to be come….A stronger competitor, a healthier mother
or simply a better you,’
 We use trainer-led CrossFit classes as the core of this
approach to better fitness
 We compliment our classes with mobility, strength,
Olympic lifting and recovery (sports massage)
 We also have offered specific classes such as
gymnastics, muscle-up club and competition based on
popularity
 We are open to feedback and flexible so plz message

There may be an occasion for 1RM but those are intended for OLY class.
