Sodexo implemented the EQMS quality management software to help its pharmaceutical clients stay compliant with regulations. While some areas of Sodexo saw instant benefits from EQMS, other areas were slower to adopt the new system or faced resistance. Through communication, training, competitions, management support, and feedback, Sodexo was able to increase engagement with EQMS over time. Looking ahead, Sodexo aims to roll EQMS out globally and increase the number of modules to further drive benefits for its clients and operations.
