future Gunsmith, I, will need to either; install or disassemble weapon parts, carry out
repairs, design parts or alter a weapon in some way to make it operational. Besides
conducting repairs and modifications, I, may also customize a weapon through
decorative artwork such as; checkering, staining or making wood carving designs.
When handling any weapon, we must always ensure that the firearmis safe and cleared
before altering or fixing parts. When conducting any work either on weapons or for
weapons, I, always keep every tool in front of me on my table in sections.
As a future Gunsmith, although, I, will be primarily focused on creating under a
Minute of Angle (M.O.A) Sniper ammunition; I, will still need basic hand tools.
Basic Gunsmithing hand tools like; vises, hammers, punches; a screwdriver set,
Torx wrench, bench block, pliers and files will all prove to be invaluable in a
workshop and will immediately pay for itself. In this profession, it s essential to
have precise measurements and attention to detail. Not all tools are immediately
needed to become a Gunsmith, as some people in this profession may function on
the level of a; weekend hobbyist, semi professional from home or even a
professional at a gun range. In my opinion and experience, the main goal of tool
selection should be to; select only the tools needed but of very good quality.

Abstract
The decision making process has six stages. These stages consist of identifying and
diagnosing the problem, generating alternative solutions, evaluating alternatives,
making the choice, implementing the decision, and evaluate the decision. Choosing
to go back to school and what school to attend was a problem that I had that needed
to be figured out. I did not use the decision making process; if I had I am not sure if
my decision would have been the same.
Deciding to go back to school was something I thought about for a few months but

Also if I had taken the steps to talk to daycares about putting my youngest child in
one, I would not have to worry about finding a babysitter when I went to school.
The decision making process would have made me ask questions about what I
wanted and what I could do. The process also would have allowed me to evaluate
my decision and determine if a community college would have been right. My
problem was going back to school and which school to attend. I may not have
followed the decision making process but I do believe I have made the right choice.

For my first event I took a friend to a movie night hosted by the Notre Dame
Student Association and students from the Aboriginal People unit. They

This essay will discuss about the problems within international law which revolves
around sexual violence and using the Democratic Republic of Congo as a case
study. In addition, the essay will explain about who is accountable, how to obtain
witnesses and provide recommendations on improving international law to bring
the perpetrators to justice and reduce crime overall. But primarily, the sexual
violence has to be explained and how there is international law for this issue.
According to (WHO, 2002) (Obote Odora, 2005, p135), sexual violence is not
limited rape, but a person conducting a sexual act on another person via coercion.
Sexual violence can relate to violence psychologically and physically and this is
aimed at the sexuality of a person and this could include forced acts such as sexual
slavery and prostitution. Sexual violence is prevalent in peace and armed conflict
scenarios. This is regarded as traumatic, pervasive a common violation that people
suffer from. This is a grave health and human rights issue that affects the individual
mentally and physically in the short term as well as the long term. Though women
and girls suffer disproportionately from sexual violence, it can happen to anyone

Literature Review On Frozen Conflict

The topic I have decided to research is frozen conflict zones. Recently, the term
frozen conflict has become more relevant within international relations, and it is
used frequently when addressing conflicts within the former Soviet Union.
However, frozen conflicts is a term that is often used loosely and as a result there is
no way to categorize and define frozen conflict zones. Frozen conflicts are used to
describe conflicts that are not active and have yet to be resolved. But, why is this
term used only when discussing post soviet states? Why is this term not used to
describe similar conflicts such as Taiwan or Israel and Palestine? How can a conflict
be frozen if it is still creating global insecurities? I hope to answer all of these
questions within my research by using a variety of scholarly and professional sources.
Furthermore, I plan to create a set of criteria for defining for frozen conflict zones,
and as a result I will be able to look into the annexation of Crimea to determine if it
can be identified as a frozen conflict. I will inform my research through looking at
cases of current conflicts within Georgia, Russia, Azerbaijan, and Moldova.
An article titled Crimea and the Lessons of Frozen Conflicts by John Abrahamson,
focuses on Russia s involvement in the Crimean Peninsula . This interpretive source
argues that the Russian annexation of Crimea was a calculated move with the
Russian objective to undermine Pro western states within Russia s sphere of
influence. In the article, Abrahamson compares Russia s annexation of Crimea to
former Soviet States that poses several frozen conflicts. Abrahamson furthered his
argument by writing: ...Russia helps fracture local elites, prevent the emergence of
normal political systems, and encourage illicit activities . . . from the smuggling of
drugs and arms to nuclear proliferation1.
Another author, Dov Lynch, wrote an article that focused upon the efforts of the
Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) and the European
Union (EU) to solve frozen conflicts . Lynch pushed upon the OSCE and EU to
change their conventional framework for how they approach frozen conflicts, and

My Spiritual Journey
A spiritual journey is the search of God in our lives. This journey often helps us to
find the true inner meaning in our life. It doesn t matter whether you go to church
or not, nature is leading us to God. My spiritual journey began when I first moved
to the United States. I was four years old when I left Haiti with my father and twin
brother and heartbroken to leave my mom behind. My dad seized the opportunity
to go to America where he would create a better future for us. Growing up was hard
because, for most of my life, my mom was absent. But I was fortunate, and even
