This full reverse costing study has been conducted to provide insight on technology data, manufacturing cost and manufacturer price of the FORD FOCUS SYNC 3
SILVER BOX supplied by Panasonic (website).
The System is an infotainment system used in the Ford Focus.
We estimate that the device is manufactured and tested by Panasonic in Portugal for a volume of 150K units per year. So, the production cost and the
manufacturer price are calculated for 150,000 units in 2019.
(The device is also cost estimated for the quantities of 500,000 and 1,000,000 units to evaluate the effect of an increasing production on the manufacturing cost).
