on the fly of colors
to pick the shadow you desire, then
click OK button when you are
set.

10. Step 6: Make a
Footer
To make a footer background color, only
repeat the steps of making a new cover.
With this new Layer 3 decorated, use
the Rectangular
Marquee Tool, click and draw to
pick the part of your footer. Again, use
the Color Picker and the Paint Bucket
tool; click the Paint Bucket within the
marquee you formed to seal in the
footer with your chosen color.

11. Step 7: Insert Text
To add a new text in your file, replicate
the steps to make an original cover.
Then choose the Horizontal
Type Tool and click on the region of
your file, you would like to add the text
and start typing.

12. Step 8: Change
Text Color
To modify the text color, choose the
“Text” tool and emphasize the text. Go to
the Text Color box at the peak of the
screen and double click to drag the
Color Picker. The peak of the
screen will also now show the drop
down menus for print, Font Style, Font
Size, and Paragraph course etc.

13. Step 9: Insert an
Image
To add an image, such as a symbol, go to
the Filemenu and pick the Place.
This will carry a browsing window
where you can put the image file, you
would like to put choose the file, and
click Place button.

14. Step 10: Re-size
the Image
Depending on the volume of your
image, you may require to re-size it
to well on the business card. Float
over one angle until you observe the
double sided arrow. To re-size
proportionally, grip the modify key
as you click the dual
arrow and pull to the preferred
size. To stir the image, just click and
pull.

15. Step 11: Place
Image
Now that your image is sized and
stirred, you are prepared to put it.
Go to the Move Tool and pick it.

if you are set to put the file, click
on the Place.

16. Step 12: Twist
Your Design
Now that you have the fundamentals,
you can insert more essentials, create
the back side of your business card,
and improve the basics that you have.

will carry the Layer Style
menu, where you can insert darkness,
