  2. Your body is equipped with muscles , bones and organs to keep it functioning so that you can perform simple and complex physical tasks and movements. The goal is for you to keep your body active and physically fit.

  4. On this lesson , we are going
  5. Physical activity in daily life can be categorized into occupational, sports and body conditioning, house hold chores or other activities. It does’t mean that when you say physical activity its just your doing an exercise or a workout at a gym. But you can also have your daily physical activity by just simply cleaning your house, by just walking wherever you are going to, if you have a work to do and you are using your whole body just like those who are in a factory they are using their different parts of there body. Will you pls give me an occupation where they are using the different parts of there body? And also If you are into sports, how about you guys what sports are you into?
  6. So in contrast with physical activity exercise is planned, structures and repetitive. What exercise are you doing right now.
  7. Physical fitness has components that are measurable. Each component will tell you your physical strengths and weaknesses. You may find out that you are physically strong but not flexible, or vice versa. You may also discover that even though you look leaner that your classmates, you are heavier than them. The physical fitness components can be grouped int two: health related and skill related. Health – we are doing to make our body strong and healty Skill -
