2. The Causes Of Stress In Modern Life
The Causes of StressStress is a common issue that many deal with on a daily basis. It is often
described as a feeling of being overloaded, tense, and worried. Small amounts of stress can be
beneficial, but too much is extremely detrimental. According to Danzae Pace, Stress is the trash of
modern life we all generate it, but if you don t dispose of it properly, it will pile up and overtake your
life (Pace). This buildup of stress is immensely toxic, and there are many reasons for such a buildup.
Stress is primarily caused by three main factors: a person s financial responsibilities, job pressure, and
health. Financial stress is a persistent stressor in all of our lives. It is an important source of distress in
people s lives due to the ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Time examined data from studies of nearly 200,000 people from seven European countries and found
that workers with highly demanding jobs and little control over decision making were 23% more
likely to have a heart attack compared to their peers with less job stress over the 7.5 year study
(Stifferlin). The effect of work related stress is also felt by others, these individuals often include
family, friends, and even co workers. Workplace stress not only affects the individual, but has also
been estimated to cost the American industry more than 100 billion dollars annually in absenteeism,
productivity loss, and health related expenses.Possibly the most major cause of stress is the fear over
one s own health, or the wellbeing of a relative or friend. The experience of an illness, and the loss of
control over events, can lead to persistent worry about both the current and possible future situations.
Paradoxically, the stress caused by one s health worries can lead to problems. Many people also
significantly worry about the wellbeing of friends and family, which when affected can create even
more stress. It is clear that excess stress leads to many more problems than benefits. Most stress in life
can be categorized into three main topics: a person s financial responsibilities, job pressure, and
health. It can be avoided, and even prevented, by means such as saving money,

3. Mr. Lasko s Loss Of Prosthetic Leg
Summary: This article is a great read, and is about Mr. Lasko, a marine who unfortunately lost one of
his legs in Afghanistan. Lasko participated in a project where he tested out a prosthetic leg specifically
designed for swimming. He would swim laps around the pool and tell Todd Goldstein, the designer of
the leg, how he was feeling. Prosthetic legs have been waterproof for some time but this leg is meant
to swim and help propel you through the water. The leg was designed by Goldstein who used a
process of trial and error with Lasko to come up with the final product. Lasko is a father of two boys
who love to swim and since his accident he has wished for a better way to swim with his kids. It took
some time for Lasko to get adjusted to the ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
I don t think that people without handicaps realize how big of a deal it is to be able to jump into the
water and keep yourself afloat. To be able to swim and play with your kids or friends is taken for
granted. Obviously, it is not only swimming that is tough for people with handicaps. Swimming is just
one more way we can work to bring them some joy again. I really enjoyed this article and thought it
was a great choice, because I think it is wonderful that people are constantly working to make people
with handicaps lives easier. I have not personally dealt with someone in my family with a disability,
with some motor function like their legs, but I had to be on crutches for two weeks when I was in
middle school, and it was hell. If I simply hated dealing with crutches for two weeks, I cannot imagine
people who have had them for years and years to come. Making life easier and more accessible for
these people is a great use of time and money. I love everything about this practice, except the fact the
insurance will not cover prosthetics. I believe in a few years once it becomes less expensive and the
business grows that insurance companies will finally jump on board. They may seem expensive now
but it is almost a brand new technology. They will always have high startup costs. It is the next step in
medical technology and many people suffer from these disabilities, so we must help them every way
we can. When people suffer from a disability like this, they simply don t get enough exercise because
it is much more difficult and dangerous. Without giving these people access to this leg is cruel because
they will only get in worse shape. I hope that Lasko can swim comfortably with his kids from now on,
and now we just need to keep on advancing with this technology. These prosthetics will simply keep
on improving being able to do more and more for the user. I have seen a prosthetic arm that can move

For Chinese people, the importance of family, the institution which has patterned the entire social

culture, playing a role in almost every piece of a person s life. Families are involved with everything
from behaviors to relationships. It is common for children to cohabitate with their parent until they
marry and in some cases even after marriage. In the Chinese culture, it is believed that the bigger the

closely related male relatives. The mixture of the time period and the rise of Confucianism created a
social hierarchy where women were the bottom. Women had to obey their husbands and grown sons,
many of them didn t even have names. Being born male in this time period meant you had authority
and power. There have been drastic changes to gender roles moving forward. Moving onward women
were given just as much freedom as men. In this modern age, women are on the same level as men
with the few injustices such as making less than men or women being expected to be housewives.
Men have gone from having all the power to having to share, from being the heads of their families
where they had absolute power to sharing the role of provider and homemaker.

8. Atlanta Exposition Address Analysis
Booker T. Washington gave his famous Atlanta Exposition Address on September 18, 1895. This
speech was considered definitive in Washington s accomodationist strategy in response to racial
tensions in the South. In this speech, Washington responded to the question of what could be done
about the dreadful social and economic conditions of blacks and the relationship between the southern
blacks and whites. In this speech, he urged racial cooperation along with acceptance of social
segregation as a price to pay in order to receive education and economic security. His speech was
praised by some, such as Clark Howell of the Atlanta Constitution, for political passivity
compromising ideas in that time of prejudice. (archive.org) It was also criticized by others such as
W.E.B. Du Bois for accepting the idea of separate but equal . The time period in which the Atlanta
Exposition Address was delivered was referred to as the Post Reconstruction Era . Within this era,
there was institutionalized racism and legal discrimination. Blacks were legally able to vote, however
there were things like poll taxes and discriminatory laws, such as the grandfather clause, that were put
in place to discourage black voters. There was also anti black violence such as lynching and riots
including the Atlanta Race Riot of 1906 (Components of Jim Crow PowerPoint, slide 10) and the
Tusla Race Riot of 1921. Both of these riots combined saw just under 100 blacks killed and hundreds

9. Anolis Lizard Research Paper
Similar to the Galapagos finches, Anolis lizards of the Caribbean islands have evolved into an
extremely diverse species, and it can be assumed that these series of species all diverged from a
common ancestor many years ago. Therefore, biologists have developed two contrasting theories to
explain the evolutionary relationships between the types of Caribbean Anolis lizards. Either the
ecomorphs all evolved on one, large island and then split onto different islands, or the ecomorphs
evolved repeatedly and independently from each other on separate islands. Based on the data, the
latter is most heavily supported that speciation of the Anolis lizards occurred on different islands and
from common ancestors independent from each other. Perhaps the most striking evidence is the
patterns in the cladograms of the organisms. If the first claim were true, both the origin and the type of
lizard would be grouped together on the ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
For the ecomorphs to evolve all on one island and then separate involves the movement of lizard
species possibly across expanses of open ocean. Depending on the time frame, the Caribbean islands
may have been one unit of land that later divided from the whole due to tectonic plates, but without
prior knowledge, the examiner may assume that the relatively small lizards must have needed to swim
across perhaps miles of ocean. This factor makes Claim 1 nearly irrational, when combined with the
data of the cladograms. For Claim 2, however, if the Anole species of lizard evolved through
adaptation of a common ancestor on each of the islands, it is plausible that lizards physically similar to
each other could appear on each of the islands individually. With similar climates, the environments
and landscape of each of the islands are equally diverse, creating the opportunity for the lizards to
combat competition through

10. Courage In The Glass Castle By Jeannette Walls
As human beings, we live by our morals, outlining our ethical principles in distinguishing what is
right from what is wrong. Our morals define who we are as a person, how we behave, how we
communicate, and how we manage challenging situations. As stated by President John F. Kennedy, a
man does what he must in spite of personal consequences, in spite of obstacles and dangers and
pressures and that is the basis of all human morality (225). In order to achieve and portray one s
morals and ethical principles regardless of the circumstances, a person must portray courage. As
Ernest Hemingway defined it, Grace under pressure (Kennedy 1). According to the Merriam Webster
dictionary, courage is the mental or moral strength to venture, persevere, and withstand danger, fear or
difficulty. In the Pulitzer Prize winning book Profiles in Courage, written on 1957 by John F.
Kennedy, some of the greatest deeds of political courage in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries are
discussed through the accounts of the historical events that inspired such acts and the consequences of
those brave enough to carry them out. The author of the award winning memoir The Glass Castle,
Jeannette Walls, could not be considered a candidate for John F. Kennedy s Profile in Courage Award

limited sphere of influence.

Before the American Civil War began in 1861, a number of northern states also allowed or required
segregated schools. However, throughout the 19th century more than ninety five percent of all blacks
lived in the South, so segregation there affected an overwhelming majority of America s black
population. After the Civil War ended in 1865, and especially after the end of Reconstruction in 1877,
the South continued to segregate its schools and other facilities. In the influential case of Plessy v.
Ferguson (1896) the Supreme Court upheld the practice of segregation as long as the separate facilities
were equal. By 1900, the South was an entirely segregated society. In 1909 blacks and whites, led by
W. E. B. DuBois and Arthur and Joe Spingarn, formed the National Association for the Advancement
of Colored People (NAACP), an organization dedicated to fighting for racial equality and ending
segregation. The NAACP challenged segregation through its Legal Defense and Education Fund.
From 1936 to 1950 the organization won a number of cases leading to the desegregation of law
schools and other professional schools at segregated universities in Mississippi, Maryland, Oklahoma,
and Texas. The NAACP also had some success in forcing states to equalize public school funding and
to pay teachers in black schools at the same rate as those in white schools. But throughout the South,

Cochrane Library. All of these databases were chosen because they provided up to date peer reviewed
evidence that was relevant to the search terms. This ensures that the evidence that was found was
relevant and reliable. The Cinahl website was useful to gather background information on the topic
such as how a UTI is contracted and how it effects the body. The Cochrane Library and Medline
website was useful to because it gave specific information on studies that had already been done by
other researchers. This helped to ensure that the study that is being undertaken was searching for the
right results.
Types of Evidence
The five types of evidence that have been secured when researching are as follows. The pieces of
evidence are in numerical order, where 1 is the strongest evidence found and 4 is the weakest. 1.
Craig, JC., Jepson, RG., Mihaljevic, L., (1998)
Craig, Jepson, Mihaljevic provided a clear and understandable analysis of the use of cranberries in the
treatment of UTI s. Their evidence shows that the use of cranberry capsules when the person knows
that they may receive a UTI (in surgical catheters) reduces the contractibility by half. This evidence
was relevant to the PICO question.
The analysis was found in the database of systematic reviews.

case of East Village, it creates a constricting environment where citizens are unable to expand their
mind. It is a fundamentalist Mennonite community where the church is the head of power. The

If someone sins or acts in a way the church deems inappropriate they are excommunicated and forced
to live in exile in their own home. Instead of giving people support when they succumb to their
weaknesses, the church casts them out. The act of excommunication forces people to choose between
their faith and the love of their family. During the time period the novel is set, people were encouraged
to stand out and strive for better things. However, in East Village the opposite is true. As Nomi said,
[T]he biggest sin in our town was to be sure of yourself (Toews 65). She goes on to say that, The
second biggest sin in town was to need a lot of things (Toews 65). This expresses how the citizens of

Student Success Exploration Paper In Life there are roads and there are choices. The right or left turn
you make along the winding path throughout your life is and should be the one that makes you happy.
Furthering your education may be your best and only way to make that right decision. At the present
moment I am now currently attending Valencia Community College working towards my Associate
Degree in Computer Science. My current major is Computer Science, although Computer Engineering
with a focus in Software is what I will most likely pursue as my Bachelor of Arts (BA). Computer

21. Essay about Healthy Grief
Healthy Grief
Grand Canyon University: HLT 310V
Healthy Grief Grief is a process that most everyone will go through at some point in his life. A person
who is experiencing grief may have suffered loss of a loved one, loss of a job, or diagnosis of a
terminal illness. The five stages of grief as described by Elisabeth Kubler Ross in 1969 have helped in
defining the steps one may go through after experiencing a loss. Every person has his own response to
grief, so he may not go through every stage. This paper will examine the story of Job from the Bible
and will compare his grieving process to that as defined by Kubler Ross. The grieving process of the
Jewish believer will also be discussed as well as this author s thoughts on grief. ... Show more content

Before the loss of a loved one, a person may bargain with God saying that they will do anything if
only their loved one s life would be spared. After the loss, the hope is that life will go back to what it
was before, and may include more bargaining with God (Kessler, 2012). Bargaining is seen through
Job when he is visited by his friends who point out to him that he is being judged by God. He begs his
friends to tell him what he is doing wrong and then bargains with God, pleading with Him to tell him
what he is doing wrong (Lyon, 2000). The fourth stage is depression. The grieving person may feel
empty, withdrawn, and sad, and this stage may seem to last a long time (Kessler, 2012). Depression is
seen throughout the story of Job. It is seen in several places including chapter three and chapter ten
when Job is talking to God and asking Him why he was ever born; why did God not let him die at
birth (Life Application, Job 3 amp; 10) The final stage in grieving is acceptance. Acceptance does not
mean that the loss is now okay, because many people may never feel okay about the loss. Acceptance
means that there has been a realization that the loved one is gone, that this is the way life will be now.
Life must be readjusted in hopes of having more good days than bad days (Kessler, 2012). Job s
acceptance is seen in chapter 13 as he speaks and argues his case with God. He seems to have
accepted the events that have taken place, but now wants to speak to God to find out how

NIBCO s Big Bang : SAP Implementation In 1994, after a significant strategic planning effort took
place, NIBCO Inc., decided to implement a plan to, Go Live with a new SAP program. (Brown,
Dehayes, Hoffer, Martin amp; Perkins. 2012) The reasons behind NIBCO s decision to implement and
ERP System are those that are familiar to other companies who have made the same decision. One of
the key conclusions from the strategic planning that led to the ERP implementation was that the
organization could not prosper with its current information systems. (Brown, Dehayes, Hoffer, Martin

In the case of NIBCO, it was not beneficial to their staff to put a rush on implementing the new SAP
program because this rush made it hard on employees and their families because the employee had to
work harder and longer. Having this type of work environment on a daily basis could definitely lead to
stress at home. The Boston Consulting group (BCG) was brought in to help the company develop a
strategic information systems plan to meet its new business objectives. The fact that they were
recommending a three to five year phased ERP implementation system was not the best approach
because it would take too long to implement. (Brown, Dehayes, Hoffer, Martin amp; Perkins. 2012)
Another con in the implementation plan was the fact that NIBCO would have to commit a significant
portion of its resources in order to quickly put in place the systems to execute the new supply chain
and customer facing strategies. (Brown, Dehayes, Hoffer, Martin amp; Perkins. 2012) In implement
that SAP program, it seemed as if it would have benefited NIBCO better if the management
consultants would have known more about ERP and or SAP so it would not be difficult to apply their
principles. (Brown, Dehayes, Hoffer, Martin amp; Perkins. 2012) Even though there were some

author makes allusions to outside situations so that readers can better relate to China s condition. He
states that while trampling the flowers, the dandelion grows secretly (Zhenkai, Language 147). This is
saying that while the Chinese officials are trampling over the country, the democratic leaders are
flourishing. Their ideas would soon be heard and spread. The tone in Language is very similar to the
tone in One Step . The poem is simplistic and meaningful while having a harsh tone. It uses words
such as flimsy, trample, and collapse to describe China (Zhenkai, Language 147). Overall the poem is

As a student and a very private person I have come to detest these occurrences. However while doing
some research I came across an article written by Dr. Travis L. Russ professor of Communications and
Media Management at Fordham University in New York about communication apprehension and
learning styles. In this article Dr. Russ says that there is a coloration between people with high
communication apprehension and learning better from reflective work and thinking, while people with
a lower amount of communication apprehension prefer to do direct experiments (Russ, 2012). When I

29. Granite And Construction Of Granite
Granite The use of granite in the streetscape is primarily in the form of kerbstones that act as a barrier
between paving and road surfaces. Granite kerbs are selected for use because of their durability and
also for their aesthetic qualities. The environmental impacts of obtaining granite are those related to
quarrying and the emissions from transporting a heavy material. Granite is no longer able to be
sourced from the UK in significant quantities for commercial production. Most Granite kerb suppliers
import their products from China while the others obtains its granite from Portugal. There is a
particular environmental concern regarding the emissions associated with importing materials from
such considerable distances. The mode of transport used in these instances is both ship and road
vehicle. One supplier leader has recognised the savings of transporting products by water within the
UK and has converted to transporting its product by water and recorded a reduction of road miles per
shipload with an energy consumption reduction. Although this example states that a conversion to
transportation by ship has meant a reduction in energy consumption it is only related to the relatively
short distance of transportation within the UK. Other concerns regarding exports from developing
countries, such as China, are the poorly controlled environmental and social impacts of quarrying. A

The five Stages of MMB Customers
The success of the Montana Mountain Biking (MMB) Company is based on repeat business from
current customers (UOP, 2007). Increasing awareness and moving more customers into the committed
stage can only be achieved by understanding where the customers are today. Awareness is the first of
the five stages. One could estimate the size of the customers in the awareness stage is relatively small
in comparison to the market size. It could be estimated that five percent of potential customers are
aware of the business. This is based on the fact that MMB logo is recognized in the mountain biking
industry but the company is not actively marking the company outside of operating a web site. The
number of customer in the familiar stage could be estimated to be between 5 and 10 %. This is base on
the number of e mails received by the company from customers requesting additional information
about the services provided by MMB. As mentioned earlier, 80% of all the customers are repeat
customers (UOP, 2007). These customers would fall in the familiar or committed stage. The final stage

33. The Need for Core Competency in an Organization
According to Prahalad and Hamel, core competencies arise from the integration of multiple
technologies and the coordination of diverse production skills. A core competence should provide
access to a wide variety of markets, and contribute significantly to the end product benefits. It should
moreover be difficult for competitors to imitate. Some examples include Philip s expertise in optical
media and Sony s ability to miniaturize electronics.
Core competency is the ability of an organization to perform excellently at a particular activity which
can be technical innovation, developing excellent managers, marketing new innovative products or
providing excellent customer services. A company may hire a team of brilliant scientists in a particular
technology, but this does not imply an automatic gain of core competence in that technology. This can
only happen through the combined integrated efforts of employees with their individual skills and
experience gained along with the resources of the organization including the way information,
technology and relationships are used for the advancement of the organisation. It is the effective
coordination among all the groups involved in bringing the product to market that results in a core
competence.

Air pollution greatly impacts the Hajj. According to Homeland Security News Wire
(2014), this great risk is due to the population (3 4 million people) that experiences the 5 day journey
and it is also due to the effects that Mecca has before the Hajj (p. 1). And according to
Urton (2014), however, by 2025, 1 2 million more Muslims are predicted to take the spiritual journey.
The Hajj is a tradition is for Muslims. This spiritual journey represents one of the Five

37. The Prologue Of The Prose Edda
I will be doing my source analysis paper on the prologue of the Prose Edda. I ve read this text
previously in one of my humanities classes, which is why I chose this text to do my source analysis
paper on. Snorri Sturluson, a Christian who wished to preserve the knowledge of the old religion of
his lands, composed the Norse creation myth, Prose Edda. I found his molding of the myth into a story
featuring a contest between the King and the Old Gods interesting. Kings want to be seen and known
as gods to their people and become famous in their part of the world. It seems as though there were
better intentions with the Old Gods, and that there was a desire to live as a good person in a good
world without the desire for money and power.
The prologue involves orthodox Christian tales and demonstrates the pagan gods as being ancient
heroes. The prologue from my understanding sets the tone for the text as it starts with the beginning of
the tales and creation. I believe it all together was mainly intended for an academic audience rather
than a general audience, and perhaps even those who are interested in reading texts involving
orthodox Christian tales such as this one. I found the prologue to be based around religious content,
which is why I think the targeted audience, would be those interested in religious literature. Regarding
the text as a whole, the Prose Edda at first glance classifies itself as a sacrifice creation myth. Ymir is

39. Leading Change Paper
University of Phoenix
A manager needs to understand the interdependency of departments, internal partnerships, and the
influence of power and politics to effectively manage across the organization. Effective managers use
various political tactics to increase their power within the organization to coordinate and support the
work of their peers and subordinates to meet company objectives. Managers regularly acquire and use
power. Power oriented behavior has an impact on managerial career progress, on job performance, on
organizational effectiveness, and on the personal lives of employees (Obholzer, 1995). It involves the
combined topics of power, influence, authority, and organizational politics. When running an
organization, all these ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
In case of Good Sport it restructured the organization, established formal channels for information
sharing, granted flexibility and increased budget setting authority. The company also uses the organic
structure for ensuring that the resistance from sales and production that is seen in the simulation of
Managing across the Organizations is overcome. The production and sales responsibility is not given
to the company workers from the top they come from the different project leaders. Organizational
culture is the personality of the organization. Culture is comprised of the assumptions, values, norms
and tangible signs (artifacts) of organization members and their behaviors. Members of an
organization soon come to sense the particular culture of an organization. Culture is one of those terms
that are difficult to express distinctly, but everyone knows it when they sense it. For example, the
culture of a large, for profit corporation is quite different than that of a hospital which is quite different
that that of a university. You can tell the culture of an organization by looking at the arrangement of
furniture, what they brag about, what members wear. Typically, the concept of organizational change
is in regard to organization change, as opposed to smaller changes such as adding a new person,
modifying a program, etc. Examples of organization wide change might include a change in

41. Examples Of Stewardship In North America
What does it mean to be Stewards of this earth? This question was asked in class and does a good job
of describing the situation that many Christians today face. It all depends on our definition of
stewardship. I believe that an excellent example of stewardship is the Zuni tribe. They exemplify what
it truly means to take care of the earth. As Christians we need to not only pay attention to their actions
but also seek to emulate them. The Zuni are located in New Mexico where they have lived for over
3000 years. While they they have not stayed in one place, they have cared for every place they have
lived. The land around which they are located has very little rainfall. This does not mean that they live
in a wasteland devoid of life and in fact it ranks one of the top five ecological systems in North
America (Briefing Document, Of Silt and Ancient Voices). ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net

They believe that they are related to awitellin citta [Mother Earth]. This means that there is a bond
between them and the world around them. They did not believe in disturbing the ground so they only
dug small holes. They took care of water so well in their desert environment that we should should try
and copy them. The Zuni did not believe in wasting any water, every drop of it was to be used for one
thing or another. According to the document ...lakes and springs can be used for drinking and
agriculture as long as it is shared harmoniously and without overconsumption (Handout A, Silt and
Ancient Voices). This quote really shows the Zuni mindset, treat the land with respect and do not take
what you do not need. This was a people who understood the balance between man and nature. They
saw that it does not take enormous amounts of resources and excessive consumption to prove our
worth in the

42. A Look Now At China
Look now at China. The earliest inscriptions we have unearthed are dated at 1400 B.C., and the use of
these inscriptions was, once again, for religious use. As in other cultures, this required a magician , or
a priest. The priest would heat an ox scapula or a tortoise shell until it cracks, and would then attempt
to read the cracks in order to answer a question. This reading often involved the priest carving the
answers into the bone under the guise of creating clarity (Lyons, 18). However fraudulent their
practices were, these priests had a huge influence on Chinese writing. The questions the priest s client
had would be written from top to bottom on the bone, and this is still the traditional direction of
Chinese script. In ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
One con of using silk was its expense. Throughout the early world and the Middle Ages, silk was a
very time consuming product to produce. As a result, it could be sold for a higher cost, and the method
of producing it was, like the secret of producing papyrus, jealously guarded by the silk growers.
Another consequence of silk s value was that when scribes wanted to write important texts, they
would often need to write a rough draft on a jiandu strip before copying the perfected version onto the
silk. In about 104 A.D., a eunuch of the Chinese imperial court, named Cai Lun, changed the course of
writing s history by making the first sheet of paper (The Invention of Paper). To do this, he mixed
bamboo fibers and the inner bark of a mulberry tree with water, and then dried the pulp on a cloth
screen. With paper, writing became easier, more transportable, and, in general, less expensive.
Eventually, the technique for making paper spread to Korea, and from there some monks took the
process to Japan. Paper spread to Africa and Europe through the Arabs, who went on raids in China
and captured many Chinese soldiers and craftsmen. Before this happened, however, the Greeks and
Romans had to be crafty in finding new writing resources. The Romans, though they couldn t make
their own paper yet, had animal skins. Through this, they discovered that animal skins could be
stretched, cleaned, and bleached to create what was known

43. Over Fat In Youth Sports
Over the years youth sports has grown into a major stepping stone for an athlete s career. Children are
playing competitive sports at earlier ages, but some kids are still facing problems with being
overweight or obese. I always believed overweight and obese to have the same meaning. Once the
words were defined they were shown to have different meanings. Overweight, is defined as weight
over and above what is required or allowed. (Meriam Webster) Following the definition of obese
meaning, very fat: fat in a way that is unhealthy. (Meriam Webster) According to the article 1 in 3
children are either overweight or obese. There have been many studies conducted to get to the
conclusions that this article covers. When the youth participate in
