I have since built their chosen styles into their objectives document and we regular review their style
to see if they have managed to move into players / winners box so far one member of my staff has
managed to do this and another is very close. This really is a fantastic management tool when used in

To solve the shrinking population and already small population issue the Northwest Territories has
decided to look for recruits. The government has come up with a plan to attract 2,000 more residents

Territory1 ) This plan seems to have very good promise since there is a lot to be attracted to in the
Northwest Territories. Aside form the cold temperatures there is a surplus of job opening and offering,
there is plenty of land and space, resources have yet to be exploited and as mentioned before there are
the northern lights and plenty of adventurous activities. The government hopes that at least 20% of the
2000 residents will be students who leave the territory for post secondary education coming back to

We are said to be living in a world with a transparent and yet to develop war. But how can anyone
really see it and understand it if no one is aware of how tragic events happen, who and how many
people, countries and nations are behind it and how it all connects to technology. At least, that is what
Thomas L. Freidman writes about in his article Globalization: The Super Story . Friedman s article
was a very interesting read, especially since it touches upon some pretty dense and forgotten subjects,
such as global politics, technology and history. When I read the title of this article I expected
Friedman to discuss about global markets and the interaction of nations yet I was amazed when he

The definition is excellent in describing the system that is present today. Friedman pointed out that
markets around the globe become intertwined into one web of connectivity, where one company in
North America can easily interact and do business with an individual in Asia, and create profits.
However, the inter connectivity I believe in has more to it. Going beyond what Friedman stated, I
argue that the globalization of world markets not only helps the existing large financial centers of the
world, but also smaller, and often times, newer markets. While I do not agree with the outsourcing of
jobs, the factories moved to lower wage countries is a benefit to people working, and living there. It
offers employment, and a life to the workers that they would have never had if the factories were
never sent there. It helps the poorer nations in developing an economy, and become part of the global

Evaluation Of A Exercise Based Interventions
Inter individual variability in the direction and magnitude of weight change in response to supervised
exercise based interventions has been well documented (Table 1). Even in the highly controlled
environment of an isolated experimental station over an 84 day period exercise induced weight loss
ranged between 3 and 12 kg [48]. More recent studies showed that certain participants even gain
weight in response to supervised exercise interventions [42,49]. Accordingly, changes in fat mass and
fat free mass have been shown to vary considerably [36,42]. King et al. showed a roughly 50:50 split
between so called responders (i.e. participants who achieve expected weight loss) and non responders
(i.e. participants who experience a small amount of weight loss or weight gain) [36]. Other studies
indicate that a majority of participants displays some form of compensatory adaptation with a ratio of
responders to non responders of 1:2 [46,49]. Even though there is, most likely, considerable inter
individual variability in metabolic adaptations in response to exercise [42,48], success in weight loss
interventions has been largely attributed to behavioral compensation such as a decline in non exercise
PA and/or an increase in energy intake [22,36,46]; in addition to an obvious association with
adherence to the exercise protocol. In fact, it has been argued that the individual variability in weight
loss can be entirely attributed to the variability in non exercise PA [46,50].
