Microfluidic chips allow for the manipulation, at small quantities of neuronal cells.
Further, these chips allow for precise temporal and spatial control. This model is one
that can be useful in the framework of neurodegeneration. Deleglise et al (2013)
fabricated a 3 chamber microfluidic chip. The chambers held one of: coritical neuron
soma and dendrites, cortical axons, or striatal neurons. The chip was designed to
replicate an oriented neuronal connection from the coritcal to the striatal cells.
Through the use of a chemically induced axotomy, by adding fluid to the central
chamber (housing the cortical axon), showed that their chip could be used to simulate
a lesion in the neuronal network. An emphasis was placed on the protection of
synapses, and event that in axotomy studies, traumatic injury and in many
neurodegenerative disorders precedes the loss of neuronal cell soma and axons. They
then showed that zVAD fmk, a caspase inhibitor and resveratrol did not show
synaptic protection, while NAD+ and Y27632, a Rho Kinase inhibitor showed
significant synaptic protection, despite the mechanism not being clear. Pointing at

Fraud Case Report
I reviewed this file on 07/14/17 in preparation for a hearing coming up on 07/19
/17. It is on for a fraud trial and we are going to take testimony from the owner of
the company, Dean West as he took some photographs which he will authenticate
and give his testimony about seeing the claimant working. He saw him weed
whacking in front of a motel on two separate occasion. He saw him working with
another employee of Windustrial. We also asked for an investigator and we 2 disks
worth of surveillance.
The first has two dates but four different videos. Two on 03/23/17 and two on 03/25
/17. They really do not show much. Mostly the claimant sitting on his stoop and
going to the grocery store but he is really not seen doing anything. The batch is ...
I reviewed the medicals and I reviewed the testimony from the last hearing. Basically
I got the claimant to say he had not worked since the accident, that is the main basis
for the fraud claim because we have evidence of him working in the photograph that
Dean took, but I also had him testify that he was honest and truthful with regard to
his work activities and his physical complaints when he spoke to each of his
doctors. So I looked at the medicals to see if there were any discrepancies between
what he told the doctors and what we have on the surveillance material. He
generally complaining about having pain in his neck and shoulder. His shoulder
is sore while sleeping and there is a report of him saying he has difficulty lifting over
his head or it aggravates his pain which I believe was what he told Dr. Delsavio on
03/30/17. In Dr. Weiner s report of 04/10/17, he said the claimant has a limited range
of motion of his right shoulder. He also has neck pain and right shoulder pain.
The materials we have show the claimant using his arms to doing a job which would
suggest the claimant was not fully forth coming with his doctors about what he could
do. Although he did not blatantly do anything that he said he couldn t do but it is
kinda inconsistent with his general complaints of neck and shoulder pain. He doesn t

My personal interested with ADHD is because my friend, Brittany, is diagnosed
with it and she often talks about how it has affected her. I thought that I would be
able to better understand her if I had gained more knowledge about how it affected

like an egg could be used to mock Cinderella s wish, adding to the negative
characterization (Sexton 1012). On the other hand, the movie develops Cinderella

begging to go to a ball Cinderella makes her own dress, and when her stepmother
destroys it, a fairy godmother comes to her to replace it. This lends to an overall
more positive characterization of Cinderella.

it s not for me so I should just ignore it. And it ll make you feel like that

fitness, and sport magazines. For girls the fashion magazine is the one they would

fashion and some want to fit in with a crew that dresses differently. Same thing with
the guys. Whatever s out of fashion for them, they don t wear anymore, but for girls

William Wordsworth grew up in Cockermouth, England, the second oldest of four.
Born in 1770, and no stranger to the classics like Shakespeare, he did not excel nor

discovering more of the world and himself, Wordsworth returned to England in
1793, married Annette Vallon, and finally began his life as a poet. Because of the
war between France and Britain he was not permitted to go back to France to unite
with his wife and son. In William Wordsworths poem, We Are Seven , he questions a
little girl about the death of two of her siblings. According to the author, once a
human being dies, nothing is left of them on earth, a concept the little girl cannot
seem to grasp. However, it is the author who does not understand the spirituality of
life and death.
The little girl appears to know more about life and death than the writer. The poem
begins with the narrator s amazement of life within the child. A simple Child, That
