assume that is because this group has been meeting once a week for about 10 years
and while they may face misunderstanding or miscommunication they have worked
though enough of it that they have a solid foundation of shared understanding and the

through the Divergent and Convergent Zones. At some points, they seemed to work

only looked for the conflicting issues between their ideas but they could come to
agreement on which brainstormed ideas would work and which ones were
