This document contains a 20-item assessment survey to evaluate the learning culture of an organization. The survey addresses factors such as vision, mission commitment, continuous improvement, leadership development, resource effectiveness, adaptability, performance evaluation, planning, training, strategic alignment, action learning, leadership recognition, community partnership, capacity building, customer focus, outcome alignment, and permeation of learning. Respondents are asked to indicate their level of agreement on a scale from strongly agree to strongly disagree.
