Immanuel Kant offered a reorientation on how the established questions of metaphysics can be
resolved. He claimed that man s mind constructs human experience and that reality must agree
with the mind s notions, in contradiction of the view that the mind is a reflection of reality. His

Introduction
There are a myriad of different dangers on any college campus and Ohio State is no different. If
any of these dangers can be minimized or eliminated they should be. Pedestrians on and around
the campus have made complaints about driver speed, and Ohio State wants to know if
pedestrians in the campus area are safe with the current road safety measures. The purpose of this
experiment was to test the speeds of cars on two major roads near Ohio States campus and decide if
these speeds are safe.
The next sections outline the different areas of the experiment. Section 2 describes how this
experiment was carried out and what is necessary to replicate it. Section 3 presents the data
collected by the experiment, and section 4 analyzes the data. Lastly, section 5 summarizes the
experiment and makes suggestions for future experiments and studies.
Experimental Methodology
To determine the speed of the cars a 176ft distance was measured out and the time it took cars to
pass through the area was measured. The time was then recorded on a table of time intervals.
The time intervals fell between 1.33 seconds and 12 seconds. Every time a car s time was
recorded, a tally was placed in the appropriate row. Each row had a 2 mph speed interval, and this

Levittown Open Ended Response David Kushner s Levittown is a depiction of the struggles faced
by an African American family named the Myers when they moved into the suburb of Levittown,
Pennsylvania. Additionally, the book highlights the ideas of what the American Dream truly is
according to some of the families mentioned in the book. The three main families represented in
this book are the Myers, the Wechslers, and the Levitts. For the Wechsler family, the American
Dream can be simply stated as furthering equality for all people. The author explains this view on
the American Dream by stating, Their vision of the American Dream was built on the conviction
that they could change the world... (Kushner 24). This change that the author is referring to is the
change of America from a generally segregated and discriminatory society to an integrated and

My Goals Of The Time Management
After taking the time management quiz, I received a total score of seven out of ten. My score of
seven reflects good time management skills, however it does state overall it could be improved in
minor ways.
In regards to the quiz, the first area of improvement would involve to slow down. I do always
tend to feel I am in a hurry and rushed to do things. Whether it s in the morning trying to get
myself ready for work, getting my son ready for school and out the door, to ensuring I leave
work on time to beat traffic and arrive at his aftercare before 6om and have to pay a few. I tend
to also feel hurried in the evening as I need to get home, provide dinner for my son before we turn
around and back out the door to attend his karate class. A second area of improvement of my time
management would be feeling less guilty if I take time for myself and/ or my family instead of
completing school work or studying. Although I do purposefully spend time with my family,
sometimes I feel that it may end up being too much time, particularly not productive family time.
I feel that I may end up spending too much time getting caught up in doing things around the
house that I do not put in an adequate amount of time for my school work. This is my first
semester back in college after 20 years and I am still in the process of finding a good balance

Each of the marriages had been just as bad as the other due to Diego s infidelity throughout the
entire time they were married. But although she was aware of all his affairs the most painful was
Diego Rivera s affair with Frida s own sister, Christina. After that betrayal, the couple divorced,
which left Frida heartbroken. But all the sorrow and regret that Frida experienced throughout her

Frida s physical suffering, began at the age of five when she contracted polio which she survived
