Many people struggle with the decision of where they want to go to college and what they would like to do for the rest of my life. For me, this
choice was made easier with this ticket. This ticket was to a Texas A M football game, but in a broader sense it was a ticket to much more than

Since 1985 there has been a tremendous increase in research regarding intrapersonal forgiveness, but very little regarding self forgiveness. The

The simple act of defining self forgiveness in a way that is applicable across disciplines provides counselor and researchers a better starting point
when approaching the topic of self forgiveness.
One concept I found very interesting was the distinction between true self forgiveness and pseudo self forgiveness. It is intuitive for me to
believe that it is not possible for pseudo self forgiveness to have the same effect as true self forgiveness, but with out research on the matter how
can one be sure. When I read that the test for self forgiveness cannot differentiate between the two, it made me wonder if it is difficult for a
person or a counselor to know the difference. It also made me wonder if it is possible that simply believing that things are better can actually
make someone feel better.
I also found the question regarding the appropriateness of self forgiveness to be interesting. When a person believes something is their fault that
is not, what approach should a counselor take? Is it more appropriate to spend the time and effort on developing the skills to know what
happened was not the client s fault, or is it more appropriate to provide the skills that will allow the person to forgive his or herself for what they
believed they caused to happen? While this would have to be considered on a case by case basis, as a counselor it would be helpful to have more
research on the topic that results in guidance on how to approach these types of

My thirteen year old mind could not handle waiting idly in an uncomfortable, wooden chair. By that time, my powdered makeup had turned into
beads of liquid. Can we please leave, I yelled we re going to be late! In response to no response, I stood up from my chair and marched into my
cousin s room. I was startled as I walked in on one of the most frantic scenes I had ever witnessed. There were clothes sprawled on the floor,
makeup powder on the dresser and jewelry on the bed. My cousins and aunts were running around the room; some were getting ready, some were

Throughout the game, Ava kept yelling LUCA, STOP! and would become very frustrated when Luca would try to hide with her or cheat. She
was very annoyed by everything he did, and thought he was very immature. At 9 years old, she didn t quite understand that 6 year olds aren t
always willfully disobedient, just not necessarily as cognitively advanced or as capable of communicating all of their emotions. She judged Luca
