whether we act strictly for the good of others without investing any self interest in what we do or do
we do what we desire most at the end of the day; however, we will find many of our daily interactions
including working, caring for another and just basic interactions are all done in self interest not in the
interest of the Other. According to Rosenstand (2013) Levinas explains the Other as a term seen in
philosophy about a person who is different from oneself; it is when one is facing something or
someone that one is fundamentally unfamiliar with. (Rosenstand, 2013, p. 82) He goes onto explain
that this stranger can be a person of a different sex or race or even someone who has different
experiences than oneself. Levinas sees the bottom line of all human existence as the encounter with

The aspects of normality in our society refer to the common use of technology and constant political
influences. The consequences discussed to in this paragraph are the decisions of carrying out the twin
paradox experiment, then years later of the application of cybernetic brains to society. These highlight
positive and negative effects in a technology aspect through the first difference being more so an
advantage effect as it shows the advancement of technology and the scientific breakthrough. However,
the second consequence shows a negative effect of technology through it being excessively used in

After reading other mangas, they may think back and agree the type of drawing can make a difference.
After reading Naruto, Black Butler, Detective Conan, and Skip Beat, these mangas made me
appreciated on the type of drawing Fruit Basket used. This is more of a recommendation for readers,
read other type of manga before reading Fruit Basket. The drawings are nice enough for the manga;
however, if you don t understand the reason throughout the drawing, the plot may seem more
confusing. Especially when some of the characters may look way too similar to each other. In this
manga, the first time I was getting confused on who was who, especially when adding their zodiac
character. After becoming accustomed to manga for 3 years, I was able to come back and reread the

placed strong selective pressures on tamability. Using the fox, Vulpes vulpes, as a model, this artificial
selection developed an experimental population that expressed behavioral, morphological, and

Under stressful conditions, animals have the tendency to engage in avoidance responses to promote
their chances of survival (Smith Vale 2006; Ranabir Reetu 2011). These avoidance responses,
including fearful and/or aggressive behavior, also tend to be the primary reactions to human
