 They were more portable and produced less
amount of heat.

 Integration Circuit Technology are used
 They are smaller as compared two previous

 Computation time was in nano second
 They were smaller in size and easily portable.

 They are very small in size.
 They are portable and more reliable.
 They can cheaper since production cost is low.

 They do not required air conditioning.
 Only cooling fans are sufficient.

 Fifth Generation of computing device are based on

 These are still in development.
 They used various applications like voice
recognition, etc.
