Power Grid Model is an open source project from Linux Foundation Energy and provides a calculation engine that is increasingly essential for DSOs. It offers a standards-based foundation enabling real-time power systems analysis, simulations of electrical power grids, and sophisticated what-if analysis. In addition, it enables in-depth studies and analysis of the electrical power grid’s behavior and performance. How I made my logos.
- 1. Assembling My Logo. EllyRewcastle.
- 2. This is my finished product.
- 3. Step One. First I found a photo of a tree that I liked and found interesting. I liked this image particularly because it looked realistic and naturalistic. I liked how the tree looked like a silhouette against the sky with the sun in the background because it gave a calming feel to the logo. It presents the company as being very calming and simple.
- 4. Step Two. Once I saved my photo, I added it into Photoshop and resized it so it was bigger and covered the canvas size. I decided to make a space at the bottom to add the text underneath.
- 5. Step Three. Instead of leaving the bottom section white I carried on the black that was at the bottom of the photo and added in a black rectangle to make the section where I would add the text in black.
- 6. Step Four. I then went onto DaFont.com and found a font that I found appropriate for my logo. I liked this font because it was almost childlike and vibrant. It gives the logo a lively more fun impression.
- 7. Step Six. I added the text on the bottom to finish my logo.
