We must avoid eating too much salt..
It’s healthy to eat fruit and vegetables every day.
We must drink water every day
We should eat meat only twice a week
We must eat breakfast every day
We should eat fish twice a week.
We should eat small meals every three hours.
We mustn’t eat many snacks
because they aren’t healthy
We must eat our last meal before eight o’clock.
Our bodies
need
all kinds of
good things
to stay healthy.
We must drink lots of water and
eat fruit and vegetables.
We need also fish and meat.
So, if we follow a healthy diet,
we will have a healthy body.
