The site specific assessment analysis has been performed on a three legged drill rig
with spud cans to investigate the failure of the leg lattice structure of the legs of a
Jack up Rig which is being converted from Mobile Offshore Drilling Unit (MODU)
to Mobile Offshore Production Unit (MOPU). The failure of legs is quite common
because of the increased elevated loads for a MOPU and also being a fixed platform
and cannot be regularly jacked up down due to severe wave conditions. Unless a

I am writing this email because I feel very discouraged after yesterday in general. It
seems as if one thing after another has occured and I m finding it very difficult to
rely on this process. I was told my ATI coach that I did not send an email regarding
my last module and the 150 comprehensive exam when I had sent her four on two
separate days which allowed me only two days to take four assessment, four test
focused reviews, the leadership questions and then finally the 180 exam at home. I
waited hours open hours to finally get my code the day before the proctored exam
which was sent to me at 10pm the night before. After feeling as if though I was

Then finally after all was said and done I found out that my mentor whom did not
show up for the official meeting where everyone meet their mentors and only
heard from her through an email is no longer my mentor. The reason I was giving

Change is a critical part of life. It is evident all around us, especially in the things we
learn. The knowledge available to us in the modern day is dynamic; it is constantly
changing, developing, and providing new points of view. Science and mathematics
curriculums in Ontario high school reflect the evolution of knowledge; they are
edited and adjusted regularly to accommodate new material that should be presented
to students. Shouldn t other subject curriculums, specifically English, be just as
dynamic? It often feels like English curriculums in Ontario high schools are static; the
same books are studied by class after class, generation after generation. The time has
come for change. Ontario students should be exposed to new literature, particularly
Canadian literature. Students need this exposure to Canadian literature to become
more familiar with the literature of their country; through literature, we are able to
focus on our Canadian culture while being surrounded by other cultures, we promote
new, younger authors, and we become aware of the mosaic that is Canadian culture.
Exposing high schoolstudents in Ontario to more Canadian literature would allow
them to develop a deeper appreciation for the Canadian culture, especially when they
are surrounded by other cultural influences. Incorporating Canadian culture more
extensively would create a learning environment where Canadian culture is studied in
depth, allowing students to appreciate its variety and complexity.

Self Deprivation Women all over the world must follow society s expectations. In
fact, in Saudi Arabia, women could not drive until late September of this year!
Similarly, in Sylvia Plath s The Bell Jar, societal pressures push, the protagonist,
Esther Greenwood to act in a particular way. Esther grows up in a small town and
goes to New York for an internship for journalism. Through this opportunity she

individuals will have at least a high school education, will work in all types of
occupations, and earn salaries at or above the nation s national average. Most
people, who begin to eat healthier and exercise with regularity, do so by the time

educational level and make more money than our nation s average adult. Our target

I find that the short writes number nine and ten were my favorite and most useful
assignments given. They allowed me to write about myself and what I was doing.

what I was writing about. I enjoyed testing several of the rules because of how
complicated some can be to test. It helped me learn that by following some of the

Recently my friend uploaded a post on Facebook and it got me contemplating. The
question was posed by a man named Alan Watts and he asked, What would you
like to do if money were no object? This inquiry seems to be wandering the internet
a bit because this was roughly the third time that I have regarded it, so I took it as
a sign and I paused to direct this question to myself. Of course, there is a multitude
of things that I yearn to do. If money wasn t the issue like many of us make it out to
be, of course, there would be ample to do. I discern that this question is posed more
for what type of work would you do but I was thinking about stuff that I would love
to do regardless. The most predominate desire for me is to travel. I love to write and
that will always be a constant thing, but I think it would be great to do both.
I recognize that many people would have a similar response, yet my strong desire to
travel made me consider deeply as to why I had such a tenacious want for it. I believe
one of the reasons why that deep down, we still hold on to the ancient survival
instinct of migration, which can never really be satisfied. I believe that this could
also hold true for me. As I think more about it, I find that it was not really the
destinations that I want to go to but the means of the journey that I wish to experience
. My husband is the one who made me conscious of this. He likes to travel and see
places as well, but just didn t understand the concept of people
