I gained feedback from my target audience of teenage girls aged 12-25 on my music video draft by uploading it to YouTube and Vimeo and creating an anonymous survey using SurveyMonkey. The survey included multiple choice and text box questions to collect both quantitative and qualitative feedback. This helped me understand what I was doing right and what could be improved to make the video more professional and appealing to my target indie pop audience. I also received helpful feedback from peers who understood music video production and from teachers, though this feedback only represented one age group. Overall, audience feedback is crucial to creating a successful music video that caters to the target viewers.
