The praise that was highlighted in our focus group screening was
that the zombies looked good and some of the kills looked
interesting on camera.The trailer needed to be longer however
and there needed to be a lot more gore in there. Overall our trailer
received a score of 7 which I was quite happy with. I agreed with
these points, most strongly agreeing with the fact that they trailer
needed to be longer.That is the main focus after receiving this
feedback.
3. Section B
The last minute changes we made to the trailer after the focus
group screening were making the trailer longer and putting more
gore effects in there. I think they helped improve the trailer a lot
more. It is important to use other peoples feedback when
improving things so that you get an audience perspective on what
to improve.
4. SectionC
I am very happy with how the finished trailer has turned out. It
looks like it could be an actual horror movie trailer.The trailer
appeals to the target audiences of Reformers and Outsiders. My
favourite aspect of the trailer is how the zombie look in it. I think
they look like actual zombies and wouldn’t be out of place in a
professional horror film.
