To assist in communications and publicity and enable greater impact of Franchisees
activities among member farmers and the local community
Develop Crop wise Cluster
Develop Package of Practice (POP) for selected Crops
Take Franchisee on Higher Value Chain
Develop ‘Brand’ for member produce
Create Geotagging and Block chain data for each member

To onboard Partner FPOs and Agropreuneurs and connect them to E-Fasal
as franchisees for Agri-Business Solutions
To provide working capital as credit line on pre agreed terms and conditions
To provide capacity building support as Training Cost of onboarded
Franchisees
To facilitate financial solutions to enable Franchisees and E-Fasal to
undertake Agri- business smoothly
To provide support onboarding new input manufacture companies

To Provide Payment Gateway & CRM & ERP software

To offer updated technical knowledge, market relevant information and market
development support to the franchise.
To provide relevant and comprehensive guidance for crop management services to
the farmers through franchisee
To take full responsibility for all legal and statutory compliances as master
distributor and assist franchisee to adhere to the same
To provide technology support to the onboarded franchisees for promotion,
communication, and member engagement and end to end business solution
Linkage with wholesalers, Processors, & Exporters
Develop Fair Average Quality (FAQ) norm crosswise
Provide Quality Certificate for member farmers produce
Furniture - Table 2, Chair 2, Stool 4, Racks
Computor 1, Printer, Internet Connection
Select two Agri-Marketing Executive for sales & Marketing
Select 25 cluster of villages as Business Core Area

Selection of Service area - Around 25 to 30 villages
Registrar Farmers as Member
Select Local Personal for Markating Executive
Collect basic information of each member
Prepare season wise crop plan
Each member should have Kisan credit Card (KCC)
Involve each member in ‘Advance booking Scheme’

Participate in E-FASAL Advance Booking Scheme
Advance stocking with member farmers
Distribute agri-input directly at village level
Every member should take part in Traing for implementing POP

Franchisee business Model is a ‘Service’ inclusive model not a ‘Trading’ Model
Provide financial & Insurance services to Farmers
Provide line of Credit facility from NBFC or Bank as working capital without collateral
Franchisee can use this line of credit for Booking & Purchasing Agri-Input from
This partnership has profit sharing model betweenFranchisee, F-FASAL, & Marketing
executives as :
After deducted amount of rate of interest on loan taken by Franchisee margin profit will
share 60% to Franchisee, 25% to E-FASAL and 15% to Marketing Executives

To onboard Partner FPOs and Agropreuneurs and connect them to E-Fasal as franchisees for Agri-Business Solutions To provide working capital as credit line on pre agreed terms and conditions To provide capacity building support as Training Cost of onboarded Franchisees To facilitate financial solutions to enable Franchisees and E-Fasal to undertake Agri- business smoothly To provide support onboarding new input manufacture companies To Provide two Agri-Marketing Executive for Sales & Marketing To Provide Payment Gateway & CRM & ERP software To develop & provide agri-business training onboarded franchisees Roles and Responsibilities E-FASAL

To provide relevant and comprehensive guidance for crop management services to the farmers through franchisee To take full responsibility for all legal and statutory compliances as master distributor and assist franchisee to adhere to the same To provide technology support to the onboarded franchisees for promotion, communication, and member engagement and end to end business solution Linkage with wholesalers, Processors, & Exporters Develop Fair Average Quality (FAQ) norm crosswise Provide Quality Certificate for member farmers produce

Process Participate in E-FASAL Advance Booking Scheme Advance stocking with member farmers Distribute agri-input directly at village level Every member should take part in Traing for implementing POP Marketing Executive will monitoring using POP practices Develop advance forecast mechanism for crop wise production

CONSIDERATION Franchisee business Model is a ‘Service’ inclusive model not a ‘Trading’ Model Provide financial & Insurance services to Farmers Provide line of Credit facility from NBFC or Bank as working capital without collateral Franchisee can use this line of credit for Booking & Purchasing Agri-Input from This partnership has profit sharing model betweenFranchisee, F-FASAL, & Marketing executives as : After deducted amount of rate of interest on loan taken by Franchisee margin profit will share 60% to Franchisee, 25% to E-FASAL and 15% to Marketing Executives Calculate Increased ROI for each member E-FASAL
