allowed for the viewers gaze to easily flow across the content of the poster in a
manner that aided in the viewers ability to interpret the poster. The aspect of this
poster that I found most appealing was the use of images and the minimal amount
of text used. Posters with excessive text appear daunting to the viewer and the
meaning of the results is easily lost under the mass of text. I particularly found the
neatly constructed map at the center of the poster to be helpful in aiding my
understanding of the significance of this range expansion. Also, the placement of
this map in the center of the poster immediately draws the viewers attention to a

two of the greatest economists to ever live, John Maynard Keynes and Friedrich
August Hayek. Why did the economist John Maynard Keynes advocate for the
government to have an active role with influencing the level of economic activity.
This is because Keynes believes that this will stimulate the economic activity and
bring the country out of economic drought. Keynes theory leads to the government
influencing the level of aggregate demand, and how it effects inflation and output.
Although Keynes was known as the greatest economist of this era, there was another
economist by the name of Friedrich Hayek, whose beliefs were completely opposite
to those of Keynes. Hayek wanted no government intervention and for the markets to

how pessimism causes one to view happiness as only temporary because pleasure is

Steppenwolf is a pessimist because he views happiness as only temporary and his

Clay bricks are used in a wide range of buildings from housing to factories, and in the
construction of tunnels, waterways, bridges etc. Their properties vary according to
the purpose for which they are intended, but clays have provided the basic material of
construction for centuries. Brick is the oldest manufactured building material, and
much of its history is lost in antiquity. The oldest burnt or fired bricks have been
found on the sites of the ancient cities of Babylonia, some of which are estimated to
be about 6000 years old. Brick is, after all, virtually indestructible. The industry
developed on traditional lines, using hand making processes for the most part. ...

from Descartes Labs offered all U.S. corn and soy imagery for $500,000 per month
(Smith). For a multi billion dollar or multi trillion dollar institution, this cost is
negligible when compared with the potential returns. However, smaller firms and
retail investors have been priced out of the market entirely according to Tian Nan
from Almitas Capital, a $150 million hedge fund in Southern California. The
salesperson from Descartes Labs told Nan that he was not authorized to sell data
any cheaper due to pricing agreements with their main client . Furthermore, he
disclosed that even if someone is willing to pay the market price for data, it would
be delayed 24 hours due to terms in the agreement. In most cases, after 24 hours, the

The newer film shows this by longer drawn out scenes between Ann and Kong that
are almost intimate. Even though Kong cannot talk, the audience can tell how he s
thinking by facial expressions, along with his grunts and roars. It s understandable
the older film wasn t able to show these certain sides of Kong due to technology
and outdated special effects, but they still repeatedly display Kong s actions and
intentions strictly out of violence. In the original Kong, he is captured and put on
display in New York City; he breaks out and is immediately enraged by the
situation. He begins to run around the city damaging buildings, killing innocent
civilians, and causing complete chaos. This again shows how Kong is a problem
with society and a huge threat to anyone near him. Putting his image as this out of
control beast brings the element that we have to conquer nature to express our true
power with weapons and technology. This scene dramatically differs in the new
film. Once Kong breaks free of captivity while being put on display on the stage, his
focus is not on destroying and causing harm. His motivation is fully on being reunited

then lives could be saved in a timely matter. This will allow roads to be hazard free

Reality Television is a relatively new phenomenon that has exploded over the last
several years. Whether it has to do with an extreme makeover or finding the
supposed love of your life, reality television has given us the opportunity to become
voyeurs in others lives. Approximately, 50% of television audiences are watching
reality shows (Webster University). Long gone are the days of whole television
programs. Today, most reality shows depict women as an object, only defined and
valued by their sexuality. What kind of message is this sending to young girls? The
purpose of this study is to show that reality televisioncan have a negative effect on
teenage girls. This matters because it can lead to the sexualization of young girls.
The greater the exposure to reality television, the higher the sexualization of young
girls. These findings can be of interest to TV programming executives, who may
change their business strategy as a result of our findings. This research differs from
the past in that it focuses solely on girls and not the differences that arise between
girls and boys in reality television viewing.
Problem of Practice: The sexualization of women in many of today s reality shows
leads to a negative effect on young girls. How girls learn about their value and
