This document examines concrete made from ordinary Portland cement blended with bamboo leaf ash and pulverized burnt clay waste. 100mm concrete cubes were cast with 10 different mix proportions and cured for up to 120 days. Incorporating bamboo leaf ash and burnt clay waste made the concrete stickier, stiffer and less workable, with bamboo leaf ash having a greater influence. Early compressive strengths decreased with higher blended proportions but surpassed the control strengths at later ages. Binders with 90% OPC and 10% burnt clay waste; 90% OPC and 10% bamboo leaf ash; or 80% OPC, 10% burnt clay waste and 10% bamboo leaf ash performed optimally.
