Response To Research (Polymorphic) Worm Detection
Summarize the existing work in the literature on the topic chosen. Choose three articles or pieces of
literature.
Deliverable: two page literature survey
I have chosen to research (Polymorphic) Worm (detection) because I do not have any knowledge of
how it works, spreads or transfers. I question these types of malware or viruses and would like to
understand better how they work and if they could become terminal for our PC s. I clean my PC s via
a service monthly and still wonder if there are certain virus/worms and other forms that are permanent.
I have started to do a little research already, and I am glad I have chosen this topic. By doing so, I will
be able to gain knowledge of the worm and its capabilities. As for the security community and is the
worm still relevant I would say yes continuous attacks happen every day. My last work location had ...

The first article I found gave me a better foundation for what the (Polymorphic) Worm is, where it
targets and how it spreads. This particular worm spread using the internet and targeting Internet
Security Systems (ISS) buffer overflows. This ISS attack using overflow is the same type of breach
we practiced in one of our previous assignments this semester. The article titled The spread of the
Witty worm discusses what it looks for and how it accesses the Internet Security Systems. Using the
ISS path the Worm takes advantage of a security flaw in the firewall applications. Once breached the
worm then uploads its payload contained in a phrase, (^,^) insert witty message here (^, ^). (Moore,

Tony Robbins
The quality of your communication is the quality of your life Tony Robbins. How motivating. It
should be because Tony Robbins is a very famous and successful motivational speaker. This quote
couldn t be more true. Good communicators have a very successful life and in order to master
communication, one must understand communication theory. According to the text, Introducing
Communication Theory Analysis and Application, communication is defined as a social process in
which individuals employ symbols to establish and interpret meaning in their environment . There are
many different definitions of communication, but all communication definitions explain the process of
transmitting information, the framework of the information, and the effects of that information.
Understanding communication theory can be very rewarding and very beneficial to people s personal
and professional lives. It can help with public speaking, interviews, relationships, and so much more.
The world is always changing, which means communication is too. Taking a communication theory
class helps students make sense of the world around us, express our wants, needs and desires to others
in an appropriate manner. Employers are always looking for good communicators to hire.
Corporations are noticing how beneficial an effective communicator is for their business. According to
a survey in 2013 by the National Association of College and Employers (http://college.usatoday.com)

The Feeling Of Love In William Shakespeare s Sonnet 116
Shakespeare s use of putting pictures in your mind and physical things that refer to ideas or emotions
in 14 line poem 116 hints that love is a constant feeling of love, hate, guilt, etc., which never gives up
to time. Love is a feeling of love, hate, and guilt, which all of us have an idea of. In fact, a lot of us
may even have experienced what we thought of to be true love. However, does such thing mixed in
the level of this feeling of love, hate, and guilt actually exist, and if it does are we able to define it?
This is something that William Shakespeare feels strongly about in Sonnet 116 .
Shakespeare sticks to the traditions of the 14 line poem strictly within Sonnet 116 , as it is made up of
fourteen lines in total, with each line consisting itself of ten syllables. The sonnet also follows a
regular stress pattern.
The 14 line poem opens with a statement, proclaiming that it is not the purpose of the voice to prevent
the marriage of true minds . Basically, the voice is taking over what is to follow, in which the voice
outlines their order of what true love actually is. This is something that is put into aspect by the
following statement, love is not love, which changes when it changes finds (116 l.3); this outlines the
voice s main purpose that true love is steady and unchanging, it is not something that shifts back and
forth or bends in the face of outside forces. However it is not only the impact of the outside world that
are unable to bring forth, and as the

I end up this discussion by emphasizing that the basic procedure to find a market response is to
associate some measure of market return on securities with some measure of the information content
of the financial statements. I then review the 1968 Ball and Brown study. Since their methodology
takes some getting used to for students who have not seen it before, I stick fairly closely to the
coverage in Section 5.3, although the article itself could usefully be assigned as reading by instructors
who wish to consider BB s procedures in greater depth. I concentrate on explaining how BB
operationalized the measurements of market return and information content of net income. Figure 5.3
is useful in this regard. The figure also ties nicely back to the efficient securities market theory of
Chapter 4, and the discussion in Example 3.3 of the dichotomization of factors affecting share price
into market wide and firm specific factors (Example 3.3 is optional reading, however). I go on to
review briefly the ERC research outlined in Section 5.4, as an example of an important direction in
which the Ball and Brown methodology has developed. I concentrate on persistence as an explanatory
variable for the ERC since this concept is Copyright 2009 Pearson Education Canada 128 Instructor

An Project On Water Resources
Objective: This project focuses on water resources in the region of ancient Eastern Arabia at the site of
As Safah, Oman. This site has archaeological evidence of metallurgical activities in the Iron Age (c.
900 600 BCE), like kilns, furnaces and metal objects, still in very good condition. However, the site is
very far away from any natural water sources in the present day. Excavators did find sediment and
fluvial deposits suggesting that occasionally in the past the site had an inflow of water (Genchi,
Giardino, and Castelluccia 8). The objective of this project was to use satellite imagery to understand
why this site was chosen for intensive metal production despite it distance from water, necessary for
metal production. This ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Later that year and throughout 2013, excavators worked on the site, conducting surveys and digging
test trenches. Excavators found kilns and furnaces, layers of floor, and metal objects, like ax heads,
swords, daggers, and sledgehammer heads in very good condition. Excavators believe it is a very well
preserved site because of the formation and rapid movement of the desert sands which covered up the
site relatively quickly after it was abandoned (Genchi, Giardino, and Castelluccia 3 4). Sites with
similar metal deposits dating to approximately the same time have been found in the region, at Ibri, for
example, 50 km west of As Safah (Yule 39 40). The site itself has been delineated into As Safah 1 and
2 based upon the deposit of material found on either side of a large dune belt (Genchi, Giardino, and
Castelluccia 3). As Safah 1 measures approximately 80,000 m2 and As Safah 2 measures
approximately 17 hectares (Genchi, Giardino, and Castelluccia 11). The surrounding area is made up
of a wadi and dune deposits and the annual precipitation is less than 50 mm. As a result, large amounts
of rainfall will cause flash floods in this and surrounding low areas (Genchi, Giardino, and
Castelluccia 5 6). The site does not appear to be close to a fruitful water source. The entire region is
hyperarid and not conducive to farming. The rain comes erratically by the year, some years being
better than others (Potts 165). The location does offers other advantages which

The Incumbency Effect
The incumbency effect is someone staying in office because of the benefits they receive from it.
According to the notes, this incumbency effect if more advantageous for members of the House than
the Senate, but advantages are still high for both chambers. Some big advantage incumbents have are
they were already previously elected so their name is more well known amongst voters. Also, people
are more likely to donate to a candidate that has one before and in return that incumbent gets more
funding than a new candidate. The biggest and most important advantage incumbents have is franking.
Since they are in office, they have access to free postage and publication costs and can mail to all

Essay The Missing Entrepreneur in Economics
You can t connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you
have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. You have to trust in something your
gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever. This approach has never let me down, and it has made all the
difference in my life.
Steve Jobs
Current economic research denies the innate characteristics of the entrepreneur. Rather than attributing
economic growth and innovation to personality traits, economists would rather advocate a form of
economic determinism: if an aggressive personality dominated an industry, economists try to explain
the characteristics of the industry that made aggression a successful strategy. Economic models are ...

By starting a company with a small scale of profitable operation, they faced a heads I win, tails I don t
lose much scenario. If they failed, they could place the attempt on their resume. Entrepreneurs are not
betting the family fortune or making their years spent earning an MBA worthless; instead, we find that
an Inc. 500 founder is just about as likely to have only a high school education as to hold an MBA and
as likely to be very poor as very affluent. The entrepreneur need not be less risk averse than the
average human being. As Jeff Bezos famously noted, it would have been far riskier for him to not
have started Amazon.com than to have started it. If Bezos had spent 12 years at medical school
studying neurosurgery or had to give up a $3 million a year position at his father s company, he would
not have faced an incentive structure that would have made founding a company the least risky
option. What is noteworthy is just how wrong Knight and Mises are with their conception of
entrepreneur as risk bearer. Not only is the entrepreneur not necessarily a risk bearer, he is more akin
to an arbitrageur with his heads I win, tails I don t lose much incentive structure. Inc. 500
entrepreneurs tend to serve niche markets

Using Plastic Bag Levies On Plastic Bags Essay
In recent time green taxes have been implemented by many governments throughout the world in an
attempt to change consumers behaviour in order to achieve environmental sustainability s. One of the
most successful implementations of a green tax in recent times would be the levies on plastic bags
throughout European in the last decade. This paper will analyse why certain green taxes such as
plastic bag levies are successful compare to other measures such as fuel duties and to what effect
factors such the price elasticity of demand has on consumer behaviour and thus the effectiveness of
such taxes.
Word count 1890
According to the Green Fiscal Commission, green taxes are levies imposed on certain processes or
goods which produce significant amounts of pollution, in order to change the way, the public
consumes these goods. Ever since the introduction of the first green taxes, such as the fuel duty
escalator in the UK right up until the introduction of plastic bag levy, the success of such taxes in
changing behaviour has been debated. (Green Fiscal Commission, 2009). In essence the success of
such taxes in changing consumer behaviour depends on the price elasticity of the good and the
consumers willingness to pay for a good. For a tax to be successful demand must fall by a lower
proportion than the rise in price, which means the tax induced price will increase tax revenue as well
as lessen the environmental impact of the good. (Green Fiscal Commission, 2009).

Characteristics Of Tropical Forest
Tropical Forest: Tropical forest s major features are equatorial and subequatorial regions. The climate
revolves around typically high temperatures. Tropical rain forests tend to receive large amounts of
rainfall ranging between 200 400cm. On the other hand, tropical dry forests receive 150 200cm of
precipitation and has 6 to 7 months of no precipitation, also known as the dry season. (Urry, Pearson,
2017) Tropical forests are covered by large amounts of plant life that overlap each other, which tends
to cause competition for light. For example, broadleaf evergreen trees are dominant in the forest.
When the dry season occurs their leaves drop to the ground floor and become homes to many species.
Some of these species include insects, spiders, and arthropods. The animal diversity ranks the highest
in tropical forest than the other terrestrial biome. Humans have impacted the tropical forest by creating
communities and expanding population growth within the forest. Now the agriculture and
development the humans are creating are destroying the tropical forests.
Savanna:
Similar to the tropical forests, the savanna also has equatorial and subequatorial regions. The average
rainfall it receives ranges between 30 50cm. Also, it has a dry season that occurs that can last up to
almost nine months. (Urry, Pearson, 2017) Unlike tropical forests, the temperatures in a savanna
biome stays in low ranges and they can vary by seasons. It is populated with trees that have thorns and
small leaves, this helps them survive in the environment. Most of the plants are adapted to droughts
and fire, which is very common factor in the dry seasons. Forb plants and grasses cover the ground.
Most of the animals the savanna inhibits are wildebeests, zebras, hyenas, and lions. Overall, there are
more insects, including termites. Humans have impacted the savanna by starting fires that have
minimized the tree population by destroying seedlings and saplings. Lastly, hunters have reduced the
large animal population.
Desert:
Deserts are mainly found at latitudes near the interior of continents. They hardly receive any rainfall
each year. Temperatures can vary by seasons and daily, depending on whether its considered a hot or
cold dessert.

Digital Film And Digital Technologies Essay
Regarding my photographic process I am somewhat bilingual, making use of both analog film and
digital technologies. I primarily shoot large format sheet film with a view camera because of the
amount of control the camera provides and the rich, descriptive negative that the process yields. The
image is output in the form of archival pigment prints which are then sprayed with a clear coat that
enhances the blacks of the print. The prints are produced using a drum scanner and large format
printers which provide a high degree of control, sharpness, and description that is imperative to my
work and not possible in the dark room. The photographs presented in my thesis exhibition reflect
semantic, semiotic, and philosophical interests. They also describe formal concerns contrasting
surfaces and architectural anomalies may create a kind of perceptual discrepancy upon first glance.
The pictures, however, are decidedly un mediated descriptions of real world phenomena. In this way,
the photographs demonstrate an interest in the ready made and my on going commitment to making
work in and of the world. In the removed sign works, I photographed residual adhesive attached to
walls after signs have been removed. Confined by the rectangle of the photographic frame or the sign

Qualitative And Quantitative And Qualitative Methodologies
involves a bigger sample size and to confirm an inferred hypothesis. Hence, it is important to have the
balance of both qualitative and quantitative methodologies in a combined methodologies research
study. It is interesting to note that, one clear practical issue in combining both methods is the issue
whether the combined methodologies are genuinely integrated (Bryman, 2007). Bryman further
argued, to what extent do researchers who combined both methodologies analyse, interpret and write
up their research in a way that both qualitative and quantitative components are mutually integrated.
Moreover, when combining both methods often led to the issue of each qualitative and quantitative
method are treated as separate domains instead of being treated as one method. Bryman (2007) further
extent the issue of not genuinely integrated to the fact that, combined methods may lead to
underutilising the data collected. Not being able to integrate both methods would then make any
researcher not being able to make most of the data that have been collected. Additionally, this is
supported by Borkan (2011), where he suggested that different audiences, reviewers and journals for
qualitative and quantitative methods would cause researcher to produce result in equal ways of
reporting it and thus affect the capacity of not making most of the data collected. The study of health

Essay On Probable Cause
1. What is the standard legal definition of probable cause?
Probable cause is a requirement which can be found in the Fourteenth Amendment that must usually
be met before an arrest can be made, before being allowed to conduct a search, seize property, and to
receive a warrant which is related to the alleged crime. Probable cause is considered a level of
reasonable belief, probable cause must be based on facts and not an assumption. In civil court, a
person can be sued if they have probable cause, and in criminal court, the defendant can be prosecuted
or arrested if they also have probable cause. If the officer cannot prove probable cause, unfortunately,
the evidence then becomes inadmissible, and the evidence will be thrown out.
2. What is the standard legal definition of reasonable suspicion?
Although reasonable suspicion is vaguely similar to probable case, they re very different. Reasonable
suspicion is less than probable cause. It allows police officers to briefly detain a ... Show more content

The two forms are preponderance of the evidence and proof beyond a reasonable doubt.
Preponderance is mostly used in civil court, whereas proof beyond a reasonable doubt is used in
criminal court. In civil court, the plaintiff must provide factual evidence regarding why he or she is
suing the defendant. In a criminal case, a higher standard of evidence is required, which is the proof
beyond a reasonable doubt. In most criminal cases the prosecutor must attempt to persuade that the
defendant, is, in fact, guilty of the charges brought against them. In criminal cases, the evidence must
be circumstantial and adequate enough to decide whether the person is guilty. Which is where the term
proof beyond a reasonable doubt derives from. It s another way of saying are you certain, is the proof

Legalize Euthanasia And Compassionate Society Dies Too By...
Paul Kelly s opinion piece Legalise euthanasia, and compassionate society dies too (October 1st 2016)
is about his view of how it should not be legalised. This piece argues all the problems that will follow
if euthanasia is legalised using statistics, rhetorical questions, emotive language, expert advice,
repetition and anecdotes. The use of rhetorical questions really enquires if the government had taken
everything into consideration and looked at all the factors before making the final decision. The writer
starts of by stating If you sanction killing for end of life pain relief, how can you deny this right to
people in pan who aren t dying? . The writer uses similar comparisons to show the minor details in
this all and that they cannot satisfy everyone s needs. They then continue by stating four more
examples of this. Using rhetorical questions to show the comparisons makes the people think about
how this will effect on someone s life and that it not everyone will ultimately get what they want. You
can also include emotive language into rhetorical questions. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net

example of repetition, as the word your is repeating every time. Using repetition is very captivating as

Acne Vulgaris Essay
Christie Moore
Acne Vulgaris Report
December 5th, 2015
Mrs. Cook
Acne vulgaris is a skin condition that is caused by hormone changes that cause our bodies to secrete
more oil that then mixes with dead cells at the epidermis layer and clogs our pores. This is a condition
that mostly affects teens but can also be seen on newborn babies as well as older people. It is
commonly called ACNE.
It can be characterized by small or large red bumps. Sometimes they are raised off the skin, sometimes
they are pus filled and other times they may just swell then go away. The blocked follicles can keep
bacteria trapped in the pores which allows for the bacteria to grow more rapidly. The pus filled heads
are called white heads and the harder cored pimples ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...

Stoics And Aquinas
Throughout the many arguments regarding the relationship between the virtuous man and passions
discussed by St. Thomas Aquinas, one argument, in particular, stands out for its agreement with the
philosophical view of the Stoics. While Aquinas is a prominent Catholic philosopher and theologian
known for his argumentative style of defending and teaching Catholic doctrine as well as providing
insightful and compelling outlooks regarding ethical matters, the Stoics are known for their staunch
and what can be perceived as restrictive views on emotions, passions, and matters of the same nature.
Despite their different views, the Stoics and Aquinas are in agreement that the virtuous man lacks
antecedent passions . In order to understand why ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Aquinas identifies the virtuous man as the one who really lives out his function and acts in accord
with reason, but even desires in accord with reason. Both the Stoics and Aquinas would agree that the
virtuous man has the virtues; temperance, fortitude, courage, and justice which are all properly
ordered with his reason. When reason is removed or blurred the virtuosity of the person is called into
question. Virtue cannot be fulfilled without reason, and vice versa, however the one factor that can
alter or affect reason, is passion. The Stoics characterized passion as any emotions in disaccord with or
exceed reason and Aquinas defined passions as any movement from the sense appetite. Aquinas
believes that if all passions belong to the sense appetite, then passions can be moderated and perfected
by reason. These two varying definitions of passion show the rigidity of the Stoic view by portraying
the virtuous man as the passionless man, which by default means the virtuous man lacks antecedent
passions. Aquinas would disagree that the virtuous lacks passion but, he would state that passions can
perhaps negatively affect the judgement of reason. Nonetheless both he and the Stoics agreed that the
virtuous man lacks what are called antecedent passions. Antecedent passions according to Aquinas,
obscure the judgement of reason, on which the goodness of the moral act depends, they diminish the
goodness of the act. In other words antecedent passions

Coming Of Age In Mississippi Thesis
The book Coming of Age In Mississippi tells a poignant story of Anne Moody s life experience while

Circulatory Shock
Circulatory shock is a syndrome of widespread cellular hypoxia, triggered by a systemic alteration of
perfusion and delivery and/or utilization of tissue oxygen, eventually causing end organ dysfunction
and death [53]. It can be subdivided into 4 distinct categories according to its primary
pathophysiological mechanism, namely cardiogenic, hypovolemic, obstructive and distributive [54].
In the first 3 types, perfusion has changed as a consequence of the cardiac output decrease, whereas
distributive types of shock are related to a primary dysfunction of the resistive component of the
cardiovascular system. In vasoplegia, vascular tone is reduced and there is a noticeably depressed
constrictive response of arterioles to vasoconstrictors, and ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Various contributing mechanisms have been identified, including the negative inotropic effects of
different circulating factors, especially cytokines (TNFα, IL 1β and IL 6), lysozyme c and endothelin
1, disturbances of intracellular calcium trafficking within cardiac myocytes, alterations of myocardial
microvascular blood flow, mitochondrial abnormalities and autonomic dysfunction [71 73]. There are
various effects which may be responsible for the toxic actions of peroxynitrite on the heart, including
myocardial cell death, either by caspase 3 dependent apoptosis [74], or PARP mediated necrosis [75].
A direct correlation linking the degree of myocardial PARP activation and the severity of cardiac
functional alterations has been established in humans with septic shock [76]. Myocardial contractility
can also be impaired by peroxynitrite due to disturbance in regulatory mechanism of intracellular
calcium through the inactivation of SERCA2A [77], by altering different myofibrillar proteins
including actin, myosin [78] and alpha actinin [79], by interrupting myofibrillar energetics through
inactivation of the myofibrillar isoform of creatine kinase [80] and by activating matrix
metalloproteinases [81], which promotes contractile failure by cleaving key sarcomeric proteins
including troponin and myosin light chain

Portrayal Of Women In Lanval
The Role of Women in Lanval The role of women in Lanval is portrayed as powerful characters who
demonstrate dominance over men. In the story, women takes an important role of being a hero that
possesses magical capabilities and a villian who is capable of manipulating men s decision. The
maiden, whose name was never revealed, cured Lanval of his loneliness. She showed generosity,
gifting him with riches that he never gotten from serving King Arthur. Her bravery was apparent when
she confronted the King and Queen and saved Lanval from false accusations. Her beauty alone was
power. She possessed features that surpassed any men in the story, with the exception of Lanval s

In the text, we can see that both the maiden and the Queen used seduction to control the behavior of
men. The text described the maiden as a beauty with features of a goddess with her white skin and
purity. And with such seductiveness, she was able to obtain Lanval s heart, who was obedient and
faithful to her love. If it please you, and this great joy should befall me, that you grant your love, I ll
be at your beck and call, to fulfill whatever needs you have, wise or foolish you are above me, my
only commandant. All others for you I abandon. From you I never want to part: That hope is strongest
in my heart. This quote is significant because Lanval has only met the maiden for first time, but he
was willing to give up everything for her. It is important to take notice of the word commandant,
which clearly empathize the power that women has over men. Similarly, Queen Guinevere took
control with her words. By expressing words of sorrow, she was able to put herself in the position of
King Arthur to punish Lanval for his

The Concepts Of Separate Personality And Limited Liability...
This essay will explain the concepts of separate personality and limited liability and their significance
in company law. The principle of separate personality is defined in the Companies Act 2006(CA) ;
subscribers to the memorandum, together with such other persons as may from time to time become
members of the company are a body corporate by the name contained in memorandum. This
essentially means that a company is a separate legal personality to its members and therefore can itself
be sued and enter into contracts. This theory was birthed into company law through the case of
Salomon v Salomon and Co LTD 1872. This case involved a company entering liquidation and the
unsecured creditors not being able to claim assets to compensate them. The issue in this case was
whether Mr Salomon owed the money or the company did. In the end, the House of Lords held that
the company was not an agent of Mr Salomon and so the debts were that of the company thus creating
the corporate Veil . It seems understandable that a business should exist as a separate legal personality
as it would be impossible for an individual s motives and goals to be perfectly in line with that of the
company as is demonstrated above in Salomon. Following this theory the idea that the rights and
duties of a company are not that of its members and shareholders as demonstrated in the case of Lee v
Lee Air Farming . The principle of separate personality has had many implications on company law
since the

Essay about How The Canadian Economy Is De
The Canadian economy is determined largely by the United States economy threw the North American
Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Free Trade Agreement (FTA). The North American Free
Trade Agreement was an agreement that came into effect on January 1,1995 which involves Mexico,
Canada and the United States of America. This agreement is said to produce 1 billion to 3 billion
dollar gains in each country. NAFTA ensures that a certain amount of goods produced and traded

Since Canada does a lot of exporting of raw material these materials use to have such a high tariff and
were not being as traded to their potential now they are being traded frequently to the U.S because of
the FTA.
The FTA has allowed Canada and the U.S to reduce trade obstacles by standardizing their product
standards, testing and approval processes. The FTA now states that Canada can t restrict oil and
natural gas exports to the United States therefore Canada can t charge Americans higher prices in
Canada. The FTA has excluded some industries from the agreement these industries are Agricultural,
Cultural Industries, Social Insurance programs and Regional development programs. Since there are
so many rules and regulations under the FTA a binational panel will settle the disputes. The panel
settles these disputes by determine whether each country s regulators are applying to their trade laws.
Canada or the U.S can end the FTA by giving six months notice. Since U.S exports to Canada only
account for a small 1.3 per cent of its GDP and Canadian exports to the U.S account for 20 per cent of
its GDP, Canada can t afford to lose this agreement while the end of this agreement would hardly even

Early Aurignacians
The early Aurignacian layer contains only lithics and lacks the art and ornamentation pieces found in
the other three Aurignacian sections. Hahn originally wanted to call this layer proto Aurignacian, This
suggestion by Hahn related to his observation that AH III at Geißenklösterle lacked split based bone
points, which he considered the hallmark of the early Aurignacian (Nicholas J. Conard 2011).
Continued research shows that this is not the case, the Aurignacian occupation in the area fits the time
period of the early Aurignacian and not the proto Aurignacian sometimes referred to as the Fumanian,
with its geographic focus in Mediterranean Europe (Bon 2002; Teyssandier and Liolios 2003; Bolus
2004; Conard and Bolus 2006), (Nicholas J. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The first answer could be as simple as they wiped them out through warfare. Neanderthals are thought
to have lived in smaller groups and not to have reproduced as much as modern humans due to
exploiting fewer resources, this would have given the Aurignacian people an easy advantage, but it is
also commonly accepted that it would not have been needed. It is thought that through better use of
resources and a willingness to take more resources that H.Sapiens Sapiens could have merely slowly
taken over from Neanderthals by taking up all the resources for their growing population resulting in
slowly starving the remaining Neanderthals. A good example of the different mindset between the two
groups when it came to food is what happened to cave bears when modern humans arrived.
Neanderthals and cave bears seem to have coexisted in a dynamic equilibrium with both species able
to survive in the same region over long periods of time. With the arrival of modern humans this
dynamic equilibrium was disturbed. Cave bear hunting was intensified and more bones show
anthropogenic modifications and even direct evidence of hunting (Münzel et al. 2001; Münzel and
Conard 2004b), (Nicholas J. Conard 2011). It wasn t only food that the groups would have had to
compete for, but also resources for crafting of tools, art, and instruments as well as fire wood. The
Middle Paleolithic and Aurignacian are characterized by concentrations of burnt bone, indicating that
the environment did not always contain sufficient quantities of wood for the heating and lighting
needs of both populations (Nicholas J. Conard 2011). It is commonly thought that without the
introduction on modern humans Neanderthals would not have gone extinct. Neanderthal culture was
not necessarily inferior, merely different and not suited to compete in the style it was forced

Many showroom owners buys this very paneer from us and sells at a handsome rate of 200 300 per kg

Surprisingly another vendor appeared from somewhere, put a piece of paneer at my palm and asked
Sir, do you need it for the marriage party ? He offered me an unbelievable price of Rs 60 per kg. The
only condition was that it was a price should I buy the whole bulk he had, approximately 20
kilograms. It was shocking. When the rate of milk is Rs. 40 per liter how is it possible to sell paneer at
this rate. Obviously the product wasn t paneer, it was a cheap look alike. But it sparked the
inquisitiveness which leads me to go ahead.
Furthermore, as I step deep inside the milk market the scene went aghast. Something like milk was
being boiled in dozens of containers using a locally made burner amid heaps of garbage all around.
People were urinating very near to this site. It was disgusting. I could not help taking snaps quietly. It
was the area of the market which the milkmen uses and not for paneer vendors. Better to say it was the
producing unit of paneer.
More or less, this very paneer is being supplied to most of the eating joint, eateries and even big hotels
in Patna.
But all we need to remember are just two things. First, a kilogram of paneer needs 5 liters of milk to
process. And the most trusted packed milk (Sudha) available in Patna is Rs 40/liter.

Christians Have All Of God
Christians have certain responsibilities to uphold in order to call themselves Christians . To be a said,
Christian , is not simply believing in God, but having a devoted relationship with him and living every
aspect of life with the all omnipotent creator as the center. Throughout my life I have fallen short of
these expectations again and again in a cycle we call, sin. However, God forgives this sin daily with
such grace and mercy. I believe God will use my sin, my life, in ways that I can not even begin to
fathom, to further his kingdom. This past summer I served as a counselor at a local christian camp.
During my first week of counseling I met a boy named Blake. Blake was the sort of kid who walked
into indoor registration with his shades on, sleeves rolled up and bandanas plastered on his arms and
legs. The kid that everyone warned you about, the kid nobody wanted. I observed at Blake that first
day and felt a sense of empathy and compassion. I remember seeing this kid at previous camps. The
kid that came from a broken home, a rough neighbourhood or simply had a tough teacher. The one
that everyone wanted to avoid, despite being in a Christian camp. During quiet devotion time on the
second day, I took the station Blake had lumped himself into. He had sunk himself down into a bag of
balls so you could barely see his small body as he snickered in rebellion. His other friends play
basketball and giggle at him. I walk in and they instantly soften their laughter and

just ten years old, he knew that lying wasn t the right thing to do. However, he continued to lie for his
father out of fear of losing his family. As the story progresses, little Sarty s internal conflict only gets
worse. His father, who would never change his ways, decides to burn down his new boss s barn. In
order to try and stop his father from burning down the barn and to also stop having to lie on behalf of
his father, innocent Sarty, warns the boss of his father s plan, completely unaware of the danger this

Persuasive Essay On The Future Of The Internet
Imagine an internet dystopia where the most common pop ups are upgrade internet plan to view this
site. A click on the pop up summons ten different plans, and before long there is a thirty dollar bill for
viewing the site. If this was not paid, then the internet access to these sites would be put onto the slow
band . This world is not too far off, with the only law protecting the neutrality of the internet being the
fact that the internet is classified as a utility. Today, the FCC (Federal Communications Commission)
is trying to change this by repealing the ruling from 2014 that made the internet classified as a utility.
If these old rules are repealed there will be serious economic repercussions to consumers and other
businesses. Consumers can be charged more for slower internet, and businesses could be forced to pay
a ransom to ensure consumers have access to their websites.
Many people take for granted the fact that they can go anywhere on the internet. The idea that every
website has equal access to consumers is called internet neutrality. The internet has been this way for
as long as it has been open to the public because the government has protected it. The internet was
classified under article 706 of the telecommunications act of 1996 until 2014. The goal of this
classification was to have net neutrality, but many internet service providers, or ISP s do not like the
concept, believing that an open internet would allow for more investment. In 2014 Verizon realized

Cognitive Therapies And Behavioral Therapy
Cognitive behavioral therapy, on the contrary, utilizes directive consulting tools to control and guide
its patients. These include such things as asking questions, interpreting, and providing direction to a
client s attention and emotions. Aaron Beck developed cognitive therapy, an approach that focuses on
recognizing and changing negative thoughts and maladaptive beliefs into more realistic and
constructive thoughts and beliefs (Erford, 2014). It is believed that cognitive behavioral therapy is
manipulative in nature. Cognitive behavioral therapy has two main components, these are cognitive
therapies and behavioral therapies. Cognitive therapies are concerned with how a client interprets the
world around them, such as their environment and the situations with which they are faced with, as
well as how these interpretations shape their emotional states and how they respond to them. Basically
cognitive therapy focuses on the clients thought processes. It analyzes how the client thinks, why the
client thinks a certain way, and strives to changes these patterns in a positive and nurturing way to
produce proper emotional states to replace the current maladaptive process that cause disharmony
within and for the client. Behavioral therapy is the next step in the counseling process. Its focus is on
action instead of thought, and gives the therapist effective tools to assist the client in the production of
positive behavioral patterns. This is done by rewarding positive changes in

  • 2. Response To Research (Polymorphic) Worm Detection Summarize the existing work in the literature on the topic chosen. Choose three articles or pieces of literature. Deliverable: two page literature survey I have chosen to research (Polymorphic) Worm (detection) because I do not have any knowledge of how it works, spreads or transfers. I question these types of malware or viruses and would like to understand better how they work and if they could become terminal for our PC s. I clean my PC s via a service monthly and still wonder if there are certain virus/worms and other forms that are permanent. I have started to do a little research already, and I am glad I have chosen this topic. By doing so, I will be able to gain knowledge of the worm and its capabilities. As for the security community and is the worm still relevant I would say yes continuous attacks happen every day. My last work location had ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... The first article I found gave me a better foundation for what the (Polymorphic) Worm is, where it targets and how it spreads. This particular worm spread using the internet and targeting Internet Security Systems (ISS) buffer overflows. This ISS attack using overflow is the same type of breach we practiced in one of our previous assignments this semester. The article titled The spread of the Witty worm discusses what it looks for and how it accesses the Internet Security Systems. Using the ISS path the Worm takes advantage of a security flaw in the firewall applications. Once breached the worm then uploads its payload contained in a phrase, (^,^) insert witty message here (^, ^). (Moore, 2004) This article addressed several of my concerns how what, and where? With the what? The article talks about once infected could it be removed. • 3. Tony Robbins The quality of your communication is the quality of your life Tony Robbins. How motivating. It should be because Tony Robbins is a very famous and successful motivational speaker. This quote couldn t be more true. Good communicators have a very successful life and in order to master communication, one must understand communication theory. According to the text, Introducing Communication Theory Analysis and Application, communication is defined as a social process in which individuals employ symbols to establish and interpret meaning in their environment . There are many different definitions of communication, but all communication definitions explain the process of transmitting information, the framework of the information, and the effects of that information. Understanding communication theory can be very rewarding and very beneficial to people s personal and professional lives. It can help with public speaking, interviews, relationships, and so much more. The world is always changing, which means communication is too. Taking a communication theory class helps students make sense of the world around us, express our wants, needs and desires to others in an appropriate manner. Employers are always looking for good communicators to hire. Corporations are noticing how beneficial an effective communicator is for their business. • 4. The Feeling Of Love In William Shakespeare s Sonnet 116 Shakespeare s use of putting pictures in your mind and physical things that refer to ideas or emotions in 14 line poem 116 hints that love is a constant feeling of love, hate, guilt, etc., which never gives up to time. Love is a feeling of love, hate, and guilt, which all of us have an idea of. In fact, a lot of us may even have experienced what we thought of to be true love. However, does such thing mixed in the level of this feeling of love, hate, and guilt actually exist, and if it does are we able to define it? This is something that William Shakespeare feels strongly about in Sonnet 116 . Shakespeare sticks to the traditions of the 14 line poem strictly within Sonnet 116 , as it is made up of fourteen lines in total, with each line consisting itself of ten syllables. The sonnet also follows a regular stress pattern. The 14 line poem opens with a statement, proclaiming that it is not the purpose of the voice to prevent the marriage of true minds . Basically, the voice is taking over what is to follow, in which the voice outlines their order of what true love actually is. This is something that is put into aspect by the following statement, love is not love, which changes when it changes finds (116 l.3); this outlines the voice s main purpose that true love is steady and unchanging, it is not something that shifts back and forth or bends in the face of outside forces. However it is not only the impact of the outside world that are unable to bring forth, and as the ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... I end up this discussion by emphasizing that the basic procedure to find a market response is to associate some measure of market return on securities with some measure of the information content of the financial statements. I then review the 1968 Ball and Brown study. Since their methodology takes some getting used to for students who have not seen it before, I stick fairly closely to the coverage in Section 5.3, although the article itself could usefully be assigned as reading by instructors who wish to consider BB s procedures in greater depth. I concentrate on explaining how BB operationalized the measurements of market return and information content of net income. Figure 5.3 is useful in this regard. The figure also ties nicely back to the efficient securities market theory of Chapter 4, and the discussion in Example 3.3 of the dichotomization of factors affecting share price into market wide and firm specific factors (Example 3.3 is optional reading, however). I go on to review briefly the ERC research outlined in Section 5.4, as an example of an important direction in which the Ball and Brown methodology has developed. I concentrate on persistence as an explanatory variable for the ERC since this concept is Copyright 2009 Pearson Education Canada 128 Instructor s Manual Chapter 5 useful in understanding and motivating the reporting of unusual, non recurring, and extraordinary items (Section 5.5), and it appears ... • 6. An Project On Water Resources Objective: This project focuses on water resources in the region of ancient Eastern Arabia at the site of As Safah, Oman. This site has archaeological evidence of metallurgical activities in the Iron Age (c. 900 600 BCE), like kilns, furnaces and metal objects, still in very good condition. However, the site is very far away from any natural water sources in the present day. Excavators did find sediment and fluvial deposits suggesting that occasionally in the past the site had an inflow of water (Genchi, Giardino, and Castelluccia 8). The objective of this project was to use satellite imagery to understand why this site was chosen for intensive metal production despite it distance from water, necessary for metal production. This ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Later that year and throughout 2013, excavators worked on the site, conducting surveys and digging test trenches. Excavators found kilns and furnaces, layers of floor, and metal objects, like ax heads, swords, daggers, and sledgehammer heads in very good condition. Excavators believe it is a very well preserved site because of the formation and rapid movement of the desert sands which covered up the site relatively quickly after it was abandoned (Genchi, Giardino, and Castelluccia 3 4). Sites with similar metal deposits dating to approximately the same time have been found in the region, at Ibri, for example, 50 km west of As Safah (Yule 39 40). The site itself has been delineated into As Safah 1 and 2 based upon the deposit of material found on either side of a large dune belt (Genchi, Giardino, and Castelluccia 3). As Safah 1 measures approximately 80,000 m2 and As Safah 2 measures approximately 17 hectares (Genchi, Giardino, and Castelluccia 11). So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. You have to trust in something your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever. This approach has never let me down, and it has made all the difference in my life. Steve Jobs Current economic research denies the innate characteristics of the entrepreneur. Rather than attributing economic growth and innovation to personality traits, economists would rather advocate a form of economic determinism: if an aggressive personality dominated an industry, economists try to explain the characteristics of the industry that made aggression a successful strategy. • 11. Using Plastic Bag Levies On Plastic Bags Essay In recent time green taxes have been implemented by many governments throughout the world in an attempt to change consumers behaviour in order to achieve environmental sustainability s. One of the most successful implementations of a green tax in recent times would be the levies on plastic bags throughout European in the last decade. This paper will analyse why certain green taxes such as plastic bag levies are successful compare to other measures such as fuel duties and to what effect factors such the price elasticity of demand has on consumer behaviour and thus the effectiveness of such taxes. Word count 1890 According to the Green Fiscal Commission, green taxes are levies imposed on certain processes or goods which produce significant amounts of pollution, in order to change the way, the public consumes these goods. Ever since the introduction of the first green taxes, such as the fuel duty escalator in the UK right up until the introduction of plastic bag levy, the success of such taxes in changing behaviour has been debated. (Green Fiscal Commission, 2009). In essence the success of such taxes in changing consumer behaviour depends on the price elasticity of the good and the consumers willingness to pay for a good. For a tax to be successful demand must fall by a lower proportion than the rise in price, which means the tax induced price will increase tax revenue as well as lessen the environmental impact of the good. • 12. Characteristics Of Tropical Forest Tropical Forest: Tropical forest s major features are equatorial and subequatorial regions. The climate revolves around typically high temperatures. Tropical rain forests tend to receive large amounts of rainfall ranging between 200 400cm. On the other hand, tropical dry forests receive 150 200cm of precipitation and has 6 to 7 months of no precipitation, also known as the dry season. (Urry, Pearson, 2017) Tropical forests are covered by large amounts of plant life that overlap each other, which tends to cause competition for light. For example, broadleaf evergreen trees are dominant in the forest. When the dry season occurs their leaves drop to the ground floor and become homes to many species. Some of these species include insects, spiders, and arthropods. The animal diversity ranks the highest in tropical forest than the other terrestrial biome. Humans have impacted the tropical forest by creating communities and expanding population growth within the forest. Now the agriculture and development the humans are creating are destroying the tropical forests. Savanna: Similar to the tropical forests, the savanna also has equatorial and subequatorial regions. The average rainfall it receives ranges between 30 50cm. Also, it has a dry season that occurs that can last up to almost nine months. (Urry, Pearson, 2017) Unlike tropical forests, the temperatures in a savanna biome stays in low ranges and they can vary by seasons. It is populated with trees that have thorns and small leaves, this helps them survive in the environment. Most of the plants are adapted to droughts and fire, which is very common factor in the dry seasons. Forb plants and grasses cover the ground. Most of the animals the savanna inhibits are wildebeests, zebras, hyenas, and lions. Overall, there are more insects, including termites. Humans have impacted the savanna by starting fires that have minimized the tree population by destroying seedlings and saplings. Lastly, hunters have reduced the large animal population. Desert: Deserts are mainly found at latitudes near the interior of continents. They hardly receive any rainfall each year. Temperatures can vary by seasons and daily, depending on whether its considered a hot or cold dessert. ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Hence, it is important to have the balance of both qualitative and quantitative methodologies in a combined methodologies research study. It is interesting to note that, one clear practical issue in combining both methods is the issue whether the combined methodologies are genuinely integrated (Bryman, 2007). Bryman further argued, to what extent do researchers who combined both methodologies analyse, interpret and write up their research in a way that both qualitative and quantitative components are mutually integrated. Moreover, when combining both methods often led to the issue of each qualitative and quantitative method are treated as separate domains instead of being treated as one method. Bryman (2007) further extent the issue of not genuinely integrated to the fact that, combined methods may lead to underutilising the data collected. Not being able to integrate both methods would then make any researcher not being able to make most of the data that have been collected. Additionally, this is supported by Borkan (2011), where he suggested that different audiences, reviewers and journals for qualitative and quantitative methods would cause researcher to produce result in equal ways of reporting it and thus affect the capacity of not making most of the data collected. Probable cause is a requirement which can be found in the Fourteenth Amendment that must usually be met before an arrest can be made, before being allowed to conduct a search, seize property, and to receive a warrant which is related to the alleged crime. Probable cause is considered a level of reasonable belief, probable cause must be based on facts and not an assumption. In civil court, a person can be sued if they have probable cause, and in criminal court, the defendant can be prosecuted or arrested if they also have probable cause. Paul Kelly s opinion piece Legalise euthanasia, and compassionate society dies too (October 1st 2016) is about his view of how it should not be legalised. This piece argues all the problems that will follow if euthanasia is legalised using statistics, rhetorical questions, emotive language, expert advice, repetition and anecdotes. The use of rhetorical questions really enquires if the government had taken everything into consideration and looked at all the factors before making the final decision. Aquinas identifies the virtuous man as the one who really lives out his function and acts in accord with reason, but even desires in accord with reason. Both the Stoics and Aquinas would agree that the virtuous man has the virtues; temperance, fortitude, courage, and justice which are all properly ordered with his reason. When reason is removed or blurred the virtuosity of the person is called into question. Virtue cannot be fulfilled without reason, and vice versa, however the one factor that can alter or affect reason, is passion. The Stoics characterized passion as any emotions in disaccord with or exceed reason and Aquinas defined passions as any movement from the sense appetite. Aquinas believes that if all passions belong to the sense appetite, then passions can be moderated and perfected by reason. These two varying definitions of passion show the rigidity of the Stoic view by portraying the virtuous man as the passionless man, which by default means the virtuous man lacks antecedent passions. Aquinas would disagree that the virtuous lacks passion but, he would state that passions can perhaps negatively affect the judgement of reason. The principle of separate personality is defined in the Companies Act 2006(CA) ; subscribers to the memorandum, together with such other persons as may from time to time become members of the company are a body corporate by the name contained in memorandum. This essentially means that a company is a separate legal personality to its members and therefore can itself be sued and enter into contracts. This theory was birthed into company law through the case of Salomon v Salomon and Co LTD 1872. This case involved a company entering liquidation and the unsecured creditors not being able to claim assets to compensate them. The issue in this case was whether Mr Salomon owed the money or the company did. In the end, the House of Lords held that the company was not an agent of Mr Salomon and so the debts were that of the company thus creating the corporate Veil . It seems understandable that a business should exist as a separate legal personality as it would be impossible for an individual s motives and goals to be perfectly in line with that of the company as is demonstrated above in Salomon. Following this theory the idea that the rights and duties of a company are not that of its members and shareholders as demonstrated in the case of Lee v Lee Air Farming . Neanderthals are thought to have lived in smaller groups and not to have reproduced as much as modern humans due to exploiting fewer resources, this would have given the Aurignacian people an easy advantage, but it is also commonly accepted that it would not have been needed. It is thought that through better use of resources and a willingness to take more resources that H.Sapiens Sapiens could have merely slowly taken over from Neanderthals by taking up all the resources for their growing population resulting in slowly starving the remaining Neanderthals. A good example of the different mindset between the two groups when it came to food is what happened to cave bears when modern humans arrived. Neanderthals and cave bears seem to have coexisted in a dynamic equilibrium with both species able to survive in the same region over long periods of time. With the arrival of modern humans this dynamic equilibrium was disturbed. Cave bear hunting was intensified and more bones show anthropogenic modifications and even direct evidence of hunting (Münzel et al. 2001; Münzel and Conard 2004b), (Nicholas J. Conard 2011). It wasn t only food that the groups would have had to compete for, but also resources for crafting of tools, art, and instruments as well as fire wood. The Middle Paleolithic and Aurignacian are characterized by concentrations of burnt bone, indicating that the environment did not always contain sufficient quantities of wood for the heating and lighting needs of both populations (Nicholas J. Conard 2011). It is commonly thought that without the introduction on modern humans Neanderthals would not have gone extinct. Neanderthal culture was not necessarily inferior, merely different and not suited to compete in the style it was forced ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Many showroom owners buys this very paneer from us and sells at a handsome rate of 200 300 per kg . Surprisingly another vendor appeared from somewhere, put a piece of paneer at my palm and asked Sir, do you need it for the marriage party ? He offered me an unbelievable price of Rs 60 per kg. The only condition was that it was a price should I buy the whole bulk he had, approximately 20 kilograms. It was shocking. When the rate of milk is Rs. 40 per liter how is it possible to sell paneer at this rate. Obviously the product wasn t paneer, it was a cheap look alike. But it sparked the inquisitiveness which leads me to go ahead. Furthermore, as I step deep inside the milk market the scene went aghast. Something like milk was being boiled in dozens of containers using a locally made burner amid heaps of garbage all around. People were urinating very near to this site. It was disgusting. I could not help taking snaps quietly. It was the area of the market which the milkmen uses and not for paneer vendors. Better to say it was the producing unit of paneer. • 31. Christians Have All Of God Christians have certain responsibilities to uphold in order to call themselves Christians . To be a said, Christian , is not simply believing in God, but having a devoted relationship with him and living every aspect of life with the all omnipotent creator as the center. Throughout my life I have fallen short of these expectations again and again in a cycle we call, sin. However, God forgives this sin daily with such grace and mercy. I believe God will use my sin, my life, in ways that I can not even begin to fathom, to further his kingdom. This past summer I served as a counselor at a local christian camp. During my first week of counseling I met a boy named Blake. Blake was the sort of kid who walked into indoor registration with his shades on, sleeves rolled up and bandanas plastered on his arms and legs. The kid that everyone warned you about, the kid nobody wanted. I observed at Blake that first day and felt a sense of empathy and compassion. I remember seeing this kid at previous camps. The kid that came from a broken home, a rough neighbourhood or simply had a tough teacher. The one that everyone wanted to avoid, despite being in a Christian camp. During quiet devotion time on the second day, I took the station Blake had lumped himself into. He had sunk himself down into a bag of balls so you could barely see his small body as he snickered in rebellion. His other friends play basketball and giggle at him. I walk in and they instantly soften their laughter and ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Today, the FCC (Federal Communications Commission) is trying to change this by repealing the ruling from 2014 that made the internet classified as a utility. If these old rules are repealed there will be serious economic repercussions to consumers and other businesses. Consumers can be charged more for slower internet, and businesses could be forced to pay a ransom to ensure consumers have access to their websites. The internet was classified under article 706 of the telecommunications act of 1996 until 2014. • 34. Cognitive Therapies And Behavioral Therapy Cognitive behavioral therapy, on the contrary, utilizes directive consulting tools to control and guide its patients. These include such things as asking questions, interpreting, and providing direction to a client s attention and emotions. Aaron Beck developed cognitive therapy, an approach that focuses on recognizing and changing negative thoughts and maladaptive beliefs into more realistic and constructive thoughts and beliefs (Erford, 2014). It is believed that cognitive behavioral therapy is manipulative in nature. Cognitive behavioral therapy has two main components, these are cognitive therapies and behavioral therapies. Cognitive therapies are concerned with how a client interprets the world around them, such as their environment and the situations with which they are faced with, as well as how these interpretations shape their emotional states and how they respond to them. Basically cognitive therapy focuses on the clients thought processes. It analyzes how the client thinks, why the client thinks a certain way, and strives to changes these patterns in a positive and nurturing way to produce proper emotional states to replace the current maladaptive process that cause disharmony within and for the client. Behavioral therapy is the next step in the counseling process. Its focus is on action instead of thought, and gives the therapist effective tools to assist the client in the production of positive behavioral patterns. This is done by rewarding positive changes in ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
