6. Application Criteria
 Eligible to work in the UK
 Able to commit to a minimum of two years of employment placement after the
training is completed
 Be completely geographically flexible within the UK
 Able to support yourself financially during the 10-16 week full-time training
period
 Have some technical knowledge or experience in IT
 Demonstrate a passion for IT
 Have a good understanding of the IT industry
 Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

FDM's expansion into Asia has opened up exciting opportunities for Trainee Consultants on
the Project Management Office (PMO), Software Development, Infrastructure and
Application Support schemes.
Eligible to work in mainland China, Hong Kong and/or Singapore
A desire to work in IT and the financial sector
Ability to train at FDM Academies in London, Manchester, New York, Toronto or Frankfurt
Achieved at least a 2.1 degree/3.0 GPA in IT, Mathematics, Science, Engineering, Finance, Business
or related subjects
Excellent written and spoken English
Fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin for the Hong Kong and mainland China programme (not essential for
Singapore programme)
Hard working and able to work under pressure
