Background


In 21st century, the learning methods differ from the
tradisional ones, in the contents, ICT, classroom
arrangements and assesment.

On the Flipped Classroom method results teaching model
that delivers instruction at home through interactive,
teacher-created videos and take their “homework” to the
classroom. Moving lectures is outside of the classroom
allows teachers to spend more 1:1 time with each student.
Students have the opportunity to ask questions and work
through problems with the guidance of their teachers and
the support of their peers - creating a collaborative learning
environment.
Objectives


• Give the teachers more time to spend 1:1 in helping
  students

• Build the stronger student/teacher relationships

• Offer a way for teachers to share information with
  other faculty, substitute teachers, students, parents
  and the community easily

• Produces the ability for students to “rewind” lessons
  and master topics

• Creates a collaborative learning environment in the
  classroom
Research Methodology


In this research used descriptive analyse of the effectiveness of
learning for students result who use Flipped Classroom learning
strategies .
Expected Finding


• Teachers can create educationally entertaining videos to
  capture student attention instead of having students absorb
  through text books and homework problems.
• Students receive instant feedback in class as they are
  problem solving.
• Students are not as frustrated because they can ask
  questions immediately and work through confusion.
  Teachers can revisit concepts that trip-up students and
  reform the pace of the lesson plan based on feedback.
• Students do not have to rely on parents or potentially
  inaccurate internet sources to work through tough
  problems.
• Teachers can cater to students with different learning styles
  and offer more one-on-one time.
