The USDA Rural Development program provides several energy programs including the Rural Energy for America Program (REAP) which provides grants and loan guarantees to help farmers and rural businesses make energy efficiency improvements and install renewable energy systems. REAP grants cover up to 25% of project costs and can be combined with funding from partners like utility companies and state agencies. The document provides examples of Nevada businesses that received REAP funding to install solar, hydroelectric, and wind power systems.

Accelerating Web and Mobile Testing for Continuous Delivery
Automated load and performance testing of your web and mobile apps can ensure quality throughout the application lifecycle. Automated and continuous testing can increase the speed and accuracy of application readiness, and eliminate time-consuming, error-prone manual processes.
In this webinar, led by SOASTA experts, you will learn:
• How to create a continuous load and performance testing framework
• How to trigger testing every time code changes are delivered
• How to use TouchTest for mobile apps functional testing
• How to use CloudTest for load testing
Why International?
Access to global themes and global best practice.
Narrow concentration of Australian share-market and economy creates a bottle-neck for growth and adds unnecessary portfolio risk.
Equity is the GROWTH asset. As the lowest end of the capital structure, the attraction in holding equity invariably is the GROWTH aspect. This compensates us for the risk born in owning equity.
Slowing Australian growth & falling cash rates mean investors should cast a wider net.
Our service options are tailored to incorporate both self-directed service alternatives and full advisory solutions, giving you the choice of approach to build an investment and service offering that fits your profile while still achieving your financial goals.
To maintain relevance in the digital age, Accounting Firms must undergo a digital transformation – an evolution the firm must go through to add digital dimensions to not only client experiences but for the firm itself.

Russian anarchist and anti-war movement in the third year of full-scale warAntti Rautiainen
Anarchist group ANA Regensburg hosted my online-presentation on 16th of May 2024, in which I discussed tactics of anti-war activism in Russia, and reasons why the anti-war movement has not been able to make an impact to change the course of events yet. Cases of anarchists repressed for anti-war activities are presented, as well as strategies of support for political prisoners, and modest successes in supporting their struggles.

Van Norman’s have two small turbines installed to replace power used for irrigation. They received an NV Energy Renewable Generations incentive payment. The project was designed and constructed by Nevada Controls (Rett Jesse). The Governor’s Office of Energy made them a revolving loan for the project for construction which was paid off when the project was completed and they received the REAP grant and the Renewable Generation’s incentive. They also received a Treasury grant in lieu of the tax credit.
Gandolfo Ranch received a REAP grant to purchase and construct two 100 kW wind turbines. One was installed in Reese River Valley and the other was installed in Smith Creek Valley. The replaced power used for irrigation. The received an NV Energy Renewable Generation’s incentive payment. Nevada Controls (Rett Jesse) designed and constructed the project. They received a Treasury grant in lieu of the tax credit.
This is our latest project. The Hutchens received a 25% REAP grant to purchase and construct a 50 kW Solar PV system to replace power used for irrigation. They also received an NV Energy Renewable Generation’s solar incentive. The project was designed and built by Hamilton Solar.
REAP provides guaranteed loans from $5,000 to $25 million up to 75% of the eligible project costs. The guaranteed fees are only 1% and the annual renewal fees are only ¼ of a percent. This compares to a 3% annual fee and an ½ % fee for B&I. Comstock Seed was our very first project. They received a 25% grant and a 50% guaranteed loan (maximum grant and guaranteed assistance of 75%) to replace power for their native seed operation. The guaranteed loan was made by Wells Fargo Bank. Tahoe Solar Design (Leslie Ames) designed and constructed the project. They also received an NV Energy Renewable Generation’s solar incentive.
