The student completed a teaching practicum and learned several important lessons. They learned that each student has a different learning style, so teachers must create varied tools and strategies. They also learned to be patient with students and control the classroom. The most important lesson was understanding how influential teachers are as role models to students and the importance of the teaching profession to society.

Final report
Being in that moment as a teacher in a classroom is amazing experience to that field, the
education. I have learnt and lived many things that I did not learn in the classroom, besides
I learnt to control a group and to motivate the students to study in a funny way.
Furthermore, I knew that be a teacher is an important job to the society and is model to the
follow him.
It was an amazing experience because I learnt many things in the moment of the
practices. First of all, there are many learning styles in the classroom each student learn in a
different way, that is why in that moments when I was teaching I had to create the tools to
teach them in the appropriate way to have a successful class. To take in mind, create a class
is not easy, I had to think about the topic and the strategy to teach that topic and take into
account the children likes. In the second place, I had to learn to be patient because all the
time the children asked me many things and they complained about the things that other
students did and eventually some of them started to cry for stupid things (be patient is an
important behavior to get in the moment of teaching). In addition, I was not a creative
person so I had to learnt to be creative because children enjoy games, songs, all the
activities where contain movements and if I did not want to have a boring class, I had to
prepare the class in which contain those types of activities.

2. On the other hand, one of the most important things that we must take into account
is; to have the control in classroom. When I started to teach in that classroom, I did not
have the control from my students and some of them did the things that they wanted in that
moment, the truth I felt so bad and in that moment of my practices and I wanted to give up.
Furthermore, I was thinking about my major the career that I chose, I felt that had chosen
the wrong career because of those actions which my students took, but through the time I
changed my thoughts and knew that this major is important to me and to the future people
who is going to live in the society. Nevertheless, those actions from my students inspired
me to continuo with my career and my practices, I started to read books about how to
control the situation and I learnt some tips to apply in the classroom and finally I learnt to
control my students. The most important is maintaining the student busy and talk to them
with authority.
In the third place, I have learnt the importance of this job (the teaching) in the
society. Firstly, being a teacher is like a model to follow because all the student want to do
the things that you do, that is why you must know how to use your words, how to your
language body and how to express the love with you do your job. From my point of view, I
think that is very important take those things to analyze and apply in our daily job because
in sometimes I expressed my ideas in an inappropriate way and the students asked me about
that. Moreover, from another point of view some student told me their problem from their
houses and started to cry and I had to encourage them. To finish, I had some students who
had bad behaviors and I had to teach them how to polite and kind with their classmates.
On the whole and to conclude, the practices are an important subject to know if we
are in the correct major and to know how are our management, control and creativity in

3. classroom. On the other hand, I got things that I did not get in my classes from the
university. I have learnt things related with my field (education) like; be patient, to have the
control from my class, the importance of my job with respect to the society especially the
children and the most important be funny and creative with my class in the moment of
teaching.
