expected to be highly influenced by the nature of the connection between steel and timber. However,

Into the Deep by Stephanie Faleski is a naturalistic, oil painting showcased in a simple black frame,
which measures roughly four feet in length and three feet in width. Its frame successfully manages to
serve as an outline for the work without serving as a distraction. On either side of the painting there
are two correspondingly painted ocean scenes. It depicts two sea turtles, each surrounded by a group
of several medium sized fish around them. Each of the fish, except for the one directly behind the
main turtle which is only half visible, have four fins in view, with their dorsal fins displaying a
separation above their gills. Altogether, there are three separate types of fish, with two of them both
displaying brown stripes, and all three of them are grey in color. The main thing that distinguishes the

The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, is a satire written by Mark Twain. The novel is based on the
series of adventures that the protagonist, Huckleberry Finn, and his companion a runaway slave
named Jim go on. In the novel, the protagonist, Huck Finn s mind is pulled in conflicting directions by
two compelling desires. The first time when Huck Finn is pulled in conflicting desires is when he
finds Miss Watson s runaway slave, Jim, at Jackson s Island. Huck knows that if he doesn t turn the
runaway slave in to his owner, People would call [him] a low down Abolitionist and despise (him) for
keeping mum. (Twain 43). Then later in the novel when he tries to write to Miss Watson that he knew
where Jim was, he doesn t because she d be mad and disgusted at his rascality and ungratefulness for

Finn illuminates the meaning of the work as a whole because during the novel Huck develops

John Watson and Classical Conditioning
In psychology, respondent behavior is behavior learned through classical conditioning. This type of
learning is defined as a way in which one learns to link two or more stimuli while also anticipating
events; or other wise, known as a kind of learning that occurs when a conditioned stimulus is paired
with an unconditioned stimulus. While classical conditioning was accidently discovered by Ivan
Pavlov, John B. Watson was interested in taking Pavlov s experiences a bit further. Watson s ultimate
goal was to research how classical conditioning could be seen through humans and not just through
