People have to learn how to manage their emotions appropriately as they mature. Instead of being emotionally depressed or overreacting to the situation, try to manage your emotions. It is important to maintain your self-respect and change your ineffective behaviour.

The biggest negative experience that I have had is with a previous employer, and it was my first day as a preschool teacher in a facility nearby. On my first day, I walked into a situation that made a huge impact on the way I viewed this facility. When I started that day, I was told that I would not be in “my classroom” that I would be filling in for a teacher that was out that day. I didn’t have an issue with that fact and was actually up for the challenge. But when I entered the classroom I noticed there were no rules, no structure, no lesson plans and the classroom was complete chaos. I managed to create some spur of the moment lessons and engaged in music as much as possible. Then when it was time for lunch, and I went to serve it, it was pure sugar and very unhealthy. I left for the day feeling defeated, tired, frustrated and stressed and nowhere to turn. I expressed my concerns throughout the day along with a lot of severe health issues to the owner and was brushed off. I care a lot about the children’s safety and their learning environment, and I felt like I was drowning. Needless to say, I ended up moving on from that position because I felt helpless and without a direction to improve anything.
I have had several positive experiences throughout my educational background. The classrooms were always welcoming, warm and inviting and it showed that the teachers cared about their classrooms and their students. Those classrooms made me excited about becoming a teacher and gave me something to work towards in the future.
“The foundation for successful learning and a safe and secure classroom climate is the relationship that teachers develop with their students (Sousa, Tomlinson, 2011)”. The teacher-student relationship is something that should be built on from day one. If the students do not trust or know you, they will feel uneasy and unsafe in the classroom environment. It is so important to form the relationship with your students to ensure communication and safety of your students. Another way to provide a positive learning environment is with your attitude. If you have a positive and fun attitude, it will show through your lessons and your students will enjoy being in your class every day which will affect how they learn. Lastly, the organization is a big key to a positive and stimulating learning environment. If your classroom is packed full of stuff or the students, do not know where materials are it can cause frustrations for you and your students.
I firmly believe there are no stupid questions! I want to ensure my stude.

The Roman Empire A Historical Colossus.pdfkaushalkr1407
The Roman Empire, a vast and enduring power, stands as one of history's most remarkable civilizations, leaving an indelible imprint on the world. It emerged from the Roman Republic, transitioning into an imperial powerhouse under the leadership of Augustus Caesar in 27 BCE. This transformation marked the beginning of an era defined by unprecedented territorial expansion, architectural marvels, and profound cultural influence.
The empire's roots lie in the city of Rome, founded, according to legend, by Romulus in 753 BCE. Over centuries, Rome evolved from a small settlement to a formidable republic, characterized by a complex political system with elected officials and checks on power. However, internal strife, class conflicts, and military ambitions paved the way for the end of the Republic. Julius Caesar’s dictatorship and subsequent assassination in 44 BCE created a power vacuum, leading to a civil war. Octavian, later Augustus, emerged victorious, heralding the Roman Empire’s birth.
Under Augustus, the empire experienced the Pax Romana, a 200-year period of relative peace and stability. Augustus reformed the military, established efficient administrative systems, and initiated grand construction projects. The empire's borders expanded, encompassing territories from Britain to Egypt and from Spain to the Euphrates. Roman legions, renowned for their discipline and engineering prowess, secured and maintained these vast territories, building roads, fortifications, and cities that facilitated control and integration.
The Roman Empire’s society was hierarchical, with a rigid class system. At the top were the patricians, wealthy elites who held significant political power. Below them were the plebeians, free citizens with limited political influence, and the vast numbers of slaves who formed the backbone of the economy. The family unit was central, governed by the paterfamilias, the male head who held absolute authority.
Culturally, the Romans were eclectic, absorbing and adapting elements from the civilizations they encountered, particularly the Greeks. Roman art, literature, and philosophy reflected this synthesis, creating a rich cultural tapestry. Latin, the Roman language, became the lingua franca of the Western world, influencing numerous modern languages.
Roman architecture and engineering achievements were monumental. They perfected the arch, vault, and dome, constructing enduring structures like the Colosseum, Pantheon, and aqueducts. These engineering marvels not only showcased Roman ingenuity but also served practical purposes, from public entertainment to water supply.

She is a strict but an understanding teacher. She successfully
develops students holistically, not to mention those stubborn and
hard-headed students who do not cooperate.

She is strict in implementing rules in order to discipline her
students, but she is considerate for those who deserve consideration.
For her, students nowadays are uncontrollable. There is no need
for her to control them because if they want to learn they will
participate or cooperate. She will rather be strict and earn respect
than being considerate and earn appreciation.
In terms of changing student’s bad behaviors, she will not use
force (corporal punishment) because it is against the law. She does
believe that a student will change his/her behaviors or attitudes along
their journey in life through their experiences.
In handling millennial students who are using their gadget inside
her class, she will just inform them the advantages and disadvantages
of using such gadget and it is up to them on how they will manage
such information.

7. The Optimistic One
To control her emotions and not to hurt a student, she stated, "I have to count for 10
seconds or more than that to control my anger towards my student. I always bear in my mind
that letting my emotions overpower me would always lead to something that I would regret
later."
For preferring being loved or being feared, she pointed out, "I believe that everyone
would always preferred to be loved than being feared since it would make you feel cared by
someone dearest to you. I want them not to feel scared to confide their problems and vice-
versa. If you are being loved, trust towards each other will develop eventually."
According to her, "In manipulating my problems, I've been dealing with so much
problems in life, but what makes me strong and still standing tall is that I always believe that
in every problem, there is always a solution. I seek advice from experts and deal with it
positively."
For disciplining misbehaved students, she remarked, “I should call their attention and
reprimand them that what they did is not right. Proper reinforcement should be applied in
every action. A teacher should have consistency in conducting reinforcement and if a student
is changing or improving then he or she must be acknowledged."
During a time that problems reigns her mind, as a professional teacher, she stated, "I
reflect what I did and think of what should I do to solve the problems. Anyway, I deal with
problems positively. I like pressure. It proves on what extent I can do as a teacher."

towards her colleagues. She is a Science, MAPEH and English teacher. She is Ms. Shiera Lyn
