Often times mothers can be pushy, annoying, and a bit overbearing but in the long run they always just
want what is best for their child. Everyone wants their child to be the best, most popular and overall
number one. In Amy Tan s short story Two Kinds we see this type of fame hungry mother. The short
story is about a Chinese family who lost everything. The mother had lost her entire family full of
children except for the one in the story. With the belief you could be anything you want in America
(Tan 305) in mind the mother set off to find what her child can do. This ultimately will resort in
disappointment for both the mother and child, as they do not share the same goals throughout the short
story. My initial personal interpretation of this piece is that the mother wants to live vicariously
through her daughter. This was proven throughout the story time and time again. Through further
thought, different literary techniques, and class discussion I became aware of an alternate

This study identifies and measures of the factors affecting satisfaction level of Apple iPhone users. A
total of 50 students of California State University: San Bernardino(CSUSB) are surveyed by applying
random sampling procedures. The objective of this research is to analyze the level of customer
satisfaction and the level of customer loyalty which is effected by customer satisfaction. This research
will look into factors such as brand name, customer service, price and value, and iPhone quality where
each factors has its respective advantages or disadvantages to affect the customer s level of customer

He fights his gut feelings and suppresses his emotions until he misses his chances which he then hates
himself for doing. These feelings of uncertainty stem from another inner conflict he is experiencing
which has to do with how angry he really feels about his father s death, and how his mother marries

Hamlet believes Claudius has taken everything from him, and he is on a mission to get revenge.
Claudius is being driven by two things, his naturally cynical and greedy nature, and his thirst for

Vladimir Ilyich Ulyanov (a.k.a Lenin) was born in 1870, into a middle class family.
In the year 1887 when Lenin was 17 his elder brother Alexandra was executed for conspiring to
assassinate the tsar. Lenin who was already well educated and fond of reading and writing was
encouraged to enter politics to make changes and to somehow avenge his brothers death. The long
term effects of this were that Lenin would later become one of the great revolutionary leaders of all

When Tsar Nicholas II abdicates on March 1st 1917 Lenin is in Switzerland. He is now desperate to
return to Russia to help shape the future of the country. He feels that with the tsars abdication leaving

Throughout the different eras of theatre, the Greek, Roman, Medieval, Commedia, and Shakespearean
performers all contributed to the culture of the societies of they were in. However, the level of social
responsibility that was prevalent in these eras was dependent on whether or not government promoted
theatre as a means of enlightening the general public. As a result, the manner in which theatre was
