I also chose this because my friends are in a rock band and would be an ideal artist for the photos needed. Target audience… My target audience is both male and female between the ages of 16-30. The interests of the audience would be in music, electric guitars, concerts, drums and bass guitar. Initial ideas about front page… Colour scheme will be directly related to my genre of rock. I will include the colours grey, black, red and white as the main colours for my magazine. The masthead will be located across the top of the front cover and the coverlines will be arranged in a pattern that pleases the eye of the reader – ‘C’. Initial ideas about the contents page… Colour scheme will follow the cover page and will be based on the conventions of rock magazines. It will include the masthead along with the title contents and will include the contents and four images. Page numbers will also be big and clear.
