This is a presentation prepared for a gathering of friends to discuss what social networking is and how it can be beneficial, and an introductory explanation of some of the tools that might be used.
A top-level analysis of how not-for-profit organisations can determine which Web 2.0 tools to use for maximum engagement online. This will also cover whether the amount of effort an organisation puts into these tools will achieve the required effect.
This was a presentation I created for the Louisville IIBA chapter on how social media is important to the business analyst. I focused on how social media was important to a BA's company, ways social media can be helpful to stakeholders and ways social media can benefit BA's personally.
