Classroom Prayer
Dear Lord and Father of all,
Thank you for today.
Thank you for ways in which you provide for us all.
For Your protection and love we thank you.
Help us to focus our hearts and minds
now on what we are about to learn.
Inspire us by Your Holy Spirit as we listen and write.
Guide us by your eternal light
as we discover more about the world around us.
Amen
OTNNNOAESCID
This is the process where
water vapor becomes
liquid.
CONDENSATION
SAG
This has no definite shape
or volume.
GAS
LUOMEV
The space occupied within
the boundaries of an object
in three-dimensional space.
VOLUME
OIRMUTES
This is the amount of
water present in a
material or in a stuff.
MOISTURE
MDHTYUII
This is the amount of
water vapor present in
atmosphere.
HUMIDITY
- This process where
a gas is changed into
a liquid
- Yes, it can still happen
because condensation
occurs when hot and
humid air comes into
contact with a cold surface.
- Since Earth holds a finite
amount of water that is
continuously recycled through
the process of evaporation and
condensation, it’s an important
and valuable resource.
It is the reverse of evaporation.
a. condensation c. precipitation
b. infiltration d. transpiration
Waterdrops on the mirror during
shower is an example of ________.
a. condensation c. sublimation
b. evaporation d. precipitation
Drying of muddy puddles is an
example of _________.
a. condensation c. evaporation
b. precipitation d. transpiration
It is the conversion of matter
from the gas phase to the liquid
phase.
a. evaporation c. transpiration
b. precipitation d. condensation
It is responsible for ground-level
fog that we see on some cold
days.
a. transpiration c. condensation
b. precipitation d. evaporation
Conduct a research in the
internet about the evaporation
and condensation and list some
benefits it gives to our
environment. Write it in a one
whole sheet of paper.

Editor's Notes

  • #3 Our topic last meeting was all about evaporation which focuses on how the water molecules evaporate only from the surface of the liquid in an open container.
  • #11 As what it has been shown earlier at the video, some of the molecules of water on the surface of the liquid escape and go into the gaseous state. These molecules may then collide with the inner surface of the cover and as more and more of these molecules do so, some may stay on the cover, accumulate and form droplets. This process where a gas is changed into a liquid is called condensation.
  • #12 Yes, it can still happen because condensation occurs when hot and humid air comes into contact with a cold surface. The moisture in this warm air condenses when it comes into contact with a cold surface.
  • #13 Earth operates in cycles, and the water cycle plays a significant role in maintaining life and ecosystems. Since Earth holds a finite amount of water that is continuously recycled through the process of evaporation and condensation, it’s an important and valuable resource.
