• In power plants a widely used combination is a gas
turbine burning Natural Gas whose hot exhaust
powers a steam power plant. This is called a
combined cycle gas turbine plant.
• Combined Cycle Plant produces electricity from two
sources of energy instead of one.
• N.T.P.C. Anta has three gas turbines generator sets
of 89.20 MW and one steam generator set of 153.20
MW.
• GAS TURBINE are equipped with dual fuel burner
for gaseous fuel and liquid fuel.
