The Era has begun where a tremendous amount of data and silos of information are being
generated. The websites, blogs, the electronic health record are all jam packed with information.
Posts from Facebook, tweets from twitters, interactive websites are a rich source of information. If
one can imagine, information has as much as widespread as the universe. However, what happens
to the heap of information generated? Do we use the information to convert into knowledge and
apply it to our daily life? Are they helping physicians, patients and other clinical staff in their
decision making? The integration of all available information has resulted in Clinical Decision
Support System (CDSS). This system is invented to help the physicians and other clinical staff in
decision making process. But the question again is are they comfortable using CDSS. What if the
users could write decision rule which would be their own personal experience. If they could write
their own rule will it increase their acceptability? The article answers the questions raised and
provides a brief description of a CDSS developed by the Regenstrief Institute, which is contributing
to an altogether different face of CDSS. This, if successfully launched can result in better
acceptability among users, which can solve other user related or initiated difficulties.

My Experience In My First Day Of College
It was a warm and sunny day, I was able to sleep until eleven o clock in the mooring. I woke up
got dressed and attended my first college class. Walking across campus, I saw familiar faces

The initial phase of the self directed intervention consisted of baseline measurement of smoking
behaviour. Baseline data was collected for a period of 7 weeks and a functional assessment was

When I got to this part of the admission application, I was a little nervous and confused on which

It was was a warm April day, year 2012 as I sat down in my living room chair very upset. I was
taking my placement test for Christian Liberty Academy a homeschool system. My mom and
grandmother had pulled me out of my third year of high school at Chicago Military Academy
Bronzeville. That definitely wasn t my school of choice. I was one out of the 25% at my
elementary school to be placed on selective enrollment. My school of choice was Whitney Young
and Morgan Park, but my grandmother told me you need more discipline so I think the Military
Academy would be good for you. Attending there was a epic fail, I had consistently failed my
classes in math, english, and I was being a rebellious teen. My grandmother told me when my
junior year started if you don t get yourself together and put in some effort you will be
homeschooled. I for sure must ve took what she was saying as a joke, because I definitely didn t
listen and here it is April me starting my whole high school year over. I didn t like the fact that I
was starting high school completely over, that means I wasn t going to graduate until I was 21

hybrid would receive the racial traits of all the selected races, though it would be random. A bad
hybrid might receive only the negative aspects and a good hybrid might receive only the positive.
It was completely random and once a hybrid was made, the racial traits would be locked. You
could create a different hybrid though. For example, if I mixed a high elf and mountain dwarf but
