Breast Magnetic Resonance Imaging
Over the past 20 years, breast magnetic resonance imaging also known as breast MRI has evolved into
one of the most sensitive modalities for screening and detecting breast cancer. Breast MRI is mainly
used for two purposes; women who have been diagnosed with cancer and women who are at a high
risk for breast cancer. As many advantages as breast MRI has, it also has a few disadvantages just as
other modalities do.
The American Cancer Society (ACS) recommends women that are at high risk of developing breast
cancer have an annual breast MRI exam in addition to their annual mammograms to increase the
likelihood that breast cancer will be detected early. These new recommendations came about in 2007.

Medicine In Muslim World Essay
Medicine in the Muslim World and the Americas, 700 1500
Medicine was an important part of the Muslim world; both rich and poor people were interested in
health and diseases. In fact, one of the greatest contributions to the Muslim world to modern medicine
is the preservation of many of the original works of philosophers, poets and physicians. Subsequently,
Muslim doctor and scholars wrote about health and developed an extensive complex medical
literature. Unlike medical literature today, which is specialized, but in the medieval world
amalgamated amongst natural science, astrology, alchemy, religion, philosophy and mathematics are
medical literature (Nordqvist, 2012).
Recognize through the reciprocal contributions to the Old and the New Worlds to the history of
diseases, their treatment is America. It also shows the consequences of this discovery, as they are

For example, the Aztec believed that sickness was a divine act of the gods, and when the sickness fell
upon them they accepted ruination, they saw it as a radical measure necessary to fulfilling the gods

aliment, physical and spiritual, in the same way; they made an enormous contribution to the world in
Islamic medicine (Shuttleworth, 2010). Healers were Priests, physicians, and gods. Substantiate in the

The system worked wonderfully when the British first introduced it. Somehow, it became obsolete in
1960s. Unfortunately, there was no initiative from the respective Government to reform the system.
Perhaps, the Government then was still young to comprehend that every system will become obsolete
and have to be reform from time to time. Thus, the repercussion was the May 13, 1969 racial conflict.
Nevertheless, the riot had been the turning point of both political and economic reformation to the
country. It was like a blessing in disguise but of course, the cost that the country had to pay was
colossal.
MALAYSIA SHAPING THE COMMUNICATION CULTURE
Since the May 13, 1969 tragedy, the country has embarked on an affirmative development plan The
New Economic Policy (1970 1990). The main objectives were to bring the economic disparity gaps
closer and to eradicate poverty with precise reference to the major races. In achieving those, the
principles of justice, tolerance, and equity were put into practice by all Malaysians, precisely by the
major political parties. These major political parties are led by a coalition of 14 political parties that
formed the National Front (NF). The dominant component of the coalition is the United Malays
National Organization (UMNO) representing the Malays, the Malaysian Chinese Association (MCA),
the Chinese, and the Malaysian Indian Congress (MIC) the Indians. National unity and racial harmony

Ronald Land Legend
Once many years ago, there was a small family that lived on a small farm. Their only child was a boy
named Ronald. Ronald s family had lived on the farm for hundreds of years, and will keep living there
for hundreds more. The farm was Ronald s destiny, just like it was the destiny of all his ancestors. The
farm was passed on when the previous owner died, and to symbolize the passing of the touch each
new owner would be handed the family s golden ring. Ronald was dreading his future. He never really
liked the farm, and he hated the reputation the ring carried even worse. There was an ancient legend
that stated those who put on the ring go crazy and suffer a premature death. It was just a legend, but
Ronald sincerely believed it. He believed it ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The scientist then grabbed the ring, and tried to force it on Ronald s finger. Ronald panicked, snatched
the ring back, and ran away. He thought the old scientist was crazy. Suddenly, the scientist bolted out
of his home, and screamed that Ronald wasn t putting on the ring. The whole town heard this message
and ran after Ronald. They chanted wear the ring as they ran. While Ronald was running he realized
that he didn t become a plant yet. He thought this was strange, because according to his father once
you re eighteen you start transforming, but Ronald had no signs of transformation. Seconds later,
Ronald found an old barn, and he climbed on top of it. He kicked down the latter so the citizens of the
city couldn t touch him. They surrounded the barn and chanted for Ronald to put the ring on. At that
moment, Ronald realized something. He realized that his family members only became strange when
they put the ring on. In fact, his father didn t start standing in the rain of burying himself until the first
time he wore the ring. Ronald realized that the ring turned his family into plants, not a

Caching Weapons Essay
Caching Firearms Ammunition Food and Gear
We have delved into this subject a number of times in previous articles, but like anything else attitudes
change or a situation arises that makes one stop and contemplate their actions thus far.
Common sense tells us that a cache should be such that if you arrive with nothing but the clothes on
your back you would have what is needed in the cache to survive going forward. Survive and defend
yourself, so this means firearms in each cache along with sufficient ammunition.
It All Sounds Good On Paper
A cache for an individual or even a family is a personal stash if you will, a collection of items that the
family or that the individual needs for survival.
When working with a team or group, however, you ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Besides firearms and Ammo, you need food, water, medical supplies, clothing, tools, and other
necessities, which in and of themselves could cost hundreds if not thousands of dollars.
Typically, people have one or two good weapons and then several that get the job done but would not
be considered top of the line firearms. Any firearm you have is a good firearm, but when you have
choices, you have to choose wisely.
It s hard not to advocate one way or the other, hard because we here do have some personal experience
with caches. A firearm is a tool that has to be ready for use at all times under any conditions. You need
a reliable firearm on you, and you need a reliable firearm in a cache so if you have to resupply you can
maintain the same security status as before. Make your cache as equal to or better than what you have
close to hand and this includes, food, gear, medical supplies and so on.
Forget about the first tier second tier firearms mumble jumble on the Internet. Leave all those flow
charts to military units. You are a family trying to survive, and to do so, you have to overcompensate
by having the best available at all times, less training means more equipment, gear, and

Thomas Jefferson Hemings Diary Analysis
If all the sympathy and love toward slaves that Thomas Jefferson held could be summed up by a single
collection of first hand documents, it would come from the diaries of Sally Hemings. Although many
conflicting accounts of their relationship exist, Hemings diary suggests that a level of romance beyond
procreation existed between the two. Hemings diary includes multiple accounts of Jefferson giving her
luxuries reserved for members of the family. One of the boldest entries in the Hemings diary is written
from the words of Jefferson. Hemings own words prior to the entry imply that Jefferson is trying to
convince her to come to America with him. Jefferson s words in the entry are the following: Marry
within the family. You ll gain my fidelity....The ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
In 1814, Jefferson wrote a letter to Edward Coles concerning the emancipation of slaves. When
discussing the idea Jefferson wrote that, The laws do not permit us to turn them loose, if that were for
their good: and to commute them for other property is to commit them to those whose usage of them
we cannot control. I hope then, my dear sir, you will reconcile yourself to your country and its
unfortunate condition. Here Jefferson explains that freeing his own slaves won t lead to a better life for
them. In context, the argument Jefferson presents is that if all slaves were freed, they would be unable
to integrate into the American society. This belief held by Jefferson was first presented in query XIV
of Notes on the State of Virginia, where he responds to question of black integration with the
conclusion that such an integration would, reproduce convulsions which will probably never end but
in the extermination of the one or the other race (Jefferson 140). It is truly perplexing to assign these
words to a man who lived and procreated with a slave, yet the statement is consistent with all other
aspects of his life. Some have argued that Jefferson made such claims to protect his own wealth and
assets, but no documents produced at the time support that belief. As many slaveowners did at the
time, Jefferson thought of his slaves as members of his family (Nicolaisen 108). Considering his
prejudice, it is likely that he truly believed remaining a slave master was in his slaves best

Biological Evolution Of Cancer And Its Effects On The World
Introduction: Cancer, which is also known as malignant tumor, is a big threat to the humans. As the
development of medical science and technology, many terrible diseases in the history have been
eradicated or controlled such as smallpox, cholera, and phthisis. But why cancer is still threatening
human, making people suffering so much? The reason is that people still don t know the mechanism of
cell canceration.
In the view of biological evolution, the history of cancer is even longer than that of the human being,
because before the appearance of human, there have been other animals and plants living in this
planet, and the malignant tumor may just appear on any kinds of creatures. But the real beginning of
cancer research only start ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
As for the theory about the origin of canceration, there are 2 main different opinions. One side insists
that the canceration is a result of the change of genes. In another word, it is because the gene mutation
under the influence of the many factors that cause the result. While another side think that the gene
will not change in this process, and the real reason is that the process of the control and expression of
genes comes about mistakes, resulting in abnormal cell differentiation and even abnormal membrane
features and defects of immune system.
The former is called the gene theories, and the latter is known as epigenetic theory. Later, some
scholars combined both of these two theories to explain the mechanism of cancer. And they can be
called comprehensive mechanism. And only after the discovery of oncogenes in human tumors, there
appears to be some breakthrough in the research of the mechanism of carcinogenesis. We will discuss
these different hypotheses of mechanism of carcinogenesis process separately next.
1. Genetic mechanism The theory of mutant of somatic cells is said to be the main representative of
this side. As early as 1914, Boveri, a German scholar has illuminated in his book the origin of cancer
that Originally from a single cell tumors, chromosomal abnormalities must be composed of farmers
and endowed with all the characteristics of tumor cells. In 1923, Bauer systematically raised the
theory of tumor

The Israel-Palestine Conflict
2) Hamas won legislative elections but lost the presidential election and it is the president who

that is also a component of its failure to make peace? ME Public opinion polls among Palestinians

Symptoms And Treatment Of Chicken Pox
Introduction
The illness that I have chosen for my report is Chicken Pox. Chicken Pox is a common disease
amongst children. The disease is highly contagious and can spread through contact with someone who
has chicken pox. Chicken pox in children can spread through cough or sneeze and also through the
clothing or bed linen of an affected person. Most children encounter chicken pox once in their infancy.
However through proper care and precautions, the illness can be avoided. During my research for this
paper, I have come across effective precautions that can be taught to children to avoid this illness.
Chicken Pox
Chicken Pox is commonly caused by an extremely contagious virus known as the varicella zoster

The virus usually affects the nerves and commonly causes the chicken pox. Various medicines have
been developed to treat the virus, include some vaccines which can help in preventing the diseases
cause by the varicella virus (Hoffmann, 2008).
Symptoms of Chicken Pox
Usually the chicken pox infections lasts around 8 to 10 days. The most common symptom of chicken
pox is the red rash. The red rash is extremely itchy and appears as a spot. The rash that appears in the
initial period goes through three stages. The first stage is raised red bumps that cause itchiness. The
red bumps break over in a few days. The next stage is the fluid filled blisters, known as vesicles, that
are formed after the red bumps break. These fluid filled blisters should not be scratched. In the last
stage the fluid filled blisters break and are then covered by crusts and scabs. This is the last stage after
which the healing process begins. New spots appear every day on the body therefore it is possible that
the affected person experiences the three stages of the rash at the same time (Mayo Clinic, 2015). The
rashes always appear in clusters and start appearing first at the back, stomach and chest. The rashes
commonly occur on the face, behind the ears, on stomach chest and back and on the arms and legs.
High fever is also a common symptom experiences by people affected by chicken pox disease. The
fever can be as high as 103 104 Fahrenheit. Many children also experience extreme fatigue

The Performance Challenges Of Electra Products Success Essay
1. INTRODUCTION
Electra Products, who was an industry leader in the manufacture and retail of electrical supplies for
many years, is today experiencing a declining market share amidst growing competition. This
challenges the company to be innovative and adaptable as it seeks to rediscover its competitive
advantage. Unfortunately, the organisation is characterised by low levels of employee engagement and
trust which makes it resistant to change.
Commissioned by Ms Russel, the aim of this report is to analyse the performance challenges limiting
Electra Products success and to provide recommendations for workplace development.
The insight this report provides is limited by the information supplied on Electra Products which
pertained mainly to the monthly meeting introducing a new era of empowerment. Assumptions have
therefore been made for the purposes of completeness. Giving consideration to the history of
downsizing it is assumed that the organisation is pursuing a no growth to low growth business model
(Cameron, 1994) while looking to improve flexibility and market responsiveness in a bid to rediscover

The Causes and Effects of Global Recession.
INTRODUCTION
Here a definition a recession as well a global recession is mentioned. Some causes and effects has
been listed. Due to recession occurring, I have identified the effects of recession based on Tesco.
The causes and effects of global recession.
Global financial crisis, increasing for a while, began to show its results in the mid of 2007 into 2008.
Worldwide stock markets have subsided, financial institutions have dropped and governments in even
the richest nations have had to develop packages to assist their financial organizations. Recession is
defined as a slowdown of activities in the economy over a time. The major effect of recession is
Inflation as well as currency crisis. A decrease in income may be another ... Show more content on

A decrease in world GDP occurred in many countries, specifically in developing countries. Imports
have also declined significantly in importing countries. This was obvious in countries such as China,
Taiwan, Mexico, Egypt and Russia. it was stated that GDP fell to 3.8% in the U.S. The impact of
recession on employment may not be felt for some time. Investigation in Britain shows that low
skilled, low educated workers and the immature are in a weak position to unemployment in a
downturn. It took Britain five years for unemployment to go back to its initial levels. From 2000 to
2003, the Federal Reserve lowered their target rates. They then raised the funds rate significantly
between July 2004 and July 2006. This added to an increase in number of years to the adjustable rate
mortgage rates and made it more expensive for homeowners. As a result, this may have also
contributed to the deflating of the housing bubble. Gross Domestic Product declined at an in the last
two years in the United States. When GDP collapses, economic growth will also plunge. This is as a
result of fewer goods being manufactured and therefore the rate of exports will reduce. It is said that
when exports decrease, it will not have sufficient funds to accommodate any growth in the economy
what so ever. As a result in the decline in GDP, employment rate will sooner or later begin to drop. As
a result of the credit crunch, consumers have less purchasing power therefore

Ikea Management Style
Ikea has grown into a worldwide phenomenon with an almost like cult following and the world s
largest furniture retailer due in large part to its founder Ingvar Kamprad s charismatic personality
combined with his own philosophy of business management and the Scandinavian style of open
management he has parlayed a fortune that will be left to one of his children who has proven their own
business acumen by running one of his many companies profitably. According to Kamprad himself in
his July 23, 2008 Acticule published by stoked in Major Companies Kamprad states;
Ikea, the world s largest home furniture retailing company, was founded by Ingvar Kamprad. He built
his business empire through developing a distinct corporate culture. The Ikean ... Show more content

Founded on this and Kamprads own views Ikea has grown exponentially and sits as a world leader in
management. Scandinavian management were equality, communication, cooperation, trust and
consensual decision making are vital elements in the concept. Managers are focused on their
employees and feel that they need to satisfy them in order to motivate them. This motivation has
proven to lead to better productivity and performance of the organization. Swedish managers are
indeed focused on human resources and are practicing Scandinavian management. Scandinavian
management is necessary on the Swedish market as it increases the chances for having a productive
company with satisfied employees and customers.
Kamprad laid the foundation of his empire using his views on life. The IKEAN Spirit was founded on
enthusiasm, a constant will to renew, cost consciousness, willingness to assume responsibility, and
humbleness before the task. The organizational atmosphere was very informal, effort was made to
veer away from status and convention. Simplicity was practiced at all levels but managers were
expected to completely understand the store s operations. Having such a distinct corporate culture that
had to be imposed, IKEA favored young employees. They did not hire people who had previously
been in other corporate cultures nor did

The Legal Approach Of The American Constitution
The Legal Approach: This approach is very tricky to control the president, and therefore, it is very
important to block and prevent any tyrannical regime because it is all about laws and legislatures. In
here, the American constitution is very important and leads the way. It shows that how the constitution
plays a role in presidency. Through this, the significant advantage of this approach is that the president
and his or her presidency is controlled by the constitution, laws, legal precedents and customs. The
legal approach limits the power of the president, and put some boundaries of the presidential warrant,
reach and powers to prevent any tyrannical kind of regimes. This approach also determines that how a
president uses his or her authority with other branches of the federal government, such as judiciary,
the congress and bureaucracy. The Institutional Approach: The Institutional Approach is a traditional
old and significant one that affects the attitudes of the president towards the institution of the
presidency. Because of this, this approach deals with legislature, executive, judiciary, political parties,
interest groups, and the president himself/herself. The presidential institution exists to handle three
sets of responsibilities, regardless of who is president: policy issues, political targets, and the daily
workload (Nelson, year, 41). Of course, the presidency as an institution is very important. Also, a
president plays an important role in this institution.

The Three Alones Of Reformation Theology
Question 1. What are the three alones of Reformation theology? How do they relate to one another in
Luther s theology? How does Luther s use of them respond to the dominant question of the sixteenth
century: How can I know that God is favorable to me?
The three alones in Reformation theology refer to that which is needed for justification or salvation
favorableness in the sight of God. Luther describes them as 1) Christ, or the Gospel of Christ
(Scripture), alone, 2) faith alone, and 3) grace alone. Each of these three are essentially united in
Luther s theology.
Christ is the most important factor in the three, because without Christ and without His Word, as
recorded in Scripture, one cannot begin to have faith or hope to receive the necessary grace that comes
with faith and guarantees salvation. As Luther states, One thing, and one alone, is necessary for life,
justification, and Christian liberty; and that is the most holy word of God, the Gospel of Christ
(Luther, p. 9). Through Christ and the preaching of His Word comes belief. If one believes, that is has
faith, which implies trust and commitment, then one is justified and has found favor in God s eyes:
For faith alone, and the efficacious use of the word of God, bring salvation (Luther, p. 9)
Luther downplays the importance of works in the justification of man and instead emphasizes the
place of faith and the grace that goes with it: For the word of God cannot be received and honoured by
any works,

Advantages And Disadvantages Of Strip Mining
ABSTRACT
Mining is the extraction of profitable minerals or other geographical materials from the earth,
normally from a metal body crease. Digging forms include prospecting for metal bodies, examination
of the benefit capability of a proposed mine extraction of the coveted materials.
Mining actually implies extraction .Our Mother Earth has heaps of assets profound inside her and
mining is the strategy for separating all these significant assets from the earth through various means.
There are distinctive techniques to separate these assets which are found in various structures
underneath the world s surface. It s a given that it is the most imperative accomplishments of

Next, tremendous machines, for example, drag line excavators or container wheel excavators,
extricate the mineral.
Rather than underground mining, in which the overlying rock is left set up, and the mineral expelled
through shafts or tunnels.Underground mining is a procedure used to concentrate metals and
significant minerals underneath the earth subsurface.
I. Surface Mining Methods
 Strip Mining :
Stripping or strip mining is the evacuation of overburden or waste materials from open pit surface
mines. The procedure includes machines, for example, stripping scoops, basin wheel excavators, or
drag lines to strip away the stone and reveal the profitable metal that is being mined.
Significant minerals, for example, coal, ironstone, or limestone are revealed by a scoop that burrows
long strips or a machine that cuts and throws the overburden from the pit with a specific end goal to
uncover the metal. The stripping scoop normally sits on of the surface it is mining and is moved
forward as the burrowing propels.
 Highwall Mining :

The King of Kings
In the Bible, Jesus Christ, the embodiment of the Christian God is described as the King of Kings .
Christians since before the dream of Constantine have believed God and Christ constitute a ruler of
the universe. Anglo Saxon society perceived the Christian God in the mold of the pre Christian
Germanic tradition of kingship. The Anglo Saxon perception of God as a king in the Germanic
tradition has tremendous significance on late Anglo Saxon politics. The inclusion of the Christian
deity in the leadership hierarchy of Anglo Saxon society contributed to changes in how earthly kings
themselves were perceived.
Tacitus s Germania offers insight into value system of the continental pagan ancestors of the Anglo
Saxons three centuries before Horsa and Hengist. Those peoples, collectively referred to as the
Germani are a warrior society. As a culture, they valued no trait higher than bravery in battle and
perceived cowardice as a supreme disgrace . On the subject of the Germani leaders Tacitus wrote,
They choose their kings for their noble birth, their leader for their valor. But even the power of the
kings is not absolute or arbitrary. As for the leaders, it is for example rather than their authority which
wins special distinction . These war leaders leading by example inspired fierce loyalty from those
under their command. Tacitus wrote On the field of battle it is a disgrace to the leader to be surpassed
in valour by his companions, to the companions not to equal the valour of

Viability Of Recycling Aluminum Lab Report
The Viability of Recycling Aluminum
Seth Smith*, David Fahey, Experiment 4, CHEM 111 520
Introduction
In this experiment, metathesis, redox, single displacement, and decomposition reactions were
observed and recorded to follow the path of recycled aluminum. The percent yield of the aluminum
was also calculated to compare the actual yield with the theoretical yield. The entire concept of
aluminum recycling was also observed and successfully reproduced.
Materials and Methods
The experiment began with the measurement of 0.9300 g of aluminum pieces. The aluminum pieces
were then placed inside a 250 mL beaker along with 50 mL of 1.4 M KOH solution and a stirring bar.

This is characteristic of a redox reaction. The fumes that were a product of the reaction were sucked
away by the vacuum apparatus. Ten minutes into heating and stirring, the color of the mixture changed
from a cloudy grey, to a very dark grey color, and finally to a black, murky color. When the mixture
was filtered through the aspirator, the filtered content was much lighter in color and clearer in
appearance due to the dark residue being filtered out. Next, the 20 mL of 6.0M sulfuric acid was
added to the filtered solution and a chemical reaction occurred.
2 KAl(OH)₄ (aq)+H₂SO₄ (aq)→ 2 Al(OH)₃ (s)+K₂SO₄ + 2 H₂O (l)
The metathesis reaction that occurred was partially neutralized by sulfuric acid. The solution was
filtered after the reaction and heated to prevent solids from forming. After heating and filtering the
product, another metathesis reaction occurred:
2 AL(OH)₃ (s) + 3 H₂SO₄ (aq) → Al₂(SO₄)₃ (aq) + 6 H₂O (l)
In this third reaction, the aluminum hydroxide was neutralized by the sulfuric acid. The solution was
submerged in an ice bath which caused the alum crystals to precipitate. The following chemical
equation represents the changes that occurred when the solution was submerged in the ice

Alex Ferguson Research Paper
Roles, Responsibilities and Skills of a Coach
This assignment will involve me discussing the roles, responsibilities and skills of two sports coaches,
Alex Ferguson and Linford Christie.
Roles
Role model
Alex Ferguson A role model is a person who serves as a positive example and whose behaviour and
success is emulated by others. The way the coach conducts themselves in the presence of their athletes
is important to get the respect of their athletes so they are able to coach them successfully. Alex
Ferguson is a fine example of a role model because he produces such successful teams and always
conducts himself in a professional and respectful manner which rubs off on his players. This is
especially evident in players such as ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Linford Christie One of the roles that Linford Christie would have to fulfil is being a manager. For
him this would include being well organised for example having the training sessions planned before
the session and most importantly the one to one man management of each of his athlete s. This is
obviously very important for Christie to have as he coaches individual athletes and he has to manage
them in the right way to get the best out of them. For example, some of his athletes might respond
better
to him having a go at them after a poor performance and some might respond better to a friendly arm
around the shoulder. It is vital that he is able to recognise which athlete s need which type of
management or he could be damage his relationship with the athlete which could result in a drop in
their confidence and their performance.
Alex Ferguson and Linford Christie are similar in that they both have to have good man management
skills which means they have to be good communicators, good leaders and be able to support their
athletes individually. The main difference between these two coaches when it comes to managing is
that Ferguson has to make a lot more decisions because he has to make a whole team work together
successfully so he has the added responsibilities of picking the squad, when to drop players and who
needs to be rested whereas

Relative Dominance In Pre-Settlement Ecosystems
Table 1 depicts the relative dominance calculated by using our class data. To do this, the basal area
was calculated per individual tree followed by the basal area for each species. Relative dominance was
calculated by dividing the basal area per species by the total basal area. From my calculations, the
basal area was 99.97%, relatively close to the expected 100%. In table 2, the Shannon Diversity Index
was calculated, that is, the proportion of a species abundance times the natural log of that proportion,
summed for all species. The calculated value, 4.7977, is reflective of a relatively diverse location.
Pertaining to table 1, the Gleditsia triacanthos with the DBH of 27 had the highest individual basal
area of 3.975966 while the Picea ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...

unable to thrive. As the level of available resources fluctuates, so will the species diversity. Secondly,
environmental change is a possibility. Without it, a vast range of diversity amongst a certain area
would not be possible. Lastly, competition within species is a common occurrence. If the level of
resources begins to change, it is likely the surviving species will begin to differ as well ultimately

Yf Atlanta Case Study
YEF Atlanta plans to focus most of their efforts first at the colleges surrounding Atlanta Bethel
Church. Four historical African American universities sit only two blocks away from the church. YEF
plans to take advantage of this proximity to the schools, in order to find many young students seeking
God and raise them as leaders of the church.
Last Friday, Pastor Anderson of Atlanta Bethel met with the organization and ministry leaders to
discuss the goals for the whole church community, the Southeastern region and for Georgia from this
year until 2021. It was agree upon that the goal for 2021 should be approximately 3,000 church
leaders in Georgia. YEF will play a substantial role in this growth, because of the group s goal to
educate young leaders. And so, YEF ATL has set up a few short term goals to jumpstart this
development.
At the aforementioned universities close to the church, YEF plans to find three leaders by Easter of

Basic Principles Of The Polymerase Chain Reaction ( PCR )
a. Describe the basic principles of the polymerase chain reaction (PCR).
PCR is biochemical research technique developed in 1985 by Kary Mullins. It is based on the
principle of amplifying DNA through a series of cycling reactions with varying temperatures. PCR
uses the ability of thermostable polymerase enzymes to synthesize a new complementary DNA strand
to a template strand.
b. What are the essential components of a PCR reaction?
The essential components of PCR reactions are:
i. Taq polymerase: A thermostable DNA polymerase isolated from the bacterium Thermus aquaticus
that survives at 750C. ii. DNA primers: Approximately 20 nucleotides in length that are specific to a
DNA region of interest. They are complementary in sequence to the ends of the target DNA. Primer is
chosen based on what part of DNA needs to be copied or amplified. iii. Sample DNA: Containing
target DNA iv. Nucleotides: dNTPs or deoxynucleotide triphosphates are single units of bases of A, T,
G and C.
v. PCR Buffer: Contains Tris HCL, KCL, and MgCl2. Buffer helps to create optimal conditions for the
activity of Taq DNA polymerase.
c. What is the name of the instrument typically used for PCR? Describe its operations and how it is
useful for performing PCR reactions.
PCR reaction is typically performed in a thermocycler also called as a PCR machine or DNA
amplifier.
Thermocycler operation and PCR process:
Thermocycler consist of a thermal block with holes to fit tubes in which the PCR reaction

The Pros And Cons Of Banning Fox Hunting
How much longer will we tolerate the atrociously vicious act of hunting foxes with a pack of ferocious
dogs? My name is Hassan Salem and I stand for the righteous and ethical act of banning fox hunting.
The unscrupulous bloodshed of foxes shall not be accepted in the United Kingdom any longer. It s
unendurable to see these inferior creatures run away in dreaded terror to the point of enervation. A
gruesome and abominable behaviour executed by ruthless and apathetic humans for mere satisfaction.

In response David Cameron said, I regret to say that I do not think there will be government
agreement to go forward. David Cameron s motive to lift the ban isn t fuelled by the incentive of
moral act but rather ignorance, since he s had previous experience in fox hunting as a sport. Which
makes his motive immoral and pointless. The Conservative MP Simon Hart, welcomed David
Cameron s decision by saying Given cross party recognition that there are failings in the hunting act
that need to be addressed this seems a sensible way forward Is it really sensible to go forward with
slaughtering foxes in a barbaric way? Is it really sensible to chase these inferior foxes with a pack of
starving dogs?
Some people justify this inhumane doing with the claim that foxhounds have been trained to kill with
a nip to the necks of foxes, however this is a false imputation. There are also people who justify fox
hunting for safety purposes. Claiming that foxes are dangerous to people and pets, when there is no
actual proof of that; Its nothing but false

Breast Magnetic Resonance Imaging Over the past 20 years, breast magnetic resonance imaging also known as breast MRI has evolved into one of the most sensitive modalities for screening and detecting breast cancer. Breast MRI is mainly used for two purposes; women who have been diagnosed with cancer and women who are at a high risk for breast cancer. As many advantages as breast MRI has, it also has a few disadvantages just as other modalities do. The American Cancer Society (ACS) recommends women that are at high risk of developing breast cancer have an annual breast MRI exam in addition to their annual mammograms to increase the likelihood that breast cancer will be detected early. Somehow, it became obsolete in 1960s. Unfortunately, there was no initiative from the respective Government to reform the system. Perhaps, the Government then was still young to comprehend that every system will become obsolete and have to be reform from time to time. Thus, the repercussion was the May 13, 1969 racial conflict. Nevertheless, the riot had been the turning point of both political and economic reformation to the country. It was like a blessing in disguise but of course, the cost that the country had to pay was colossal. The farm was passed on when the previous owner died, and to symbolize the passing of the touch each new owner would be handed the family s golden ring. Ronald was dreading his future. Common sense tells us that a cache should be such that if you arrive with nothing but the clothes on your back you would have what is needed in the cache to survive going forward. Survive and defend yourself, so this means firearms in each cache along with sufficient ammunition. Any firearm you have is a good firearm, but when you have choices, you have to choose wisely. It s hard not to advocate one way or the other, hard because we here do have some personal experience with caches. A firearm is a tool that has to be ready for use at all times under any conditions. You need a reliable firearm on you, and you need a reliable firearm in a cache so if you have to resupply you can maintain the same security status as before. Make your cache as equal to or better than what you have close to hand and this includes, food, gear, medical supplies and so on. Forget about the first tier second tier firearms mumble jumble on the Internet. Leave all those flow charts to military units. Thomas Jefferson Hemings Diary Analysis If all the sympathy and love toward slaves that Thomas Jefferson held could be summed up by a single collection of first hand documents, it would come from the diaries of Sally Hemings. Although many conflicting accounts of their relationship exist, Hemings diary suggests that a level of romance beyond procreation existed between the two. Hemings diary includes multiple accounts of Jefferson giving her luxuries reserved for members of the family. One of the boldest entries in the Hemings diary is written from the words of Jefferson. Hemings own words prior to the entry imply that Jefferson is trying to convince her to come to America with him. Jefferson s words in the entry are the following: Marry within the family. When discussing the idea Jefferson wrote that, The laws do not permit us to turn them loose, if that were for their good: and to commute them for other property is to commit them to those whose usage of them we cannot control. I hope then, my dear sir, you will reconcile yourself to your country and its unfortunate condition. Here Jefferson explains that freeing his own slaves won t lead to a better life for them. In context, the argument Jefferson presents is that if all slaves were freed, they would be unable to integrate into the American society. This belief held by Jefferson was first presented in query XIV of Notes on the State of Virginia, where he responds to question of black integration with the conclusion that such an integration would, reproduce convulsions which will probably never end but in the extermination of the one or the other race (Jefferson 140). It is truly perplexing to assign these words to a man who lived and procreated with a slave, yet the statement is consistent with all other aspects of his life. Some have argued that Jefferson made such claims to protect his own wealth and assets, but no documents produced at the time support that belief. As many slaveowners did at the time, Jefferson thought of his slaves as members of his family (Nicolaisen 108). Considering his prejudice, it is likely that he truly believed remaining a slave master was in his slaves best ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

As the development of medical science and technology, many terrible diseases in the history have been eradicated or controlled such as smallpox, cholera, and phthisis. But why cancer is still threatening human, making people suffering so much? The reason is that people still don t know the mechanism of cell canceration. But the real beginning of cancer research only start ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... As for the theory about the origin of canceration, there are 2 main different opinions. One side insists that the canceration is a result of the change of genes. In another word, it is because the gene mutation under the influence of the many factors that cause the result. While another side think that the gene will not change in this process, and the real reason is that the process of the control and expression of genes comes about mistakes, resulting in abnormal cell differentiation and even abnormal membrane features and defects of immune system. The former is called the gene theories, and the latter is known as epigenetic theory. Later, some scholars combined both of these two theories to explain the mechanism of cancer. And they can be called comprehensive mechanism. And only after the discovery of oncogenes in human tumors, there appears to be some breakthrough in the research of the mechanism of carcinogenesis. We will discuss these different hypotheses of mechanism of carcinogenesis process separately next. 1. Genetic mechanism The theory of mutant of somatic cells is said to be the main representative of this side. As early as 1914, Boveri, a German scholar has illuminated in his book the origin of cancer that Originally from a single cell tumors, chromosomal abnormalities must be composed of farmers and endowed with all the characteristics of tumor cells. Nixon also ordered bombing on the NVA in the cities they had taken during the Easter Offensive. The Linebacker offensive was successful and 8 days after the operation had ended, the North Vietnamese began negotiations again After 3 years of negotiations, leaders from all 3 sides including the United States, the North Vietnamese government, and the Vietcong all came together to sign a final resolution. The rash that appears in the initial period goes through three stages. The first stage is raised red bumps that cause itchiness. The red bumps break over in a few days. The next stage is the fluid filled blisters, known as vesicles, that are formed after the red bumps break. These fluid filled blisters should not be scratched. In the last stage the fluid filled blisters break and are then covered by crusts and scabs. This is the last stage after which the healing process begins. New spots appear every day on the body therefore it is possible that the affected person experiences the three stages of the rash at the same time (Mayo Clinic, 2015). INTRODUCTION Electra Products, who was an industry leader in the manufacture and retail of electrical supplies for many years, is today experiencing a declining market share amidst growing competition. This challenges the company to be innovative and adaptable as it seeks to rediscover its competitive advantage. Unfortunately, the organisation is characterised by low levels of employee engagement and trust which makes it resistant to change. Commissioned by Ms Russel, the aim of this report is to analyse the performance challenges limiting Electra Products success and to provide recommendations for workplace development. The insight this report provides is limited by the information supplied on Electra Products which pertained mainly to the monthly meeting introducing a new era of empowerment. Assumptions have therefore been made for the purposes of completeness. Giving consideration to the history of downsizing it is assumed that the organisation is pursuing a no growth to low growth business model (Cameron, 1994) while looking to improve flexibility and market responsiveness in a bid to rediscover their competitive advantage in response to the drop in market share (Porter, 2011). Further assumptions are that Harry is representative of a significant portion of the company s workforce, and that workplace trust and staff retention were historically good. The Legal Approach Of The American Constitution The Legal Approach: This approach is very tricky to control the president, and therefore, it is very important to block and prevent any tyrannical regime because it is all about laws and legislatures. In here, the American constitution is very important and leads the way. It shows that how the constitution plays a role in presidency. Through this, the significant advantage of this approach is that the president and his or her presidency is controlled by the constitution, laws, legal precedents and customs. The legal approach limits the power of the president, and put some boundaries of the presidential warrant, reach and powers to prevent any tyrannical kind of regimes. This approach also determines that how a president uses his or her authority with other branches of the federal government, such as judiciary, the congress and bureaucracy. The Institutional Approach: The Institutional Approach is a traditional old and significant one that affects the attitudes of the president towards the institution of the presidency. Because of this, this approach deals with legislature, executive, judiciary, political parties, interest groups, and the president himself/herself. The presidential institution exists to handle three sets of responsibilities, regardless of who is president: policy issues, political targets, and the daily workload (Nelson, year, 41). • 23. The Three Alones Of Reformation Theology Question 1. What are the three alones of Reformation theology? How do they relate to one another in Luther s theology? How does Luther s use of them respond to the dominant question of the sixteenth century: How can I know that God is favorable to me? The three alones in Reformation theology refer to that which is needed for justification or salvation favorableness in the sight of God. Luther describes them as 1) Christ, or the Gospel of Christ (Scripture), alone, 2) faith alone, and 3) grace alone. Each of these three are essentially united in Luther s theology. Christ is the most important factor in the three, because without Christ and without His Word, as recorded in Scripture, one cannot begin to have faith or hope to receive the necessary grace that comes with faith and guarantees salvation. As Luther states, One thing, and one alone, is necessary for life, justification, and Christian liberty; and that is the most holy word of God, the Gospel of Christ (Luther, p. 9). Through Christ and the preaching of His Word comes belief. If one believes, that is has faith, which implies trust and commitment, then one is justified and has found favor in God s eyes: For faith alone, and the efficacious use of the word of God, bring salvation (Luther, p. 9) Luther downplays the importance of works in the justification of man and instead emphasizes the place of faith and the grace that goes with it: For the word of God cannot be received and honoured by any works, ... To begin with, we must grasp that there are stages required for headway as an essential driving force: Stage One: The Unreflective Thinker (we are oblivious to imperative issues in our thinking) Stage Two: The Challenged Thinker (we get the opportunity to be aware of issues in our thinking) Stage Three: The Beginning Thinker (we endeavor to improve yet without standard practice) Stage Four: The Practicing Thinker (we see the need of typical practice) Stage Five: The Advanced Thinker (we impel according to our practice) Stage Six: The Master Thinker (talented insightful reasoning end up being second nature to us) We become through these stages if we: 1) Recognize the route that there are totally serious issues in our thinking (enduring the test to our thinking) and 2) Begin predictable ... • 31. Basic Principles Of The Polymerase Chain Reaction ( PCR ) a. Describe the basic principles of the polymerase chain reaction (PCR). PCR is biochemical research technique developed in 1985 by Kary Mullins. It is based on the principle of amplifying DNA through a series of cycling reactions with varying temperatures. PCR uses the ability of thermostable polymerase enzymes to synthesize a new complementary DNA strand to a template strand. b. What are the essential components of a PCR reaction? The essential components of PCR reactions are: i. Taq polymerase: A thermostable DNA polymerase isolated from the bacterium Thermus aquaticus that survives at 750C. ii. DNA primers: Approximately 20 nucleotides in length that are specific to a DNA region of interest. They are complementary in sequence to the ends of the target DNA. Primer is chosen based on what part of DNA needs to be copied or amplified. iii. Sample DNA: Containing target DNA iv. Nucleotides: dNTPs or deoxynucleotide triphosphates are single units of bases of A, T, G and C. v. PCR Buffer: Contains Tris HCL, KCL, and MgCl2. Buffer helps to create optimal conditions for the activity of Taq DNA polymerase. c. What is the name of the instrument typically used for PCR? Describe its operations and how it is useful for performing PCR reactions. PCR reaction is typically performed in a thermocycler also called as a PCR machine or DNA amplifier. Thermocycler operation and PCR process: Thermocycler consist of a thermal block with holes to fit tubes in which the PCR reaction ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 32. The Pros And Cons Of Banning Fox Hunting How much longer will we tolerate the atrociously vicious act of hunting foxes with a pack of ferocious dogs? My name is Hassan Salem and I stand for the righteous and ethical act of banning fox hunting. The unscrupulous bloodshed of foxes shall not be accepted in the United Kingdom any longer. It s unendurable to see these inferior creatures run away in dreaded terror to the point of enervation. A gruesome and abominable behaviour executed by ruthless and apathetic humans for mere satisfaction. As Paul Rodrigues also said: Hunting is not a sport. In a sport, both sides should know they re in the game So would you want to see these defenceless creatures squirm in excruciating pain in front of your eyes? Then why tolerate it as an act of ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... In response David Cameron said, I regret to say that I do not think there will be government agreement to go forward. David Cameron s motive to lift the ban isn t fuelled by the incentive of moral act but rather ignorance, since he s had previous experience in fox hunting as a sport. Which makes his motive immoral and pointless. The Conservative MP Simon Hart, welcomed David Cameron s decision by saying Given cross party recognition that there are failings in the hunting act that need to be addressed this seems a sensible way forward Is it really sensible to go forward with slaughtering foxes in a barbaric way? Is it really sensible to chase these inferior foxes with a pack of starving dogs? Some people justify this inhumane doing with the claim that foxhounds have been trained to kill with a nip to the necks of foxes, however this is a false imputation. There are also people who justify fox hunting for safety purposes. Claiming that foxes are dangerous to people and pets, when there is no actual proof of that; Its nothing but false ... Veterans Substance Abuse Treatment While drugs and alcohol are detrimental to so many, there are several veteran substance abuse programs available to help former service members, including VA addiction treatment and private substance abuse centers. Veterans families suffer tremendously as a result of dealing with addiction and mental health issues, but they also have a big role in the detection, treatment, and recovery of veterans. The VA has take numerous steps in their effort to reduce and fight this addiction by reducing the number opioids received by veterans by 20 percent and began following up on more patients for depression and drug abuse (U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, 2018). Treatment for co ocurring disorders fall under the outpatient spectrum for addiction rehabilitation, however, it is an essential and successful form of treatment specifically for veterans. For many civilians who have not been to combat it is difficult to comprehend the toxic combination of pride, anger, duty, anguish and anxiety many veterans feel after their time in the service.
