3. In our region there is Aspen
Valley. It is a local family company
which uses cultural heritage to find
job opportunities. Their region was
famous for aspen crafts. So now
they prepare aspen decorations,
aspen jewellery. What is more they
organise aspen workshops for
schools, libraries, preschools, local
youth centres.

Aspen Valley shop sells handmde decors from aspen
wood.
Their products can be divided in two categories –
Easter and Christmas

THE HISOTRY
„Aspen Valley” always was part of Jura, amazing
and diffrent.
Their inhabitants have used natural resources
as aspen wood since the XIX century.
They made art of its unperfections and
softness.
Strong men`s arms created phloem.
Creative women`s hands made beautiful
flowers, hats, mats, toys and decors.
It is a great honour for Aspen Valley to
continume this XIX century tradition.”

8. WHAT CAN YOU FIND IN
ASPEN VALLEY
„Our offer includes colorful flowers, Christmas
trees and compositions , a lot of diffrent decors
for Chrismas, Easter, jewellery, candelsticks,
paintings, lamps …
We design and prepare crafts for special orders,
interior decorations, exhibitions.
We also do workshops and trainings.
