This document describes the design of an Arduino-based firefighting robot. The objectives are to reduce fire accidents in disaster-prone, server, and power plant areas by using sensors to detect flames and directing the robot to extinguish fires autonomously. The block diagram shows the components: Arduino, motors, pump, sensors. The algorithm describes how the robot uses sensor values to determine the direction of fire and moves accordingly, with the servo spraying water. References are provided on related obstacle avoidance strategies and interfacing robots with Android apps for communication.
Working Concept of Fire Fighting Robot: The main brain of this project is the Arduino, but in-order to sense fire we use the Fire sensor module (flame sensor) that is shown below. As you can see these sensors have an IR Receiver (Photodiode) which is used to detect the fire.

Rader is an object detection system. It uses Microwaves to determine the range, altitude, direction, or speed of objects. The radar can transmit radio waves or microwaves which bounce off any object in their path. So, we can easily determine any object in the radar range. Adruino is a single-board microcontroller to make electronics more discipline. The radar system has different performance specifications and also it comes in a verity of size.
An Arduino radar project is more than a visual project because of its circuit implementation. There are different hardware use to accomplish the Arduino Radar Sensor. Like as, Arduino UNO. HC-SRo4 Ultrasonic Sensor including a Servo Motor. The main appearance is the visual narration in the Processing Application.
It is very simple, the Ultrasonic Sensor collects the object information with the help of Arduino and passes it to Processing Application. In the processing application, there is a simple Graphics application implemented which mimic a radar screen.
This presentation discuss about the Ultrasonic Sensor long with its working principle and simple test with sample of Arduino program. The ultrasonic Sensor featured in this presentation is HC-SR04.
Obstacle Avoiding robot is a self thinking robot which can take decisions itself using programmed brain without any guidance from human beings. In our Project we use Infrared to sense obstacles and take movements accordingly. Our Project
mainly used in military application, small toys and also used in mines by increasing IR sensors.
Electronic pills- collecting data inside the body.
Electronic pills are used to detect minor problems, which cant be detect by doctors in normal circumstance, electronic pills are swallowed by the patient which moves through gastro tract and measure the changes inside the body, elctronic pills are connected through computer by wireless technology, it is instantaneous and accurate, but due to its expensive costing it is not available in every country and due to its size its diffucult to swallow by small babies, hence still miniature size is necessary and made available in every country.

Adverse conditions and physical limitations of human being make fire extinguishing challenging and demanding task. Fire extinguishing is very risky task and it involves loss of life. Robotics is the emerging solution to protect the surrounding and human lives. Fire extinguishing robot is a hardware model which is used for extinguishing the fire during fire accidents. It reduces the errors and limitations faced by the humans during fire extinguishing task. In this paper includes Arduino UNO, fire sensor, servo motor, motor driver, water level sensor and water pump. The vehicle consists of a water tank along with a pump which throws water when needed. The system uses an Arduino UNO microcontroller board for this purpose. The fire sensor on the vehicle is used to receive the amount of fire. These values are used to find the location of the fire. These are then fed to the motors responsible for controlling the vehicle movements in front, back, left and right directions. The fire sensor is interfaced with an Arduino UNO microcontroller for this purpose. The microcontroller after receiving input commands operates the motors through a motor driver for vehicle movements. It also uses a water pump which is used to spray water with a desired pressure. Four IR Sensor Based Automatic Control of Railway Gate using Microcontrollerijtsrd
This paper investigates based on four IR sensor automatic control of railway gate using a microcontroller system. There are so many railway accidents happening due to the carelessness in manual operations or lack of worker. So, this paper describes four IR sensor based automatic control of railway gate system for saving precious human lives and preventing major disasters in railway track. Railway gate may be saved for the road users to prevent accidents in terms of train speed at a level crossing. Automatic railway gate control system is an innovative circuit which automatically controls the operation of railway gates detecting the arrival and departure of train at the gate. This automatic system can be replaced by the gates operated by the gatekeeper. The operation using Arduino UNO that integrated with other circuits involved such as power supply, IR sensors, light indicators, buzzer, and gate motors. The servo motor is used to control the open and close status of the railway crossing gate. The four IR sensors are placed on the railway tracks. The gate is closed when the first one senses the train and is opened when the second one senses the train. This operation is performed when the train is coming from the left side of the gate. When the train is coming from the right side, the third and fourth sensors is performed in the same operation. The red LED is HIGH when the gate is closed and the green LED is HIGH when the gate is opened. This system is based on software programming to operate the hardware structure. The challenging problem faced by quadriplegics and paralyzed people is their need for independent mobility. They need
external help to perform their daily activities. The main objective of this project is to provide an automated system for
disabled people to control the motor rotation of wheelchair based on neck movement of physically challenged person. To
facilitate these people for their independent movement, tilt sensor is fitted on person neck. Based on the neck movements,
the accelerometer (tilt sensor) will drive the motor fitted to the wheelchair. The wheel chair can be driven in any of the
four directions and it can also be controlled by using android app (Blynk app). The automated wheelchair is based on
simple electronic control system and the mechanical arrangement that is controlled by a Controller. The ultrasonic
sensors help to avoid obstacles, using the environment information gathered during navigation. The temperature sensor
and heartbeat sensor constantly measure the parameters and display it on LCD.
Today, one of the biggest problems Vehicle drivers in India are facing during night is the temporary loss of vision due to the Upper beam (high beam) coming from the Vehicle in the opposite direction. Moreover, the victims of this problem are mostly the students who are the backbone of their families. We have decided to undertake this project especially because this problem has become more dominant in recent years. Over five lakh accidents take place in the country annually, out of which, 41% (Approx. 2 Lakh) are due to road mishaps during night, and 18% (Approx. 90,000) are due to the vehicle headlight glare.
This project is targeted to facilitate such buyers so that they also can follow the protocol of Road Safety. Currently there is no provision for switching the headlight beam of the vehicle, automatically in mid-range vehicles.Operated by the Synergy of a Microcontroller and a Sensor, this device is capable of automatically shifting the Upper beam of the vehicle coming from the opposite direction, to the dipper beam, thus eradicating the problem of vision loss and avoiding accidents due to it. This project addresses the solution to the problems stated above by controlling the brightness of headlights using vehicle speed. The Other objective of this project is to develop a system to keep the vehicle secure and protect it by the occupation of the intruders. This technology even better in the future.

Published classroom materials form the basis of syllabuses, drive teacher professional development, and have a potentially huge influence on learners, teachers and education systems. All teachers also create their own materials, whether a few sentences on a blackboard, a highly-structured fully-realised online course, or anything in between. Despite this, the knowledge and skills needed to create effective language learning materials are rarely part of teacher training, and are mostly learnt by trial and error.
Knowledge and skills frameworks, generally called competency frameworks, for ELT teachers, trainers and managers have existed for a few years now. However, until I created one for my MA dissertation, there wasn’t one drawing together what we need to know and do to be able to effectively produce language learning materials.
